I went into budget buy and sell to buy myself a birthday gift and fell in love with an old vintage 1930s ring. The gentlemen were very fair with their negotiation and I was able to afford the ring. The guys were friendly, accommodating, and provide a great customer service. They cleaned the ring and fit it with a ring guard so it would fit me a little bit better. All around it was a great experience! I will be back.

I went to Chris @ Budget Buy & Sell and could not have been happier at the outcome of selling a diamond to him. The process was fast, easy and friendly and I felt safe while being in the store. These people are nothing but pure sc*m, tried to give me $80 for a solid white gold colada ring which was beautiful, said they can only give you scrap gold price for it, beautiful rings aren't considered scrap gold, went to another place and received nearly $200 to my ring. These people prey on people who are in need of money. Very dishonest. And then they try to tell you when you buy something there that it's new and it's all jewelry off the backs of people who are in desperate need of money, they would have sold my ring for Will over 700 $800 but offered 80. Stay far away from this place.

Came into shop as a first timer. I heard good things about this business and traveled from Levittown. I expected to be disappointed. Quite the opposite. Very pleased. Chris took care of me. Great experience, they gave us a good education on what items we brought to sell and gave us a good market value price for what we had to sell, highly recommend and it was a nice professional experience.

Came in a few weeks ago to have a ring appraised. The staff was courteous and friendly. They also waived service fee which was really nice. Saw a couple of Gibson guitars that I'll be back to checkout lol. Place is great thanks guys!

I had several items that I no longer had use for -- not only did they give me an incredible price, they were able to locate my new jewelry that no other jewelers could find and gave me an incredible price!! Jim and his crew are absolute professionals with the service they provide. They’re kind and considerate but most of all compassionate. They understand that people need assistance sometimes to make ends meet. They never take advantage of that and are always willing to help.
