The Best YOGA in Central Park I love taking these classes as every teacher has been very zen and being in the park makes me feel one with nature! Highly recommend trying it!

Finding peace and true zen inside the middle of manhattan is hard to find but Shannon finds a way to make it happen! You truly feel taken out of the city. Her flow is perfect to begin the day positive and feel refreshed and have unity with yourself. Her teaching style is calm and always takes time to make sure everyone is connected during the flow. Highly recommend Shannons yoga classes beautifully taught in the middle of Central Park!

I can't say ENOUGH how much I enjoyed this. Shannon led a terrific class with a perfect balance of challenge and support. I am a "yoga loser" and have't worked out in 6 months and this class was just about perfect!! Can't wait to return ... Thanks Shannon!

When I met Shannon in person for the first time at my first outdoor yoga class with her I could tell she had a calmness and a sparkle to her. Her voice is calming and her classes are wonderful. There is no judgement in her classes if toucan't do a move or if you are not feeling that move on that day she won't make you do it or yell at you. If you want to be in shavasana whole class she will accept that. She also has done some donation base classes for charity organizations close to heart. I highly suggest you take her classes.

We worked with Shannon to facilitate a yoga class as a company event. It was wonderful! She was communicative, met all levels, was helpful in providing more mats than usual, and was willing to lean into our theme for the class. Highly recommend!

I am from Itaewon, Seoul. It was a truly fantastic experience! I was worried that it would be awkward since I was the only Korean, but the teacher was very kind and made other people feel at ease. The grass is moist and soft, the birds are chirping, and the wind is gentle... It was a truly healing time. I'll be attending often while I'm in New York. Koreans! Be sure to participate :)
