👍👍 My wife and I come here twice per week. Even though our Spanish language skills are limited the staff is accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend the huevos rancheros, all varieties of the burritos, tacos camarones, pargo fritto/fried porgy, the tamales, and the chile relleno (in my opinion... I've walked past this restaurant hundreds of times, never thought to step in. The chuleta de cerdo is excellent, pupusas great, soupa de mariscos also excellent. The food is very flavorful, and reasonable price. Went back again, had the chuleta again, it was excellent. Also had the bandeja el Salvador it was really good. This place is very good

My wife and I come here twice per week. Even though our Spanish language skills are limited the staff is accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend the huevos rancheros, all varieties of the burritos, tacos camarones, pargo fritto/fried porgy, the tamales, and the chile relleno (in my opinion, this is the undisputed champion of chile rellenos). The chicken/hen soup is fantastic as well. Again, the food is amazing and even though there is a language barrier between the staff and my wife and me, this restaurant never disappoints. The food and the service are impeccable. Out of all of the Guatemalan food options on Bergenline Avenue, this is easily the best.

This place is great. Huge portions of tasty food, served super friendly. The papusas are something else. Plenty of flavours going on, plenty of reasons to stop by. Don't worry if your Spanish is no good - you can manage fine. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.

In particular, 2 dishes ended up disappointing me... I'm not a person who knows a lot about Guatemalan food... but the seafood soup or the ceviche leave a lot to be desired... for the same prices in Peruvian restaurants you can find something much higher quality and good taste.

Everything was so tasty and well seasoned! Pupusas, sopa de gallina, sopa de res, bistec entomatada were all delicious. The fresco of Rosa de Jamaica was very refreshing to wash it all down. Clean and well decorated too :)

Last year I traveled from Columbus Ohio to New York and by chance we came across this restaurant and the food was excellent, I really loved it, and this year I really wanted to eat something good and I didn't hesitate to go again and just as I expected I didn't like it. Disappointed, the food was really good, I'm sure if I had the opportunity to go back I would. 10/110

The broths are the best!!! The chicken and paw one 🙌🏼. The loroco pupusas are excellent!! The avocado toast! It reminds me a lot of my guate!! And Anita's attention is always excellent!
