Very good food and glad they came to paramus. The glass at the counter is extremely annoying to the customer and the employees. Need to find a better way to protect the food. Check out Chipotle or somthing. I tried 3 different hummus selections and all are great. The olive was the best so far. Tried lemon chicken, chicken shawarma, and Moroccan beef. All three very tasty. I like spicy so prefer thr beef. Some places that make shawarma make it too rich, not here. Was excellent. This place does remind me very much of Chipotle or eons down rt 17. Staff very friendly and helpful and place is spotless. I'll be back with some friends but please change that glass out. Lower it or get holes put into it or somthing.

Everything about this place is amazing. The freshly prepared food, decor and customer service is top notch. The flavor, freshness and quality of the food is really impressive . I had the bowl option and created my own bowl. I will be a regular customer for sure. They also have a variety of freshly prepared Lemonade flavors like Turmeric Ginger, strawberry, cucumber and jalapeño .

The person who helped me was very friendly. The food is fresh and healthy, with a lot of variety of vegetables. But what I loved the most was the fresh pita chips, they were so crunchy 😋

My food was so delicious and fresh! I had a falafel on pita, and it was outstanding. The Moroccan hot sauce (made with cilantro so yummy). Also, the lemonade, all of them were amazing (regular, tumeric, and cucumber). I hope this place gets a lot of business, so it sticks around. Finally the staff was so friendly and helpful!

I tried the new hummus place in town. Great for take out or you can have your meal there. Place with a cool design . It exceeded my expectations. The hummus is fresh and flavorful, with a perfect balance and spices. The owner Alain took care of me . All cooks, servers and service staff was friendly ,efficient, making it a great option for a quick and delicious meal. I'll definitely be a regular at this place!

Food is fresh and tasty! I ordered a bowl and a side of falafel and could not finish. Had leftovers 😋
