It is about time to have a professional school like yours in Long Island. I first followed one of your performing teams on YouTube. The Joyous String Ensemble is incredible! These little violinists and cellists really understand music. From Mozart to Tchaikovsky, they play all of their music from memory. Very rare for children at their age. They also play pop music like rock stars! So amazing.

Advance students can attend group class such as chamber music, orchestra and performance class. Each year, Joyous produces up to 50 performance including venues like Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Barclays Center, Madison Square Garden and Times Square. Joyous students have been featured in shows such as ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s Today Show and FOX News. This is the place for great music education.

I 100% recommend this music school. My son has been taking piano and violin lessons there for four to five years now. He also has been a member in their Orchestra for four years. The piano teacher that was assigned to him is very nice, patient and passionate during their lessons. For instance, when he was little, his hand wasn’t big enough to reach the exact notes. She would change the song so that it would be easier for him to play. She understands him, enriches his knowledge, makes him love music and build up his confidence. Every annual concert, I can see an improvement in him as he grows more comfortable and confident in playing both piano and violin. I am very thankful to all faculty members in Joyous Music School.

The director and the teachers have full of enthusiasm, positivity and creativity. The teachers are ice, patient and support during the lessons. Their passion for music is truly infectious. My kids enjoy learning the music from their teachers. As a parent, I just hope my kids learn music happily and love music.
