There is no WiFi no air conditioning there are kids that need it and can’t do they school work we need to keep the kids entertained and they need to learn

Horrible place rat infested no heat! Stay away!

Most horrible place to ever be in. Be prepared to do it all on your own.Caseworkers will not help you with anything from finding an apartment to HRA, Refrigerators are not good for meat or produce. Stove didn't work for months and in the summer is too hot and will only let you bring in fans no A.C and it feels like the fan throwing hot air. No place for a kid to living. Lights are dark, mice and Roaches come out of no where no matter how clean you are if ya neighbor isn’t then rodents will find their way. This place make you feel miserable; remember keep busy and out of there and finally 311 never helped. Be prepared to be strong minded and go there get a great Job and save as much as you can to get out of there as soon as possible with your family. Pray 🙏🏼

This is a family shelter! It is not a hotel! I am sure you will read many awful reviews. I was sent her with my 2 girls and although the room is tiny and yes there where roaches; However I cleaned my room make sure it stays clean. The staff has been wonderful they are trying to put me in a wonderful place, they actually care what I say and they LISTEN! I WAS IN A RV SHELTER FOR A YEAR AND I HAVE RECEIVED MUCH MORE HELP FROM HERE THE FRANT HOTEL! IF YOU KEEP YOUR SPACE CLEAN YOU CAN SIGNIFANTLY CUT DOWN THE AMOUNT OF BUGS AND ROACHES. I HAVE LEARNED 2VERY IMPORTANT THINGS FROM THIS PLACE: #1- NEVER JUDGE A BOOK ONLY FROM THE COVER! #2- WHEN YOU NEED HELP AND YOU APPRECIATE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU AND STOP ACTING LIKE ANY ONE OWES YOU GOOD THINGS WILL COME YOUR WAY!!!

This place shouldn't even have one star let's see if they follow up on the complaints

This is not a hotel it's a shelter. The rooms are in horrible conditions mind you this is a family shelter and the conditions in this shelter are horrible mice and roach infested. The case workers are very dismissive if you want anything done nag them everyday and sometimes not even that makes them do anything for you.

It's a shelter now

Thought the desk staff is awesome, some of the DHS caseworkers are terrible
