Nick and Luis were amazing! Very informative and even helped my wife set up a 0% interest payment plan so we could get our dream mattress! These two guys really listen to all of your mattress desires and have no problem letting you try out the many different mattresses they have in store! We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were! Would definitely go back again to get mattresses and accessories in the future :)

Kendall was excellent! He was alone in the store and handled it with grace, patience and a pleasant demeanor. When he was able to help me, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Great work! Will be back there.

I was really nervous about looking for a new mattress because I know how stressful it could be. The Mattress Firm here in Sunnyside was so great! Both of the people who helped me, Sarah and Nick were so great. Not only were they knowledgeable and explained each brand in detail but they were genuinely interested in helping me find the best mattress for me. I am so happy with my new mattress and accessories. I would 100% recommend people to come to this store, you will not regret it.

We had the MOST AMAZING experience buying our mattress all thanks to KENDELL. From the moment we walked in the store, he was professional, friendly, helpful, and patient. The folks at the mattress firm were super helpful and worked with me to get me deal I could afford. I got a great mattress, set of pillows, a topper and an accompanying sheet set for a reasonable price. Sara or Sarah unsure how she spells it was extremely warm and helpful and ensured I was able to make an informed purchase. The others at the store were great too. Very well run and managed store.

We returned to see Marc, with whom we have worked at the Steinway location. We came here because we trusted his knowledge and recommendations. He spent a great deal of time with us to answer all our questions, and worked very hard to find the best solution.
