Honestly one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. You have to wait 20+ minutes for your food whether you order it online or in the store. There’s never any staff at the front to answer your questions or if an order is ready. The staff are rude. We paid for a large drink and they gave us a medium—“We don’t have large drink containers,” they said. So why am I paying for a large? They give no offer of a refund nor offer to give us two drinks to make it up to us. The food is always lukewarm and sloppily made. I’m pretty sure I can run this store better than they can. It’s really not that difficult. Horrible experience every time I go there and I’ve been 5-7 times.

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They consistently forget items, so I have to check every time. They never have anyone at the register and when you try to avoid this issue by putting in a mobile order, they put your food behind the register instead of the mobile pick up location. After my Taco Pass runs out, I'm done. EDIT: The location has improved recently. They seem to have a new manager who seems invested in improving operations and quality. The counter was more responsive and there was better attention paid to preparing the orders.

It’s hard to qualify this place as “fast food” when we normally wait about 30 minutes for the staff to casually talk to each other with their backs to multiple waiting customers chit chat. Today we waited over an hour. Because we had our dog with us, my boyfriend went in to check the pickup window every 10 minutes or so or when we saw them add one through the window. By the 60 minute mark we asked how much longer. One of the four women inspected a bag off to the side of the pickup area with no receipt in it and asked if these were our items. They were and she insisted that she’d called us four times and that’s why she didn’t have a receipt in it like every other bag that waited in the window. It’s rather suspicious someone who is able to recall the amount of times she called our name so seamlessly can’t seem to attach a receipt to the bag. She offered to refund us if we could repeat the order… needless to say we left. If you’re going to order from here, do it well in advance and don’t assume just because there’s no bag with your receipt that they haven’t already made it. Scream over their conversation if you must or you’ll need a tomb stone.

Horrible!! 11/08/2023 - Two burritos. 45 mins wait time for 2 veg burritos. Asked to cancel and refund - they refused. Few people even left without taking ordered food. Someone’s order was mixed up but he gave up and ate. Nobody would want to spend whole lunch time waiting in TacoBell. Who runs this place!! What is going on here!!

When they first opened it was a real toss up; one day excellent service, the next horrible. It’s gotten better and i highly recommend ordering ahead via the app if you can. Sometimes wait times can get pretty backed up

Attendant was welcoming and the service was quick. The best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time. The employees actually seem to care.

The slowest Taco Bell franchise in NJ. While it seems that they have 3 guys working and doing the job of 1, they are actually doing the best they can with what they have. Cudos to you wonderful Taco Bell staff !!! :) But the meals come out at a glacial pace because the owner is understaffing the place. The owner must be a joke or otherwise a moron…. Taco Bell should take away his franchise agreement . You need to hire enough people to pump out the meal orders quickly. This is why it takes 30min to collect one meal .

We ordered online half an hour in advance and when we came, our order was still in process. So We needed to wait FOREVER for the order! 😭 the worst Taco Bell I have ever been :/ frustrated :/
