Exactly as all the photos show and the staff was pretty nice. One was kind of okay but no one was rude or unhelpful. I love the simple and comfy decor and set up. Easy in and out with access to everything and subways. Lots of food vendors very close but don’t forget to set up parking at a garage!! Allowed our two dogs as well.

150 USD deposit for a 6 night stay one month ago. No refund so far. Hotel was fine, but damn give us back the money

When we arrived in nyc, the booking I had made with holiday inn turned out to be for a different month. They offered absolutely no help. We blind booked with hotel 27 immediately bc we were afraid we would have nowhere affordable to stay at such short notice. Best decision ever! Wilson was so kind and helped us settle in as smooth as possible. What an amazing person! When I go back, im definitely staying with them again because the place is close to everywhere and theres a shop right next to it where you get everything on the menu for 10% off for hotel guests. Thanks again, Wilson! You saved our trip

Worst hotel ever! Made a reservation for my mother , they were not nice to her at all! On Expedia they list the wrong information about parking. The stuff was rude and charged money to card almost 3 wks after she stayed there. The recipient said only $20 were supposed to be paid on site the required a $150 deposit and almost 3 wks later the deposit still not refunded. This hotel doesn’t even have a lobby, nothing to offer in the rooms! There’s a lot of good options in NYC for the price they charged. Please be careful when you give them your card because THEY WILL CHARGE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

It’s a good place to commute all around the places. Staffs are polite. Lily and other person(forgot her name) both were helpful. Rooms were good. Nearby so many restaurants to eat. On overall, It’s a good place to stay.
