Lots of critical reviews here, I don't get it. We're ordering Italian in a mega mall food court - not Eataly. That said, my kid wanted mc n cheese and this place has it. Saved. The max n cheese was fine - didn't taste cheap but far from gourmet. I did get the spaghetti for myself and that was better than expected. Sauce actually tasted like real ingredients (eg. Not cheap super market sauce in a bottle). I wouldn't rush here to eat for myself - but it's an easy win for my kids at least.

Absolutely terrible tomato and meatball pasta. This pasta tasted like they bought tomato sauce from Target, added nothing to it, not even tomatoes, dumped it on noodles, then served it. It came with pretty much nothing. My day one pasta as an amateur cook tasted 100x better than this.

Italian Asian fusion pasta... Interesting... Gotten a few dishes with the family... The beef strips are like Philly cheese streak meat... Very low quality... The flavors were nothing expected for soy garlic or Bulgogi...

I have never hated pasta I've ordered more in my life. I didn't realize their name was Bigoi Venezia because they suspiciously have Eatalia Joy on their sign. I really avoid writing bad reviews but I'm furious lol I am sorry to the workers here but I am preying on their downfall because this is a ripoff. I could've boiled my own pasta and seasoned it better for this price point. Scream!!!!

This is one of the newest and better spots in AD food court. Their main item is pasta with different kinds of protein. They have taiyaki cake, shaved ice, lemonade, smoothies, bubble waffle and bubble teas, pretty much serving all sort of craving. The food store appears relatively clean. The food takes some time to come out, depending on how busy it is. We tried the soy garlic chicken pasta and waffle. The pasta was okay, the chicken was blend, no sign of soy garlic in it. But I did the soup it came with. The waffle was hard like rubber. But because we got it with strawberries topping, the syrup made it soft and soggy. That made the waffle more interesting to eat.

The food is not authentically marketed. The menu is made up of 4 “classic Italian” pastas like butter and garlic, tomato sauce, etc. and then Chinese? We got the spicy chicken and it was gross. bland. Very awkward to eat. I wish we ate something different, during our visit to American dream. I should have googled it first since they already have 1 ⭐️.

We ordered Pasta Chicken and mushrooms but we got uncooked spaghetti mixed with canned mushroom soup, with red chicken It seemed like a 5-year child prepared it for us .. never eaten from his “fake Italian restaurant”

Really, very bad pasta. They charge you a dollar extra for the parmesan. The only good thing was the watermelon juice ( also too expensive, 7 dls a juice). The chicken mushroom literally taste like NOTHING. The bulgogui is a little better but in the end you have a lot of broth with no flavor at all. Almost 40 dls for nothing. Don’t waste your money here!
