That one lady at the front desk always has a bad attitude to everyone, literally everyone. It’s like asking her questions isn’t apart of her job.Going to this location is stressful, I would rather pay $100 to receive good service than use just my insurance here because Most of the staff seriously do not care. Last year a dentist I had was upset about fitting me in before he left so he rushed my fillings and and my mouth was bleeding a lot. The next day my fillings came out! I wish they would close this location down if they aren’t going to respect customers.

First review In my entire life I ever made. DO NOT COME HERE. Im 7 months pregnant and I traveled from Farmingdale Long Island, after waiting 2 1/2 hours In hopes of a temporary fill, which I requested a month ago. Needless to say I was rescheduled with nothing done. I can’t eat. The dentist do not want to work, just constant rescheduling, I guess that’s how they stay in business. It’s hopeless here

I would say save your time and sanity. Even thou they changed locations the staff is still rude and unorganized. Please go anywhere else. This is the worst dentist office in the entire world. If you’re scheduled for a cleaning they will not do it if they don’t feel like it. Someone needs to shut them down

Dr. Tatyana Fridman is one of the worst, unprofessional dentist in the location. She is disgusting and shouldn't even be working with patients. If you go there for care, run from her. All that was asked was to give an explanation of the care that was provided BY HER, and she refused to explain. If the clinic can't provide proper care to patients then they shouldn't be in business. Caring for a patient and being willing to discuss their care is the bare minimum to what is expected from a dentist. Very disappointed and this was the 1st visit.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They don’t even deserve the 1 I’m forced to give them. The staff at the front desk has the worst attitude and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. I was on hold for 20 minutes once. Why do I have to drive down there just to make an appointment in person. I wish there was some way to file a complaint. This is ridiculous.

If I could give these individuals zero or negative stars, I would. Forget bedside manners; almost every employee is borderline aggressive and dismissive. I just got off the phone with my mother, who doesn't speak much English; she called me for help translating and asking the necessary questions. I could hear the doctor or assistant harass her to get off the phone, even with my mother explaining she needed me as a translator. IT IS DISGUSTING how this business carries itself. I'm curious to know how they are still in business. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR EVEN YOUR INSURANCE MONEY GOING HERE. There are far better and more hospitable/welcoming dentists in Brooklyn.

Poor experience thus far. Some Unfriendly staff, particularly the Front. They rarely pick up the phone in the front desk. Even if you had an emergency, they may not know cause they literally sit there and avoid the phone. Every time I show up and have called them, they are sitting there chatting or have their headphones in not paying attention to the actual WORK phone RINGING. I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting and walked in to the office to front desk staff just sitting there or listening to their personal phones.

Personally I love this place and I’ve been going here since I was little😂 ever since they changed locations the waiting time sped up which I’m super grateful for and the dentist that took care of my teeth and did my xrays was professional and nice… y’all just miserable
