I came there for my Citizenship interview and let me tell you that this was one of the most pleasant experience at a governmental agency I'd ever had in my life. From the security personnel at the front, to the clerk who took my biometrics, to the interviewing officer and supervisor - everyone was so nice, friendly, and thorough. The special thank you goes out to the interviewing officer Mr. Cooper who is EXTREMELY good at his job and made the whole process a breeze! Thank you for your services, Mr. Cooper! It was an honor to meet you! And thank you to all the staff! It truly shows a great leadership at the facility!

Finally the date of my interview arrived, I was a little bit nervous, the officer who interviewed me his last name is Cooper, nice guy, very kind and friendly. At the beginning he was joking with me to make me feel comfortable, he really knows how to do his job, he talked like we knew each other for years. Very nice experience

I would like to commend my citizenship interviewer Officer W. Cooper! He was very friendly, making good and fun conversation, and was incredibly patient with me. He understood I was nervous during the interview, but treated me very well and personally congratulated me for passing the interview. He made me feel very comfortable. An excellent officer! Many thanks for your service, I am very grateful.

Happy to share a very positive experience I had for my I-485 interview ( employment based) with Office Ursula Risko at the USCIS Mt. Laurel office. This office has extremely friendly staff who put you at ease even as your enter the office, starting from the security officers to the staff who guide you through the process, I only felt good vibes at this place. Would like to call out Office Ursula as a wonderful and warm person who handled my case with utmost professionalism and courtesy and guided me through the various stages that led to the final approval . May her tribe increase and kudos to the staff at Mt Laurel office for doing a great job.

Please investigate krishna Madagoni and Pragathi Chandaluri for they have committed a fraudulent conveyance in PA. Krishna transferred our Madagoni LLC property to Pragathi unbeknownst to me; he hid this illegal business transaction and Pragathi obtained a fraudulent mortgage. This F-1 visa immigrant used the wrong address on her NJ ID used our business address to qualify for a Loan. Their true address is 1381 Arundel Way, Bensalem, PA 19020 not 247 E. Front St., Ste. 109, New Jersey, 086111. These two should be investigated for multiple document schemes. Nor has Pragathi ever lived in Burlington, NJ. Although her mail continues to come to my address. Both are using false addresses to attempt misrepresent the truth to qualify for loans and credit cards and to stay in America. Krishna Madagoni is apart of the entire scam. Don’t allow these two to get away with their fraud.
