When
we
first
got
there,
the
hotel
seemed
pretty
nice.
Our
floor
was
very
dark
and
dated,
which
was
ok
with
me,
I
wasn't
in
NY
for
the
hotel.
When
we
got
back
at
night,
we
realized
our
A/C
didn't
work,
but
it
wasn't
unbearably
hot,
but
somewhat
uncomfortable.
Got
in
bed,
and
my
feet
hit
the
bare
mattress,
gross.
I
told
housekeeping
the
following
morning
and
they
put
a
proper
bottom
sheet
on
the
bed.
Later
that
day,
we
had
water
leaking
from
the
ceiling,
which
flooded
our
bathroom
and
we
had
to
change
rooms.
The
next
room
they
put
us
in,
the
A/C
also
didn't
work
(fan
wouldn't
even
come
on),
and
they
told
us
a
lie
about
it
being
a
central
A/C,
so
none
of
the
rooms
would
work.
Even
if
it
was
a
central
A/C,
the
local
unit
in
the
room
would
still
allow
the
fan
to
come
on
if
it
wasn't
broken.
Got
in
bed
late
that
night,
and
the
bed
was
made
the
same
way
as
the
first
room
(I
attached
pictures
to
this
review).
I
wish
I
had
taken
pics
of
our
first
room.
I
told
the
manager
the
following
morning,
who
gave
me
his
boss'
email
and
asked
that
I
email
the
pics
to
him.
Emailed
twice
over
two
weeks
and
got
no
response.
They
really
don't
care
whatsoever
if
your
stay
was
horrible,
if
their
hotel
leaks
and
ruins
your
belongings,
if
you
sweat
all
night
for
lack
of
A/C,
or
if
you
have
to
sleep
with
your
feet
on
a
bare
mattress
without
fresh
sheets.
