Where
do
I
start?
This
is
not
a
4
star
hotel,
don't
be
fooled
by
Google.
At
best,
it
is
2.5
stars.
You
walk
into
the
lobby
and
think
"wow,
what
a
nice
place!"
and
then
you
get
off
the
elevator
and
regret
having
booked
at
the
hotel.
Hilton
vacated
the
premises
in
2022
and
I
can
understand
why
-
they
realized
that
it
would
cost
way
too
much
to
renovate
and
bring
it
up
to
Hilton
standards.
Lobby:
Again,
pretty
nice
and
those
working
the
check
in
desk
are
helpful.
Sometimes
it
even
smells
nice
in
the
lobby.
There
are
2
lobby
bathrooms
(single
rooms),
but
one
was
out
of
order
and
the
other
doesn't
latch
properly/hasn't
been
cleaned.
In
the
evening,
there
is
a
bar
in
the
lobby
but
zero
frills.
No
restaurant
on
premises.
Elevators:
Very
slow.
Rooms:
The
hotel
hallways
are
very
outdated.
Our
room
number
plate
had
several
stains/unknown
substances
on
it.
The
room
was
musty
and
warm.
The
air
conditioner
was
not
working,
so
the
room
was
too
warm
all
the
time.
The
furniture
is
very
random
-
it
is
like
Hilton
took
all
of
their
furniture
and
this
hotel
scrapped
together
what
they
could.
For
example,
it
is
obvious
there
used
to
be
a
table
in
our
room
(there
is
a
light
fixture
with
nothing
under
it).
No
outlets
by
the
bed.
The
bed
was
rock
hard.
The
TV
was
not
good.
I
will
say
that
the
room
and
bathroom
appeared
clean
and
when
the
housekeeper
realized
there
were
2
people
staying
in
the
room,
she
left
extra
towels
and
amenities.
We
did
have
a
great
view
from
our
room.
All
in
all,
I
was
unimpressed.
However,
there
are
several
subway
stops
near
by,
which
was
very
helpful.
There
is
a
Starbucks
next
door
but
only
open
on
weekdays.
An
immediate
suggestion
to
the
hotel
is
to
offer
coffee
(whether
free
or
convert
the
bar
to
a
coffee
bar
in
the
AM)
in
the
lobby.
If
you
are
just
looking
for
a
place
to
keep
your
stuff/sleep,
then
this
should
work
for
you.
