Only
giving
2
stars
because
the
staff
is
friendly,
helpful,
and
very
responsive.
I
was
able
to
extend
my
stay
from
one
to
two
nights
on
the
fly
when
my
hotel
did
not
work
out
for
Friday
night.
However,
things
went
downhill
from
there.
I
got
in
at
3AM
due
to
transportation
delays
and
the
check-in
process
was
a
bit
slow.
It
was
also
not
explained
to
me
how
to
use
the
elevator
scanning
key
so
I
was
confused
about
that.
When
I
got
to
my
tiny,
dingy
room
that
honestly
reminds
me
more
of
a
hostel,
I
couldn’t
find
my
towels
and
I
had
to
call
the
front
desk.
They
were
hidden
on
a
shelf
behind
the
mirror
but
I
would
have
never
seen
them
(they
claimed
the
hotel
is
going
for
a
minimalistic
style).
I
also
took
a
shower
the
next
day
and
discovered
I
had
no
wash
clothes.
Speaking
of
the
shower.
My
bathtub
wouldn’t
drain.
Back
to
that
first
night.
When
I
got
to
the
room
it
was
66
degrees
(cold
early
January
night)
and
the
thermostat
was
set
to
cool.
I
turned
on
the
heat
and
the
heater
sounded
terrible
rattling
like
crazy.
The
heater
would
not
run
long
and
would
not
get
above
70
no
matter
how
high
I
turned
it
and
the
room
was
cold.
I
eventually
had
to
call
the
front
desk
again
(at
this
point
it
was
like
4:30AM)
and
they
were
very
responsive
and
quick
but
they
apparently
have
some
sort
of
setting
that
only
allows
the
heaters
to
run
for
a
very
short
time.
Even
after
the
fix
the
heater
wouldn’t
stay
on
very
long.
I
don’t
know
how
this
hotel
is
rated
4-stars.
It’s
definitely
not.
Location
is
great
but
know
what
you’re
getting
into.
There
are
better
hotels
around
that
are
probably
just
a
little
more
expensive
when
you
add
in
the
taxes
and
fees.
My
total
was
$312
and
some
change
for
2
nights.
You
definitely
get
what
you
pay
for.
