In
15
years
of
travelling,
I
have
not
met
ruder
and
colder
staff.
From
the
moment
of
check-in,
to
the
bathroom
door
that
kept
dislodging
and
falling
off
(serious
safety
risk)
from
the
cheap,
low-quality
rails
it
was
installed
in,
to
us
wanting
to
move
rooms
because
we
were
then
moved
to
a
room
with
no
real
shower
doors
(the
water
gets
everywhere-
they
called
it
"European
style"
to
me
it
just
seems
cheap
style),
the
experience
was
downright
insulting.
We
complained
about
the
falling
door,
they
sent
someone
who
"fixed
it"
then
it
happened
again
so
they
offered
to
take
money
off
the
bill
but
not
move
rooms-
we
had
to
go
back
for
that.
This
move
was
made
very
very
awkward-
at
one
point
the
manager
burst
into
our
room
with
2
people
while
we
hadn't
acknowledged
or
said
"Come
in"
because
one
of
our
party
was
downstairs
asking
for
the
move
to
a
room
with
a
functioning
bathroom
door
and
the
others
were
upstairs-
we
didn't
know
the
move
had
been
approved.
We
moved
to
a
room
that
didn't
have
doors
for
the
shower-
and
the
showerhead
looked
like
it
faced
the
rest
of
the
bathroom
directly
(i.e.
not
a
wall-
so
water
would
get
everywhere).
This
is
a
bad
slip
hazard
so
I
went
down
to
ask
us
to
change
to
a
room
with
curtains
like
we
had
before.
The
"manager"
informed
me
that
it's
not
possible-
only
the
rooms
on
the
lower
floor
have
those
(the
new
room
was
on
the
same
floor
as
our
previous
one
which
had
the
bathtub
and
curtains).
Then
she
was
corrected
or
corrected
herself-
they
told
us
to
bring
all
our
stuff
downstairs
for
the
next
one
and
a
half
hours
while
the
next
room
is
secured
(something
about
housekeeping
only
being
there
till
4
pm
and
so
them
needing
to
sell
our
current
room).
I
said
can't
we
just
leave
our
current
room
in
like
half
an
hour
before
the
housekeeping
time-
they
refused.
At
one
point
one
of
the
front
desk
asked
us
"Did
you
dirty
it?"
in
regards
to
the
room.
All
this
was
moot
because
within
10
minutes
of
us
coming
down
to
the
lobby
with
all
of
our
stuff,
the
next
room
was
ready.
And
nobody
helped
us
move
our
luggage-
there
is
a
luggage
trolley
but
they
say
there
is
no
concierge
service
(I
guess
they
expect
guests
to
use
the
trolley
themselves
and
then
go
downstairs
to
return
it).
We
were
so
tired
but
thankfully
one
of
the
rarer
good
staff
offered
to
help
us
move
our
stuff.
The
bathroom
doors
are
all
overhang
sliders
with
very
large
gaps
at
the
door
end-
so
you
can
see
into
it
and
hear
everything
going
on.
There
are
none
of
the
facilities
quoted-
no
breakfast,
no
business
centre,
the
gym
is
apparently
under
renovation,
the
front
of
the
building
doesn't
even
have
the
logo
of
the
building.
This
is
less
a
hotel
and
more
of
a
glorified
sleeper
pod.
The
staff
don't
wear
nametags
so
you
cannot
identify
any-
they
do
wear
personal
caps
though
and
look
very
unprofessional.
It
generally
seems
like
the
manager
went
to
Times
Square
and
asked
a
bunch
of
young
people
if
they
want
to
become
a
manager
of
a
NYC
hotel
instead
of
idk
serving
dishes
somewhere
you
actually
have
to
work
and
be
held
accountable
and
a
bunch
of
friends
jumped
at
the
chance.
Bed
was
comfortable
and
wifi
was
good
speed
(both
were
from
Marriott
I
think-
fitting
that
the
only
good
things
about
this
place
were
from
another
hotel).
Wifi
was
unsecured
by
the
way-
anyone
can
log
in.
But
they
lock
their
lobby
bathrooms
behind
card
readers
go
figure.
Since
check-in
is
at
the
very
late
and
unusual
4
pm
(trying
to
coerce
people
into
buying
early
check-in
for
$100?),
you're
gonna
have
to
deal
with
the
locked
unclean
lobby
bathrooms
a
fair
amount
on
day
of
check-in.
Room
was
fairly
clean.
I
liked
the
transparent
minifridge
and
the
steam
iron.
But
the
bathroom
situation
really
penalizes
the
room.
What
sort
of
name
is
"TBA"
anyways-
how
long
will
you
be
"TBA"
