AWESOME hotel. We have stayed at many hotels across several trips to NYC, both simple and fancy and NobleDen is the best we have ever stayed at. The location is great and close to great local dining and attractions. The room was not fancy, but was extremely clean and well designed (and large by New York standards). Free coffee in the morning and an awesome rooftop. The staff here was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping. Looking forward to visiting again!!

Wonderful little hotel on the cusp of little Italy and china town. Amazing views from the sitting deck on the rooftop. The rooms are small but comfortable and well done. Nice little coffee and tea station on the main level with free drinks anytime. Wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in this area of Manhattan.

Pros: The rooms are huge Extremely clean Great location Nice staff Cons: Besides your room, there is nothing there. Even for restroom you need to go to the restaurant next door. There is no gym, real lobby, or anything like that. If you are wondering around all day and want to have a clean huge room by the end of the day- this is the place for you.

We had an amazing stay at the NobleDen! Our room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for 2 people (King room w. juliette balcony). All of the staff were friendly, and very helpful. There were so many great touches like the complimentary coffee in the lobby as well as the complimentary slippers and toiletries in the room (q-tips, toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup wipes, etc.). The hotel is in an incredible location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location and super nice staff. Room was a good size and had a nice walk in shower. Only complaint, but kind of a big one, is that the beds were uncomfortable, unless you like an extremely firm mattress combined with a super squishy down pillow that disappears when you lay on it. I would suggest bringing your own pillow, or at least make a bedroll out of clothes for a pillow.

Nestled in between a restaurant and a store, this petite hotel was outstanding. Location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants, public trans, great Italian shops and much more. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all knew the surrounding area extremely well. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Access to the rooftop was a plus. Most hotels only allow that to the Penthouse guests. Highly recommended and I would stay there again for sure.

5 Stars !! NobleDen does it right !! If you are looking for a more culture rich experience as opposed to staying uptown, I urge you to stay here. The service was impeccable, staff were incredible at showing hospitality. They allowed us to check out late and kept our large backpacks for the day of check out so we could explore. So incredibly everyone we interacted with. The rooms !! They felt homey and such comfort. The shower was top notch, and our room had a balcony. In addition, roof top access is available for 24 hr so you can take a look at the beautiful skyline without having to spend $50 on drinks at a lounge. Don't think twice , stay here for your vacation.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel, family stay with kids. It is clean and modern. We used the coffee facilities and had our morning tiny croissant to start the day, along with a banana (much more nutritious!). Rooms had a mini bar which could hold some bottles of water or milk if needed. Beds were very comfortable, and sleep quality great. We had a weird balcony with view back from the hotel, with noise and smell of fan extractors of nearby restaurants, but the view from there was compensating. I saw some other rooms had way better balconies... ! The rooftop of the hotel offers great views. The safe lock in the room got blocked after one mistaken code and I had to wait till next morning to have it opened for me... I can only hope if it was more urgent, management would find a way to do it sooner, but cant be sure. Food options around are ample, walking up or down Manhattan is doable even with kids, we reached Central Park on foot and next day Batter Park. All in all, recommended.

We stayed at NobleDen Hotel Dec 14-16 2022. The front desk staff were super courteous and professional. The rooms are impeccably clean and quiet. They have loads of toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and slippers. They have coffee in the lobby and soft drinks you can buy. In the morning they had fresh croissants in the lobby for guests. The location is in Little Italy. Loads of local Italian restaurants around including a nice Italian Bakery right across the street. When we were leaving it was raining really hard. The front desk staff arranged a car service to Penn Station for us. It was a great price and worked out perfectly. I would stay here again for sure.

We had an excellent 1 night stay here. The staff were super helpful with restaurant recommendations and very friendly. The manager even came to check on us while we were having lunch down the street and was able to comp us a round of drinks! Very nice touch. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location and rooms are comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the NobleDen Hotel. The room was big enough and the Juliette balcony was really nice. And when you close the balcony door street noise goes away. There were a couple of things that we had problems with, however. The bathroom sink is out in the room right next to the bed. So there is no privacy. I’m brushing my teeth and my partner is in bed right next to me watching as I go through my prep for shower and bed. That was a bit uncomfortable. Then they hired a car to take us to JFK. On that morning the Manhattan Bridge was closed due to some police activity. But the driver didn’t know that until we were right there and the cops were yelling “the bridge is closed “. Traffic was a nightmare and we barely made our flight. It’s not unreasonable to expect a driver in NYC to check his traffic app before they head out to pick up a costumer. Right? If he had known about the closures which began at 3am, he would have had a Plan B in place and could have saved us a good bit of time. We were really surprised that our driver had no idea about this issue. All of that aside we did enjoy our stay at NobleDen. The staff, the rooftop deck and the location were all great.

NobleDen is now our favourite hotel in NYC. We first stayed in 2015 when it first opened and again in July of 2023. Everything got off to a superb start when our reservation was looked after by the Manager Evan. Evan went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect and went above and beyond. He is a credit to the hospitality industry and is obviously skilled at people and business management, as everything that followed was just as good. During our stay, Frankie looked after us. Frankie was extremely friendly and hospitable. He helped us make reservations and booked us a cab when we were leaving that ended up a lot cheaper than a yellow taxi or Uber. The hotel is very clean and although the rooms are not huge, plenty big enough for a base while in NYC. Complimentary coffee is a nice touch and each morning we were offered a sweet treat. The views from the roof top are amazing and the location is fantastic....especially if you enjoy Chinese food. We will be back for sure and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Fantastic. Adorable rooms with everything we needed. The rooftop view was stunning! And the front desk clerks were amazing! They were all very kind and accommodating but this one guy, I believe his name was Morgan, was just a gem and added so much to our trip. Highly recommend!!!

Any review I could give of less than 5 stars is insufficient for this hotel. I have never felt so well-treated in a hotel as in this place. The room was modern, with well-thought-out spaces. Everything necessary for the stay was magical. In the lobby, there is complimentary coffee, tea, water, ice, and even free sodas. The hotel is conveniently located, with the B and B subway lines just 3 blocks away and the number 6 line 5 blocks away. EXCELLENT LOCATION. I must mention Morgan at the reception (I don't know if he's the owner because he took care of his guests as if he were). THANK YOU, MORGAN. If it weren't for you, we would have missed our flight. We will definitely be back.

Great location, a block from Little Italy, the subway to anywhere and obviously China town/Canal Street. Great views from the large balcony. We could see the Empire State Building and the Freedom Tower lit up at night. Only complaint is no breakfast places nearby. Clean, provided lots of complimentary items in the room as well as near the lobby. Rooftop views were magnificent. I went to the restaurant adjacent to the lobby and ordered cocktails to drink on the rooftop. Lots of NYC history in the area you can walk and discover.

Incredible stay! Perfect location, quiet rooms, modern furnishings, free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, and the staff was so courteous and excellent. I lost my wallet one night and though it wasn’t at the hotel one of the front desk staff kept a lookout. Stay here for a cheap rate on off seasons and you will be so glad you did. Oh. And they also give you a hilariously adorable monkey with your stay.

Fantastic experience! The service was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms (we ended up getting two) were meticulously clean and full of amenities most hotels don’t offer. I appreciated the smart storage, free WiFi, and the spacious shower. The bed was admittedly firm for my choice, but I know that’s subjective. The location was convenient to the subway. Plenty of coffee shops, retail shops, and restaurants in the area. I booked a parking spot on a third party site as there isn’t street parking. Will stay here again!

We loved our stay at NobleDen! Amazing location that gives you the feeling you're part of the neighborhood and not just at a hotel, clean rooms with modern fixtures and amenities (might have to install a rain-shower at home now), friendly staff that were always pleasant and willing to help. Rooftop patio was great for late night relaxing, croissants every morning in the lobby was a nice touch, and if you need a ride somewhere they have a car service they can call (no need to hail a cab). Subway stations are all within walking distance. If you want a great NYC experience definitely book a room here!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Fully exceeded my expectations. Super clean, kind staff, wonderful accommodations like coffee and pastries daily, travel kits in the rooms, floor to ceiling windows, rain shower and beautiful vanity lighting, and just overall unexpected little perks (there was even a sweet little teddy bear on my bed when I arrived!). There’s great food all around and a short walk to the subway. I stayed at a four star hotel the same week that didn’t even compare to the wonderful accommodations at NobleDen. Definitely going to stay here again!

Great hotel, very modern and the rooms are really good for NY standards: nice design and soundproof, situated in a calm street and close to interesting places and a few tube stations. The staff is also very nice and polite. For NYC, where a lot of hotels are outdated, this hotel is a true gem!

Do not book this hotel if you may need to cancel. My son a senior in high school decided to book a trip in Dec.. Covid is emerging and they refused to refund his money with a 72 hour window. Shame on this hotel management. My son just learned a good lesson . Lost 977.14 of hard earned money being a high school student. He did the honorable thing and choked down the loss instead of risking getting the illness that we have seen on the news for 2 weeks. Way to go wolves den be wary travels have a nice holiday.

The location is pretty good very near to the airport, which is good for the visitors who arrive late at the airport. The price also competitive, and the room service is good enough. The front people are kind, and the lobby decoration is wonderful! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to all of my friend who loves to travel.

My partner and I spent a fantastic 10 days here. The staff were top-notch, always ready to lend a hand. Morgan, manager I believe, was a delight. The rooms were spotless, possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. The only downside was the firm beds, and the fridge didn’t seem like it stayed very cold, but the rest of the experience was simply amazing.

Good hotel in a nice location in Little Italy. Rooms are big and the facilities arranged cleverly. Liked very much the shower and bathroom. Recommend.

What a great experience. We normally stay at other hotels in the area, but decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed! The room was clean and tidy. The location is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They even had two dolls for my daughters wrapped nicely upon entering the room. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend it!

A gem of a NYC hotel. Nobleden hotel sits right on the border of Chinatown and Little Italyand is a great location to enjoy any NYC trip while staying away from the chaos of Times Square. The service of the whole staff was impeccable. It's clear the manager Morgan and his team truly care about their guests enjoying their time at Nobleden whether that's by providing an amazing dinner recommendation, answering questions about the city, or just going above and beyond with any requests you may have. Will be staying at Nobleden next time I'm in town.

Fantastic hotel. Well maintained. Great staff, great location, unique comfortable rooms, incredible rooftop with amazing views. Morgan and co do a wonderful job making guests feel welcome. And the location in the heart of Little Italy makes this a gem.

We had a great stay at Nobleden. This was our second time there and it didn't disappoint. This is a cozy boutique hotel that is clean and quiet. Cool modern vibe. Awesome location in the heart of Little Italy. Great views from the rooftop. We stayed in a king balcony room and had an amazing view overlooking Little Italy. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

I am so glad that we booked into the NobleDen for our visit to New York. It's great location and extremely reasonable price were what initially sealed the deal for me, but I could not have anticipated the quality of the hotel and the service provided by every member of staff (although the countless amazing reviews gave some indication!) Every person we encountered working at the NobleDen were polite and attentive to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is kept clean and spotless, the rooms have every necessity and very comfy beds. And the roof! What a treat! I sincerely hope that we will be able to return to New York again soon, and I know the NobleDen is the only place we will be staying. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our trip extra perfect.

We stayed in the King room with Juliette balcony which was lovely. It was so nice to be able to open the window. The room was not large but very well designed and it had pretty much everything we needed so it was all good. We had a view of the street and One world trade centre which was great. Rooftop terrace was so nice to have. Tea/coffee area downstairs was so convenient. There is a microwave and filtered water facility too. Location was great. A few subway stations to choose from, plenty of restaurants and nice shops around. I was not a big fan of the design of the basin area because you are so exposed when getting in to the shower booth, but it's probably just me. It was just a small thing anyway. This hotel does not disappoint you. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and will keep recommending it.

  • 4/5 Laina T. 5 months ago on Google
Hotel, as everyone says, is great. It is actually more spacious than other NYC hotels I've stayed in and the street noise is negligible. If anything, it's the noise in the corridors that is loudest with doors shutting and wheels rolling. The water pressure is great in the shower and there are plenty of storage spaces. Location is very convenient, with lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because we booked a "taxi" for our flight home from Newark Airport. It was not a real taxi and the driver had no clue where he was going. What should have been a roughly 30 minute drive took double and we had to sprint to make it to our gates. He literally stopped and reversed because he was about to take the wrong exit. At another point, he pulled over to look at Google Maps and then we had to correct him on which exit to take, even with Maps open. If this was a real taxi or ride app service, this would not have happened. Please save yourself the immense stress and do not book your car through the hotel just in case this happens to you.

We quickly felt like being at home. For one week in NY, most of our nights, we past them at the NobleDen, and we loved it! Where do I start? -First, the location - ideal, just between Chinatown and Little Italy, the neighborhood is chill, warm, pleasant and nicely animated without being stressful nor overcrowded. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, you always have options to find a place to eat. -The rooms are nice, cosy and comfortable (loved the bed!). And the shower is great! -The best? The service! Receptionists are so kind (all of them- and we met a few), helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond to help (for the luggage, for the shuttle, etc.). As promised, I won't mention the funny anecdote ;) Thanks again for making your NY experience even better! We leave only with good memories!

We stayed for four nights. Everything was perfect! The front desk gentleman who looks like David Letterman is the nicest. They are all nice and accommodating but he went above and beyond. The closest station is 4 minutes ago. Soho shopping is like next door, perfect location.

Very nice, clean, hotel in Little Italy. I have been to many hotels in big cities, but this is one of those that I will remember. Room size is ok. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is free coffee/tee in the lobby and we even got free croissants in the morning. Highlight is the rooftop terrace with chairs and sofas that can be used by guests around the clock. If you stay there, you gotta go up at night!

It’s been a week since we have arrived home from our trip to NYC, and we can’t stop thinking about how wonderful our experience was from start to finish. A major contributor to this was our accommodation, the Nobleden hotel. From the moment we arrived, Morgan and the staff couldn’t have been more professional, friendly and informative. They helped us to navigate our way around and were great at making recommendations if needed. Morgan was even very kind and made a reservation for us in a wonderful restaurant. They truly make your experience feel very special, personal and go above and beyond, even when they don’t have too. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and in an incredible location for getting around the city. If you’re a person that wants to experience amazing food and bars, you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay as it’s between Little Italy and Chinatown. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly! Thank you Morgan and the team for making our trip so memorable!

This is by far the best hotel experience I've had. The hotel is in the perfect location for amazing food, nearby subway stations, and cool nightlife. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby has delicious croissants every morning, and past the elevators there's hot coffee, filtered water, an ice machine, teas, and hot chocolate which is all complimentary). I also have to give this hotel a five star rating for cleanliness (I'm a neat freak and have never stayed anywhere up to my standards but this place is CLEAN haha!) The rooftop is stunning and a must-see. Finally, the room size is perfectly fine for an NYC stay, it's a small room but it has ample storage and we never felt cramped. I saw some reviews about the view from the back, we stayed facing the back "courtyard" and the view was lovely, no issues here. I'm sure you can request a view of the street as the staff are so accommodating. The one tiny blip for this stay was the walls are thin and you can hear side to side, however this was never an issue for me at night as the guests were all quiet at night. I think the only noise I heard was the cleaners for a few minutes, no big deal as they're just doing their jobs. As for outside noise, you would've thought we were in the suburbs rather than a busy NYC neighbourhood. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. I miss this place already!

Hotel located in little Italy bordering Soho, Nolita and Chinatown. A few breakfast amenities. A cool rooftop. Great room (302) with french windows opening on Grand st (pretty calm street in the early morning), clean, comfortable, practical. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very good stay. I highly recommend A+
