I
stayed
at
the
Hilton
because
I
was
attending
a
conference
at
the
hotel.
Overall,
I
had
a
good
stay.
The
room
was
spacious,
the
shower
was
really
nice,
and
the
bed
was
comfortable.
I
was
on
the
31st
floor
and
I
found
it
very
quiet,
both
outside
(didn't
hear
any
noise
from
the
street)
and
inside
(didn't
hear
people
in
other
rooms
or
in
the
corridor
very
much.
It
wasn't
disruptive.).
My
room
had
a
fridge
and
I
was
given
free
WiFi.
My
only
negative
is
that
upon
closer
look,
there
were
little
things
about
the
room
that
were
a
bit
tired.
After
my
first
shower
on
the
first
day,
I
notice
my
towels
had
a
few
small
stains
(I
asked
the
cleaning
staff
to
replace
them
the
next
morning,
which
they
did),
the
wallpaper
in
the
bathroom
is
peeling,
the
bedside
table
had
some
gunk
on
it
that
didn't
come
off.
Also,
there
is
no
coffee
maker
in
the
room,
which
I
expect
of
a
4-star
hotel.
The
location
was
great,
could
walk
to
many
things,
including
Times
Square,
and
was
close
the
several
subway
lines.
The
service
was
polite
overall.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
early
and
when
I
said
I
was
checking
in
that
day,
they
offered
to
check
me
in
early
but
didn't
tell
me
that
it
would
cost
$50.
I
had
overheard
this
being
told
to
someone
else
checking
in
so
I
asked
and
then
they
confirmed
the
additional
fee.
They
said
they
could
keep
me
bag
for
free
if
I
wanted
to
come
back
later
to
check
in,
which
I
did.
Also,
the
day
I
left,
I
had
to
leave
my
bag
for
a
few
hours
and
they
charge
$5
per
bag.
I
find
this
a
bit
much
considering
the
price
I
paid
for
a
4-star
hotel.
So
overall,
a
good
stay
but
there
are
a
few
things
that
could
use
improvement.
