Hotel is in a great location in midtown - close to times square, close to the park, close to empire state etc. Getting to upper Manhattan is easy as is getting downtown. Hotel is generally nice. Our room was a bit tired with furniture having been well used. The rooms are due a refit soon. No coffee pot or refrigerator in the room. We had cockroaches of various sizes in the room. I trapped a couple and took them to the front desk to show them as they assured us they've never had this problem before! The last night there I had one run down the length of my arm while trying to sleep!. They offered reward points for their Honors program that was equivalent to 2 free nights in any Hilton Hotel. My traveling partner was part of the Honors program.....I wasn't. At a rate of $400.00 a night I got nothing out of it. Location is great, but I would not return.

Cons: No microwave. Also not a fan of the tiny sink area above the toilet. The towels feel as stiff as newspaper. Pro: Staff has been so pleasant. Decent beds. Large television. Beautiful night views!

My mother (who is disabled) is coming in for a reservation soon. I work for a hotel as a general manager. The customer service I received on the phone was absolutely outrageous and totally disrespectful. My mother‘s preference would be an ADA accessible room but understands those are far between. So some simple requests in order to make sure she is comfortable, was told that wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. When reservations come in at my hotel, which is a five-star hotel in a major city, we ensure we take care of the guest. The guest who pays our bills. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was not one available. I was not offered to be transferred to a voicemail or anything. As someone who is born and raised in New York I love my city. But the customer service that was experienced over the phone —- baffled and highly upset. Unfortunately my mother house to stay at this hotel but if management sees this please feel free to respond to it and give me a direct number to call you guys out please. Thank you.

We stayed here as it was the perfect location for the Macy’s day parade. We walked right outside and posted up right in front of the CBS broadcast booth and it afforded us the luxury of going in the get warm take bathroom break and they had free cookies. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only small grips were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms and the lobby and elevators were super crowded. As with most midtown hotels you are charged a $35 convenience fee but it can and should be used for food, drinks, or other things in the hotel. This is the perfect location to walk around the city. We were in walking distance to Times Square, 5th avenue, and Rockefeller center. The restaurant and shops on site are great, and Ray’s pizza is right up the block. Overall we give it a 9.3/10 and will recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Moved to this hotel after staying one night in another part of town that was not up to scratch. The rooms were large and clean, plenty of wardrobe space and we had an excellent stay. Fortunately when we arrived there were no conventions going on and when we checked out it was the same. However, on other days when walking through the lobby the check in line was long with bags strewn all around. We were four ladies with 9 suitcases and at no time were we offered help by porters. Make sure you take advantage of the 35 dollar (free) allowance per room per day from the Herb Kitchen shop. Annoyingly the glasses in our rooms were not replenished every day so we had to call guest services every day to have them brought up. However they were always brought to us within 5 minutes. Maybe a ruse to get a tip? On leaving the hotel there is a charge for keeping your luggage until your departure. Ours was 40 dollars cash. Never been charged anywhere in the world for this before. On some days there was a strange chemical smell immediately outside the hotel entrance. Couldn't define what is was. On other days the smell was not there. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this Hilton and would return again.

The highlight of our trip was the amazing service from Sharon every morning at the executive lounge. She greeted us every morning with a smile and always remembers us from previous stays. While we he lounge itself doesn't have the best breakfast options or snacks in the evening, you can always count on Sharon to make the visit a pleasant one.

We stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to New York in 2018. We found it to be great in proximity to everywhere we needed to go. Really clean, and friendly staff. Room was alright. Not much of a view from where we were, but we only needed it to sleep anyways. Checked us in pretty early when our bus got there way before check in time. Continental breakfast had a decent selection, was good enough to start the day. Hot breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, or spend the extra money on from what I can recall. We would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a week. The hotel is a perfect location. Close to many locations and easy access to the subway. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room: Our room was decent. We booked a king-sized bed. I wish there was a microwave so that we didn't have to either eat out leftovers cold or trash them. Our room lacked plugs. USB ports would've been nice. The Air-conditioning: If you book here, just know that you do not have actual control of the air settings in your room. Our room stayed fixed at 75 and was unable to turn it down a few notches. We couldn't sleep well the first few nights and were super sweaty. We finally called the front desk, and they sent maintenance up. He seemed annoyed that they even called him about the issue. He told us that the hotel controls the temp. He gave us 2 options: A) open the window at night or B). Use a box fan. We chose the box fan option. As paying guests, everyone should have the ability to control their own setting as it's not a one size-fits all situation. The Bathroom: The bathrooms are on the smaller size, but I understand that we have to work with the space available. The showers could use a bit more TLC. There were specs of black in many visible places as well as built-up crusts of dirt. So that was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay. My daughter dropped an earring down the sink and maintenance retrieved it! Amazing. A couple of pointers... elevators... the lines get long. Plan well ahead to ensure that you can get to your meetings/ appointments on time. Food... there are many great restaurants nearby. A short journey and you can save a lot. Most of the rooms are double beds. There is room within the room to have queen beds. This would make for better sleep. Thermostats - never could get a consistent temperature... we had it set to 66 in the winter and it was cold in the day and somehow, it got hot at night. Pretty sure just our room... I would stay here again

To start with we had to part with $500 dollars in security and urban tax to even get our room keys. The urban tax I was aware off, although this was also $5 per day higher than I was told by my travel company. The security deposit I was not even told about so I got quite annoyed at this. The staff did not exactly explain the whole urban tax thing very well either, from my understanding we would only be charged for what we used however this was not the case as I found out the day before i left. I was in New York with my family so was never really going to be using the restaurant. So in the end I used only around $47 of the Credit and received nothing else in return. Then with the room due to there being an office block across the street I had to switch on every light, even in the middle of the day to get any decent light. The lights themselves where poorly designed as I had to switch on what felt like twenty switch's to turn the lights on. The main restaurant in the hotel I couldn't go to in the evening due to having my 11 year old with us so no real point there. The bathroom would not have been able to suit 4 people as it was quite small. The TV was a great size but limited channels. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families and was generally disappointed as it put a damper on what overall was a great trip. For a Hotel by Hilton I expected much much better.

The Hilton Midtown is in a great location, but the hotel's rooms are tiny and dated. They also have a lot of miscellaneous charges that increase your bill (e.g., charged us an extra $150 for arriving a few minutes early, resort fee, etc.). The bathrooms in the room are tiny. The carpet is dated. The hotel has potential if it is renovated. I will give them props for having great safety protocols at night (employee in front ensuring only guests enter).

There are hotels that have a better block than the Hilton, but its still in a great central location with easy walking distance to Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, and Times Square. There are surprisingly few amenities at this hotel for how large it is. There are meeting rooms and banquet halls for those hosting an event. The gym is kind of cool as it has a giant glass canopy. The restaurants on the ground floor are very mediocre for the price, even if you are getting a credit. And an executive lounge which I wasn't platinum in time to see. That's about it. Otherwise, this is mostly a base of operations for other meals and activities you are going to do in New York, as it has a fairly central location with decent subway access. The rooms are very dated. On the higher floors, there are some very nice views, but most of the rooms don't offer much to see. The concierge lines are understaffed and during peak check-in/check-out times, expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be taken care of. The baggage check costs money and the line for it stretches through the lobby at morning check-out time. If the price is right, this is a great location to stay for visiting the city. But don't expect luxury.

Amazing hotel all around. Only issue is bathroom is awful. Door opens onto toilet and no chance can 2 people EVER come into bathroom. Look....i am from NY so I know things are smaller than the rest of the world. But other than that, staff is very helpful, polite, secure of rooms and overall great. We had a girl walk into a room with a housekeeper and she insisted they show their keycard worked in the door. Very impressive. Hotel is located in great area (as we were here for dance in Thanksgiving Day Parade), and can walk anywhere. Our room was comped because my girl works for parade but if need a great Midtown hotel located in walking distance of a lot, this is a great area.

If you are a Hilton Honors Diamond member, don’t expect much from this property especially if you are already booked on a Skyline room. No upgrade, no nothing, and the response will be they don’t do upgrades to suites even if there is availability throughout the duration of your stay and Skyline room is already the highest room type before getting to the suites. Executive Lounge was closed whereas there was no mention to it on the web site and it was a deciding factor when we eventually chose to stay at this particular property. I understand COVID-19 restrictions, but the closure of the Executive Lounge should have clearly been stated on the web site which is exactly what other Hilton properties did in the region so we knew what to expect or not, but clearly not at New York Hilton Midtown. We had a bad overall experience during our 2-week stay in January 2022.

I stayed at the Hilton because I was attending a conference at the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay. The room was spacious, the shower was really nice, and the bed was comfortable. I was on the 31st floor and I found it very quiet, both outside (didn't hear any noise from the street) and inside (didn't hear people in other rooms or in the corridor very much. It wasn't disruptive.). My room had a fridge and I was given free WiFi. My only negative is that upon closer look, there were little things about the room that were a bit tired. After my first shower on the first day, I notice my towels had a few small stains (I asked the cleaning staff to replace them the next morning, which they did), the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling, the bedside table had some gunk on it that didn't come off. Also, there is no coffee maker in the room, which I expect of a 4-star hotel. The location was great, could walk to many things, including Times Square, and was close the several subway lines. The service was polite overall. I arrived at the hotel early and when I said I was checking in that day, they offered to check me in early but didn't tell me that it would cost $50. I had overheard this being told to someone else checking in so I asked and then they confirmed the additional fee. They said they could keep me bag for free if I wanted to come back later to check in, which I did. Also, the day I left, I had to leave my bag for a few hours and they charge $5 per bag. I find this a bit much considering the price I paid for a 4-star hotel. So overall, a good stay but there are a few things that could use improvement.

This property was fantastic! The location, the cleanliness, the comfort, the staff! Amazing. When we arrived, check in was quick and simple, staff very pleasant, everyone we encountered, smiling and helpful. Our room had a city view, fridge AND they had Happy Birthday banner and balloons hung up on the. Wall. I called a few days prior and spoke with “Lord,” told him it was my daughter’s bday, shortly after they sent a up the most beautiful chocolate cake and two bottles of sparkling water, free of charge! The housekeepers were friendly and very helpful. The staff in Herbs Kitchen couldn’t have been nicer. Steven, one of the gentleman that greets you in front of Hilton, helped my daughter and I so much! He gave us directions, and got the best taxis during our stay. I was hoping to see him on our last day to thank him. We had a wonderful experience! Thank you NY Hilton Midtown!

Attended a work conference here. Facilities are modern and nice. Lots of meeting rooms and events spaces and plenty of elevator banks. Only criticism I had was sound. We had events with about 300 people in various rooms and it was hard to hear each other. Might be the the size of the crowd or the sound bouncing off marble floors and walls but it was hard to hear. When the room was quiet and only a few speaking it was fine. Centrally located in midtown NYC near subways and taxis and restaurants.

I stayed at the Hilton Midtown for a business trip and I was very impressed by the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan, close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bed was cozy, the wifi was fast, and the amenities were plentiful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, from the check-in to the check-out. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped and modern, and the lobby lounge was a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel also had a concierge service, a business center, and a gift shop. The Hilton Midtown is not a cheap hotel, but it is worth every penny. It is a classy, elegant, and convenient hotel that offers a high-quality service and a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars

Great location for staying in NYC. Middle of all downtown. Hotel check-in was easy. I asked for late check-out, and they were able to facilitate for me for a fee. They also have baggage storage if you need it. I didn't really eat at hotel. They have a small food mart inside. It was okay, not much selection. But helped for things like water and a snack.

Rooms were pretty nice, though could have been a bit more taken care of for the price paid per night. Bed was comfy. Cleaning staff were very nice. Walls are rather thin so noisy neighbors can ruin your ability to sleep. However, if noise persists after alerting hotel staff, they were willing to switch our room. The food in the cafe was good but expensive. Portions were a good size though. The gym was good. We stayed here for business and company is considering using this hotel for future travel needs.

I am sorry to say that my stay was not satisfactory at New York Hilton Midtown. 1. When I entered into the room it was smelly. 2. No water was provided and I had to call customer service for same. 3. There was an additional blanket provided inside a transparent box. When I opened it, it was too smelly. Someone had peed on it and it was never washed. There was stinky smell coming out of it. When I informed customer service they said that blanket directly came from laundry and cleaned. But this is not correct. They later replaced the blanket. 4. On my third day of my stay the customer service denied me to deliver the drinking water. Their concern was I had already got enough of water for my stay and I wont get any more water. I totally agree with him that we got daily 8 bottles of water delivered by customer service. We usually drink lot of water. When I checked into the hotel I informed the front desk about it. I asked them whether hotel will provide the water or I have to purchase. But front desk advised me to call customer service for water. Customer service never told me how much water they will provide and whether I should buy water from outside. Rather they were rude when I ordered more water on third day. Better inform upfront rather than being rude to your guests. It was very unpleasant and bad experience at this property.

I went this past weekend to NYC to run the NYC Half Marathon. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it won't be my last. I had a terrific time. Front desk was very friendly, the hotel was spotless, parking was right there. I traveled with my 4yo and husband. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was big, it could fit 2 kids or 1 adult. I asked for an extra set of sheets and they sent it right away. The market by the lobby had lots of things. The hotel location is great. Everything was right there.

Always happy to stay here when I visit New York! The location is ideal and the rooms are more spacious than a lot of other hotels in Times Square. The staff are fantastic, especially the Herb N Kitchen staff, and the housekeeping staff. Eleanora made sure our room was always taken care of, and she was always incredibly friendly when we crossed paths. I look forward to coming back soon!

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy to walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall as well as other popular sites. Rooms were not as clean as I would've liked with scuff marks on the walls, dust filled vents in the bathroom and stained sheets which was disappointing. Service was good and replacement items were given when requested. Very busy conference-type hotel.

Great location, VERY QUIET room (and that's in downtown Manhattan). 2 little things why I dropped my rating by 1 point (9 instead of 10) - NO alarm clocks/clocks in room, 2. Very slow and unstable internet connection. Except that my stay was fabulous. Thank you Hilton Midtown.

The location is good as you’re in the middle of everywhere. New York is known for being the city which doesn’t sleep, however the room we were in on floor 22 was noisy and sleep was allusive! The rooms are modern and clean and the bed was comfortable with a modern bathroom and shower. The room service was slow and when I phoned at 7 am Friday morning no one answered the phone. I tried again at 7.30 and placed a breakfast order. The following breakfast came 20 minutes later. We ordered a pepperoni pizza on room service and it was hard and cold. The gym was good and well set out with peloton bikes. I’m not sure we’d stay again given how noisy it was

Guest services are always so friendly. Makes you feel welcome. Check-in is always easy. If you arrive early, they do have a checked bag area for $5 each bag located near the parking garage. The breakfast buffet was good. There are a lot of choices, even for kids. We stay here for 2 days every year to see the tree and Christmas lights.

If you need a place to stay for the Macy’s Parade that’s affordable, this is the place! Right along the route, and has all the amenities you need. Staff was wonderful here and got us whatever we needed. Security was great as well. It’s within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller, and there’s a Ray’s Pizza and many subway entrances are nearby.

We stayed at this hotel this week for my division meeting. I have a team of 30 managers who all experienced dissatisfaction at some point throughout their stay. My visit to this hotel began with a surprising $85 plus fee a night parking rate that had to be paid for separately from your hotel stay which is an inconvenience. I then proceeded to wait 25 mins to check-in. The room was basic to say the least, but I instantly had to kill a few drain flies. Fast forward to the next day, every time I walked around in the lobby, I continued to be told by someone in the lobby that I would receive a gift bag which I never did. Another night went by, thankfully my last night, and I woke up to a huge bite on my face and another one on my hand. They continue to get bigger and more painful and I’m livid! I will be contacting the hotel and my doctor. I do not recommend this hotel. You do not get the value, quality, service and comfort for your money!

Stayed here for a weeks holiday in New York with a friend. Great location for a hotel, just around the corner from Times Square and less than 10 minute walk from Central Park. Staff friendly and happy to help without hesitation. Very useful to have waiting taxi's outside the hotel as and when we required them. Rooms very clean, furniture and decor in good condition. Air conditioning worked well which was a blessing on hot days! Room well equipment, ours included a fridge and safe of which both were very useful and in good working order. Beds very comfortable to, nice size for double beds and had a good nights sleep on most nights while staying here. Rooms cleaned everyday to a really good standard, credit to the cleaners. Unfortunately I have had to knock one star off due to having to pay what is seen as option wavier fee which was mandatory even if we didn't use it for each day we stayed here. The fee was around $35 per day. Personally, I think this is an option which guests should get the option to either pay for or not when checking in, depending if the plan is to purchase food and drink in the hotel itself. Its a little unfair that this fee has to be paid if the intention is to not purchase anything in the hotel. Additionally, we thought bottled water from the cafe and a pint of lager from one of the hotel bars was quite expensive. There are other places a short walk away which offer the same items for less money. Overall, a nice hotel to stay at and would continue to be one of the options should I visit New York again in the future.

This is my hotel of choice when I travel to NYC. The staff is always helpful and approachable. My FAVORITE is the amazing executive lounge hostess, Sharon. I always look forward to seeing her and she is always so helpful. The entire staff in the executive lounge is so helpful and it’s always a comfort to see so many familiar faces every time I stay at the Hilton Midtown. Nancy at the front desk and Doris as my housekeeper on 12th floor were icing on the cake!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Excellent clean hotel in a superb location. Staff friendly. We stayed 22-28th December. Unfortunately the lock broke on our door meaning we got locked in the room for over an hour. They promptly got a locksmith out to rectify the issue. We was promised compensation but never received any. Very close to Central Park and Times Square. It is extremely high however you can only tell how high up you are when you lean and look directly down. With tall buildings being around you it doesn’t feel as high as it is.

It's a great hotel, but .... my first encounter wasn't great the lady checking me was really unfriendly like I was in the way. Also nowhere to sit down and eat breakfast during the week which is weird but most likely not normally like that.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Midtown and would definitely consider it again for a future NYC trip. The location is fabulous, easy walk to anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, got us checked in very quickly despite our early arrival time. The room was a good size by NYC standards and although a little older, it was clean and comfortable. Awesome large windows with a great view. Enjoyed hanging out in the Executive Lounge for coffee and a bit of peace and quiet!

Great location to stay at. Stayed for three nights in an executive suite. Which didn’t have a microwave for some reason but whatever. The wifi wasn’t all that great, great view of the city though from our room and close to slot of the things we wanted to see. The hotel itself is well taken care of with a wonderfully sized fitness center.

We had a seamless outstanding 3 night stay here! We were absolutely amazed and impressed with all of the hospitality staff. Everyone from the front desk, bellman, and dining were polite while being highly efficient. We were especially impressed with the dining service staff. They provided a high level of service with the utmost courtesy while managing a large volume of customers with varied personalities and diverse background, languages, and needs. It was a pleasure to watch the host work and effortlessly handle a customer who was unhappy with waiting for a table with his family. The host's calm demeanor and professionalism helped to diffuse the emotions. The location was perfect! We were on the 43rd floor in an executive suite. The room was very roomy and comfortable and the view was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

The most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is terribly unprofessional, rude, and not competent. I'd say it is a huge scam. They forced me to answer questions related to my personal life. If anything I feel threatened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! AVOID. I like the Hilton Honors program and their service but Hilton GRAND VACATION IS A SCAM!!! Should be rated -0.

I had a fantastic experience here. Great room, such amazing comfortable bedding, wonderful staff, friendly, welcoming, clean. I had a beautiful breakfast that was included in my room pkg. Lovely toiletries. Great location. I think if breakfast wasnt included it would have been insane to pay 45$ for it though. There is a place to buy small things to eat and a place beside the back of the hotel which has breakfast. All in all a great stay.

Very centrally located hotel, just a block from Times Square so perfect for visiting the city. We stayed in a room on the 27th floor which had fantastic views to wake up to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and. The only issue was an elevator out of action which meant that the remaining two serving the numerous floors often meant a very lengthy wait for it to arrive on our floor. The compulsory resort fee did include credit at the bar and coffee shop which was good. Overall a good quality hotel that's perfect for visitors to the big apple

Very good location to places in New York / Manhattan. Close to Subway stations. Times Square is at walkable distance.... . We took one room, three adults. Were given two queen beds which were very good. Well maintained rooms, lobby and the reception area. Being a weekend, our check in was a bit slow (30 minutes of waiting time). No complementary coffee / tea or kettle in the room. No complementary breakfast. Most beautiful was the hotel interior, help desk, lounge, luggage drop room....

Firstly, this is a great location, surrounded by some great restaurants, (if you register for Hilton Honours you can get a discount from them too) near to central Park, and Subway stations. The staff are great, Milton (from the Hilton) was very helpful and polite and knew of many restaurants and other sites in the city. The cafe staff were great and the breakfast shop is a great idea and you can take it back to your room. The housekeeping staff are the unsung heroes, so flexible, hardworking, and did an excellent job on a daily basis. This is a good hotel and I would return. Note, the hotel bar is expensive, but remember that an America double Gina and Tonic is HUGE!!! but there are cheaper bars not far from the Hotel.

We stayed here only for one night. It was last minute trip and we didn't care that much about hotel. We like the fact that they have their own parking garage. ( valet is running by different company though) Their room was spacious compare to many NYC hotels. Only issue I had was that the water pressure was so low. Staff were friendly and location was good too!

Had a great stay. Reserved a suite on the 43rd floor - 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Met a gal pal so the setup was perfect if one of us wanted to stay up late or get up early. The lounge access was nice for coffee and snacks in the morning. Great location and the front desk staff were super helpful.

Large hotel, very friendly, accommodating, and engaging staff throughout. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Adequate lighting in the room, although desk lighting could be better. Quiet rooms. As per usual, food in the lobby shop is tremendously expensive (you'll do better going to any local shop).

My stay at the Hilton was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. I wish I could have taken those pillows home lol, but what stood out the most was Ms Sharon H in the dining area. She was very knowledgeable and sweet to us..she even came to our table and asked if everything was fine...we've never experienced that. She's a keeper

For a NYC hotel, the rooms are a great size. They also feel updated with modern furnishings and touches. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to a number of great places to see in the city. It’s everything you’d expect from a Hilton except maybe having a pool.

Customer service like no other. From the front desk to lobby lounge waitstaff, everyone was tremendously helpful. We came here for our American wedding and Orlando and Robert in the Business Center/package room area not only helped us receive our necessary wedding packages but also helped us print wedding programs and seating charts on fine card stock. Their kindness and effort were truly appreciated and saved us a great amount of time and trouble. The rooms amenities are lacking a bit. No microwave, only one chair, no water bottles or coffee or tea, had to ask for an electric kettle to boil water. These things should be included, but otherwise no issues.

I stayed at the Midtown Hilton this past weekend and I was so disappointed. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons over the years and this is by far the worst. I was in town for an event that was being hosted at the hotel. When we arrived valet and check in were simple enough. Once we got to our floor the hallway was rough, wallpaper was peeling to the point if someone wanted to they could have probably removed entire panels down the hallway. Our room had the same issue in the bathroom, although not as bad, but you could tell it needed some TLC. The towels we received were stained purple and were dingy. The pillows were lumpy and sparsely filled and the room temperature wouldn’t get cool. When I called to make the reservation I specifically asked if there was a microwave in the room and was told yes. When we arrived there was no microwave and when I called the concierge I was told I would have to rent one for $30 a day. I needed one so I was left with no choice. The food in the Lobby Lounge was sub par and $23 for a 9oz glass of wine was outrageous. Herb ‘n Kitchen had good “to go” options and their coffee was great. The sit down breakfast buffet was that of any motel Continental breakfast but cost over $40 for the hot option. Housekeeping was phenomenal and we’re always there with a smile and the offer to help. It’s a shame that two nights cost me over $600, not including food, and the microwave, that made it more like $1,000. Hopefully next year will be back in the Marriott Marquee, because I paid roughly the same price last year for a Times Square room, a cleaner hotel, a much larger room/Bathroom and overall better experience.
