Solid hotel convenient to subways and Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho shopping. Twenty minutes up to Times Square. The rooms are nicely updated with nice showers and comfy beds. Generally quiet other than the typical NYC street noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at The Sheraton presented a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the upside, the hotel's location was undeniably perfect, providing convenient access to numerous local attractions. The staff, too, deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism. However, the hotel itself seemed dated and worn, significantly detracting from our overall impression. The room we stayed in had a persistent damp smell, and the carpet and towels were clearly past their prime. As for the sleeping arrangements, the main bed was quite comfortable. Regrettably, the same can't be said for the pullout bed, which was noticeably uncomfortable due to the distinct feeling of springs beneath the thin mattress. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. While it was by no means filthy, it did not meet the standards we expected for a hotel of this reputation. In conclusion, while the location and staff were commendable, The Sheraton could significantly improve by addressing its cleanliness issues, updating its furnishings, and renovating its infrastructure to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests.

I've never had any worst hotel breakfast with abysmal choice. They didn't even have water so I had to drink 7 up for breakfast which was awful. Only offering was a dry bagel with cream cheese. And a cereal offering with two options. Eggs were dry. Bacon was rock solid. The view is great from the club lounge but not when you have to eat $#&_@. Coffee maker in the room was broken. The person who was supposed to bring up the replacement never came. The faucet in the room was broken. Asked for it to be changed but had to call twice more to actually get service. We are life time titanium so we've seen a lot of Sheratons and Marriott chains but this was one of the worst. Not recommended.

Really enjoyed this hotel. They have free coffee downstairs right up front where you can see it all morning long. That alone is worth a 5 star rating. The staff was also friendly. I liked how when I came back from a walk someone at the front desk said "welcome back"... a nice touch. We asked for extra towels and got them.. All the elevators worked. The room was clean, what more can you honestly ask for?

The hotel was very clean and the guest services staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Some of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) needs to be updated, but for the price and it being central to lots of things, we enjoyed it. Plus, you can’t purchase the wonderful attitudes the people at guest services had. My room had a balcony and my dog loved that.

Extremely old hotel. Feels like you’re back to 50s, but not in a “cool” way. Location is bad - homeless and weed dealers all around the hotel entrance. Sketchy in the night. Bed sheets are very uncomfortable. At least they have a club lounge with nice patio. But breakfast was very poor selection.

The Sheraton Tribeca Hotel did not disappoint. The check-in was seamless and the hotel prepared in advance for my arrival, including leaving a note in my room and placing me in a room with one of the better city views. Additionally, the restaurant on the first level provided breakfast and room service. During my stay I had both and felt the food was good. The lounge and its rooftop also had great views! If you have access, I recommend heading up even if it's just for the views. The location of the hotel is great and it's next to a Planet Fitness gym that will provide a daily guest pass for a small fee.

I am only posting one star because I can't post 0. I stayed here for work. I booked 2 nights because I had a late flight the next day and needed a place to rest between work and my flight. My client made the initial reservation for one night and then made another reservation. I went to merge the reservations so I could stay in the same room. After I came back from work, all of my belongings were missing. There was a miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk. I went to the front desk and they had my things. Initially I thought everything was there. Once I began to gather my things to pack I realized my portable charger was not included with my things. The director of operations called to let me know they did not have it and all of my things were returned to me. We went back and forth over who was responsible and he did absolutely nothing to make this wrong a right. He said because it was booked through a third party he could not "just give me money". I felt like I was being called a liar because they could not find my item after they made the mistake of taking all of my belongings when I adjusted the reservation. Mind you, I am not complaining about all the things I had that were minor inconveniences after they were missing. (like toothbrush, toothpaste, oil that I was using for work, protein bars I had for the airport and drinks I had waiting for when I got off of work). I was told that housekeeping returns bigger ticketed items than my portable phone charger, so why would they take that. Also said there was no suspicious activity after saying there was no cameras. I usually stay at Marriott hotels, even a Bonvoy member, but I am highly disappointed in the managers ill attempt to rectify the situation.

This hotel is really nice. I was even torn if I should recommend this hotel I don’t want this hotel to be so popular that I won’t be able to get reservation next time. If you stay at this hotel, you know what I mean. The people there are really nice when I first checked in I asked about parking and the nice young man actually took me outside the hotel and show me where the parking lot is told me exactly how much it’ll be, the direction to go around to the parking lot. it is winter and he went outside with me to show me this. I went with my wife and my son and the location is at the heart of all of their favour shops. The location is so great. Will definitely come back here again when we come to New York this looks like to be the go to hotel for us from now on for the foreseeable future. this is definitely a hidden gym.

Pros- Good location, clean room and good service. Cons- breakfast is below average (high costs if no food voucher with 20% tip included when service is not up to par). Rooms are very small and mini fridges only come upon request. If you’re bringing your own vehicle goodluck finding a place to park at the front to check in. As well, during my stay sadly the walls are so thin I could just hear construction going on all night.

I have never been more disappointed in a stay than I was staying here. We are here for two nights and our AC hasn’t been working. We haven’t been offered any alternatives other than getting partially reimbursed for sleeping in a room that is 90 degrees. They told us that the whole hotel is experiencing it yet all the hallways are cool, the lobby is cool, and we haven’t heard any other guests complaining. I don’t tend to complain easily, but I’m truly disappointed.

My husband and I and our four small kids stayed here this past weekend. We got two rooms and they had originally put us on separate floors but We called before we arrived and they said they would try to get connecting rooms when we arrived. They had indeed accommodated us and put us in connecting rooms and they let us check into one of the rooms right away, which was around 11 AM. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. There is a subway stop very close to the hotel. In the lobby one day they had hot chocolate with all the fixings and another day they had fresh popcorn. We had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed. Stayed here 6 nights on business. After paying more than $500/night, I was charged for two bottles of water. I did drink one - but had to do so only because they did not replenish the complimentary water. When I complained to the front desk, they made a very huge deal and insisted that they needed to check housekeeping reports before they could credit the water that I did not drink (refused to credit the second). Supposedly, you can ask for more water at the front desk, but they were very clear that it's not something they let the guests know in advance. This is not acceptable treatment for any guest (and I even have Bonvoy Gold status). The rooms are tiny, but that is not surprising for NYC. The ironing board has seen better days. Housekeeping was spotty (in addition to the issue with water).

The hotel itself isn't bad but the communication between staff was terrible. First 4 days were covered under company card. They used our personal credit card for incidentals. Fine. They ended up putting a hold of the entire stay on our credit card, so we couldn't use that card anymore as the charge puts us over our limit. We stayed an extra night and the staff put us in the same room for the extra night. About an hour later, we had a knock on the door that we had to check out. We explained we were just downstairs and spoke with staff about the extra night and was even provided a receipt but they kept saying staff was not aware. They ended up double Charging my credit card for the extra night stay (charged 2 nights instead of 1). No one is answering my email or calls. This is ridiculous.

Overall nice hotel, but we had an issue with breakfast... First, we waited about 30 minutes for simple eggs with bacon. Then, when we asked for a check, we noticed 20% gratuity were added (not a problem, understand that people come from different countries and not everyone is aware about the tip in the US), but then after charging the card, waitress gave us another copy to put tip on separately, not for signature, just for tip while hiding the original receipt!! This I call a robbery... I'm sure a lot of people just write a tip and pay double tip 99% of the time!! Be careful!!

Nice hotel if you want to stay downtown. No luxury or boutique feeling, but not bad at all - clean and well kept. It has been around a few years I believe but it does the job well. Service was good. Nice lobby. Free bag storage Busy street Some breakfast places in area. You can easily walk to restaurants in soho etc.

Absolutely AWFUL experience! Arrived in the evening, having a room booked (and confirmed) a month ago, to have the front desk person tell me they couldn’t find my reservation and that the hotel had been fully occupied. So there was nothing they could do about it. In reality, they overbooked the hotel, and because we arrived late for checkin they maliciously cancelled my booking. I was left in the streets, with no apologies or compensation, past 9pm. Luckily I was able to book a nicer hotel, the surroundings of this place are very trashy. For the same price you can do much better.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton on Canal street in Tribeca great rooms, spacious, well planned and thought out. The location is really great lots of shops, restaurants and easy access by walking or the subway. Staff were awesome and good customer care. My only problem was the incidental refunds for international customers they need to do something about it. They even gave me a little fridge for my room. All in all an excellent excellent experience and location. 😊

Hotel was amazing! Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The area is in a prime location, I could walk or take the subway with ease. I got lucky and met Louis and Nelson who work at the hotel. They were very accommodating and sweet gentlemen.

I have never wrote a review of a hotel before BUT I had such a lovely stay this past weekend. Upon arrival they offered complimentary wine, the room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfy, and it was quiet. Starbucks coffee pods and great bath products too! Not to mention I ordered room service and it arrived within 15 minutes. Very impressed and would stay again.

What an unpleasant experience. I'm not taking my time to write out everything that was wrong with this hotel.. it would take an hour. With Sheratons it's a roll of the dice in quality. This one was a dud! The best thing about it was the coffee shop next door. Fabulous coffee!

I stay in Marriott/Sheraton properties 50+ nights a year and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Computer system was down at check in. 75+ people crammed in the lobby trying to check in. Staff was not friendly. Elevator was leaking water from the ceiling & rooms were sub par at best. 2 days later when I went to check out and get a copy of my room bill, their system was still down. Was supposed to stay here again in a few weeks but I cancelled and will find something else because clearly they can't get this place operating properly.

I stayed there in early December and had a good experience- location of the hotel is good, very close to subway stops and within walking distance of Chinatown, Little Italy and many other areas. Outside the hotel was safe and the room was nice. Only complaints are we couldn't get washcloths until our last night due to "shortage" and the icemaker was broken on our floor. Not a huge deal for us. The breakfast was good and the floor where it was served has spectacular views and a nice rooftop patio area. The service was friendly.

The interior of the hotel was very clean. The amenities and room provided were a great value for the nightly rate. Centrally located. Issue is that (like most hotels right in middle of the city!) you have to double park to load/unload, which isn't always fun.

People just love to complain. The rooms and staff are great. Internet is free if you're a Bonvoy member (cost me nothing to sign up), and it's not the hotel's fault if you go in the winter and walking around outside isn't comfortable. I come to NYC 5-6 times a year on business trips and this spot offers great value for the price compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it. My daughter and I stayed here last Saturday thru Wednesday and it was a nice location, we had a really nice room on the top floor, great staff especially Mia (thank you for the upgrade, it made our stay)! Bed was very comfortable. Large shower. I would stay here again!

Nice hotel but they seem to have an attitude issue here. I just stayed there and left a book in my room. My friend came and wanted to pick it up. They said they didn’t have access to the house keeping area and everyone from house keeping went home and that he should come back tomorrow. I find it hard to believe that they have no one from house keeping there. They also referred to my friend as “sweetie.” So disrespectful.

Great hotel, all the staff was very friendly from the beginning. Alejandro was the staff we interacted with the most and he was super sweet and welcoming. It’s nice to have real people with good service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Right next to a parking garage and the subway so easy to get around. Next to so many good restaurants. The outside doesn’t look very appealing since there’s a bunch of people selling fake stuff directly in front so that’s why I gave a 4 star but honestly that’s out of their control so won’t judge harshly.

Overpriced. Tiny rooms compared to other NY hotels, broken lamp, rusty bathroom fittings, didn't replace cups or tissues, no included breakfast. Good views though. The Hilton round the corner is nicer and better value.

My stay was amazing! There was a delay with getting my room. The manager Jerome went above and beyond accommodating our issue. He genuinely cared about making sure my stay was the best. The rest of the staff was helpful and very kind. The room was clean and a reasonable size. Would definitely stay again!

Was a great hotel in a great location. For bonvoy members, the executive lounge was lovely and served free breakfast and happy hour daily with a beautiful rooftop patio to enjoy. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were snug but clean, although weren’t enough towels for everyone (2 double beds, 4 people, 3 towels) and we had to call for more. For the first few days of our stay the air conditioning in the central areas of the hotel was not working at it was incredibly humid. Otherwise was a great stay!

Very rude and unfriendly front desk in the night shift. The morning shift is very nice and friendly as the opposite. The night shift totally disregarded my Platinum status when I asked for an upgrade. It then took 3 phone calls and 2 hours wait to get more towels sent to the room, as the night shift boy and gal "forgot" and gone for the night and I have to come down and talk to the floor manager of the next shift. This is one of the worse Marriott hotels I stayed so far. Better yet, this hotel never sends survey links to let me provide feedback, as if they know I am going to say something about my terrible experience there. Avoid this hotel if you can!

Located in a slightly run down area nonetheless there's a well connected subway station only a block away with trains running to Brooklyn, queens and deeper into Manhattan etc. Lovely staff, disappointing restaurant and bar area has no real ambience. Hot chocolate in the lobby on a cold winter morning was so massively appreciated. TV allows you to log onto netflix, prime etc. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily to a very high quality - though some torn towels were put out that should have been dumped a long time ago. They didn't seem to follow the "only replace towels on the floor" rule most hotels now do, and replaced the soap bar daily which I thought was a bit wasteful. Two bottles of still water laid out daily, and the fridge was fully empty for your own incidentals, with no drinks snacks etc in there, each floor has a vending machine instead, so very friendly for the budget traveller. Larger room than most closer to times square, which is only 10 minutes away via the N train, and much quieter though some street noise will always be there in the background. Nice bagel shop next door, and a bodega 2 minutes further down the street. Recommend for a seasoned traveller who knows how to hold themselves late at night on NYC streets.

Overall this hotel had a vibe that was unexpectedly upscale, I immediate felt noticably under dressed when checking in wearing a t-shirt and sweats - I think the kids would call this place "bougie" 😎 The room at first appeared to be fairly standard but I later did notice the little touches, for example actual wood furniture (instead of particle board). However I wont likely stay again due the parking situation in the area. First valet isnt offered here. Street parking isn't going to happen, don't even try. The rates for the two closest garages where the HIGHEST I've EVER seen anywhere in the city -- 24 hours was $102!!! Walking a half mile cut that price almost in half. I'd even suggest parking somewhere else and taking an Uber back and forth from there; seriously. TL;DR Post covid many hotels are still closed to the public so I'm unaware of anything better existing in the immediate area; expect an upscale vibe with insane parking garage fees.

Wow. What a great hope. Great service - they really care. Ask for a room with a view. Maybe one of the best in NYC. Would stay here again and again. Also great location- by ALL the subway lines you will need.

Hotel & rooms have nothing to complain about, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. However the WiFi is not included... 10$ a day for the basic service... Really?? You can get free WiFi in any coffee shop/restaurant in NY. The WiFi is free in the lobby btw.

This shouldn’t have Sheraton name on the wall. Rooms are small and humid. Walls are thin so good luck with sleeping at night. Club breakfast is cheap. There isn’t anything luxurious about this hotel. Bedroom is super small and bed is uncomfortable.

ive been travelling for 15 years and this hotel is one of the worst hotel that ive ever been. The reception not friendly at all. she seems like doesnt want to work at all. my room smells like old empty room, the phone in my room is not working. the lobby is a freaking hot, and there is no concierge at all, and we have like 10 luggages to bring up in small elevator. it was horrible experience for me and my friends…

Built in 2010 and located in Lower Manhattan, the Sheraton Tribeca Hotel offers 369 rooms over 22 floors. The hotel is an adequate city sleep factory. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Our junior suite was adequately decorated and furnished, with a good king-size bed and a thin duvet. The room had a wardrobe with a safe & ironing facility, fridge, desk & chair, couch, club chair & table, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee facility, and a large TV. We had a separate bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and shower. The window can be opened in safety mode. All was clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast in the club lounge on floor 21 is average, with the usual US variety. Soft drinks, apples, crisps, bottled water, and tea & coffee are available all day. The lounge has a terrace with a great view of mid-town. When you fancy a good city hotel, Sheraton Tribeca is the place for you.

The staff here is spectacular. After a long flight, the manager's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. The front desk Manager, Samoia, was an absolute Gem! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area, and I am grateful to the front desk manager for making my visit such a pleasant experience. Thank you for your outstanding service and for setting the standard for excellence in the hospitality industry. This her level of service that keeps me a loyal Bonvoy member.

Great stay at this hotel. The location is wonderful: only a few minutes' walk to multiple subway stops. The rooms are clean and standard-sized, for NYC. The employees are hospitable and helpful. The club room is worth the upgrade for its lounge access for breakfast and happy hour (5:30 to 7:30pm). Ifree at the lounge went above and beyond. However, the evening food selection is limited to cold cuts and crackers. The terrace is closed during winter. Overall, for the reasonable price we paid, this was a lovely stay and I look forward to returning.

Good location just outside of Holland tunnel for Jersey access. While the standard in NYC is often lower(and smaller) this place is one of Sheratons better properties left in North America. Lounge has great views north, very close to Chinatown and little Italy. Only tough thing is parking, could never make it to hotel garage

While lacking in finer details that one might find in a traditional 4 star hotel, this location has little amenities that go a long way. The rooms are small, and could use an update. The hotel's front staff double as a concierge, and directed me to an address and location that doesn't even exist. The three elevators are too small to keep up with morning demand. We waited up to 15 minutes at one point for an elevator that could fit us during the morning rush hour. However, they have fresh water, coffee, and hot chocolate available in the lobby as you come and go. The lounge on the 21st floor, while tiny, has not only a great view but a continental breakfast in the mornings, snacks throughout the day, and drinks in the evening. We received complimentary water bottles in our rooms every day. This hotel is positioned on Canal street, which is bustling with street vendors/peddlers. It's not the nicest Sheraton I've stayed at, but it does what it can to make your stay pleasant.

Nice hotel, clean, location is a bit out of the way for things to do and the financial area doesn't have much nightlife either. Room needs updating but again it was clean and neat. The Club Room has a nice breakfast but is only open a short time otherwise. All in all, just slightly underwhelming for what we had anticipated.

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Starbucks coffee, plus bottles of water is included which is refilled when rooms are cleaned. There is a mini fridge, a safe, ironing board. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic location 👌🏻

Amazing location but barebones room with no fridge. The beds are comfortable but lack sheets so between that and the AC pointing at you all night (with no way to adjust the direction) its makes for a frigid experience. There's no pool but there is an adequate gym. Also no breakfast but complimentary filter coffee is offered. The location and service are great though.

I frequently stay here for work. One of my favorite Marriott properties. Great option that's still close to a lot of things but not right in Midtown. Very modern atmosphere with a great restaurant and bar. Rooms are clean and up to date and Executive lounge has a great view.

Everyone who works there is great, but the rooms are outdated and somewhat run down. Further, for some reason there is no cold water in my room. That’s right. No cold water. Someone hooked up the cold water line to the hot water. My shower was so hot I could only stand on the far end out of the water flow and steam myself clean.
