Honest
review
from
someone
who
has
stayed
in
tons
of
hotels…
I’ve
never
been
more
disappointed
with
a
hotel
in
my
life.
My
husband
and
I
splurged
and
paid
$400/night
for
three
nights
for
a
birthday
weekend.
We
expected
to
stay
in
a
room
like
the
ones
pictured
on
Expedia.
But
the
room
we
received
was
terrible.
Here’s
why:
1.
The
bathroom
door
was
a
poorly
built,
sliding
wooden
door
which
didn’t
shut.
So,
if
you
had
to
go
to
the
bathroom,
we’ll,
your
partner
will
hear
everything.
2.
Want
to
wash
your
hands?
Well,
the
hot
water
doesn’t
work.
Only
cold
water
for
your
morning
shave.
3.
The
amount
of
dirt
and
dust
in
the
rug
and
on
the
walls
was
unbelievable.
One
step
on
the
rug
and
you
physically
had
to
wash
your
feet.
We
wore
shoes
in
the
room.
4.
Want
the
room
cleaned?
They
only
clean
every
other
day.
Okay,
fine.
But
they
just
didn’t
at
all
for
us.
Petty
complaints:
1.
When
we
arrived,
there
was
no
soap
in
our
room.
2.
The
view
from
the
window
looked
directly
into
the
apartments
next
door.
We
could
literally
watch
the
neighbor’s
TV.
3.
The
shower
is
more
of
a
wet
room
with
a
hanging
cloth.
4.
Paint
was
peeling
off
the
walls.
Anyone
else
want
to
pay
$400/night
for
this?
Even
in
NYC,
this
entire
experience
was
unacceptable
and
Marriott
should
look
into
this
hotel.
And
none
of
this
was
me
being
dramatic;
just
facts.
