I honestly had the best time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us and the parking that was available was close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and there was a vending machine right outside of my door, which I appreciated. The thing that shined the most were the staff. Every interaction I had with the staff was so pleasant. They were so welcoming and helpful with everything. They gave amazing food recommendations and we chatted about the concert that was going on for a minute. I would 1000% stay here again.

Service at the desk was good. Quick check in and out. The room had a used rag hanging in the bathroom. The headboard to the bed was torn and had marks. The furniture was pretty scratched up. The bedding was clean. We were only there because of our layover, so it was to get a quick nap before our next flight. The area had plenty of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food options.

Very nice hotel. I really can't say anything bad. Great service, the staff are very kind and respectful. I felt safe there, I felt that they knew the area well and were genuine in their character and behavior. The room was awesome, especially for the general area I wasn't expecting that. The breakfast saved me a lot of headache, trying to find food was kind of rough for me so that made my day and got me on my way. Above all, kindness of the staff is what I'd say is the best. If you value people and a clean, straight forward hotel, this is the place. If you are happy with having something that works this is also the place, drama free cannot complain. Thank you guys for my time, I will definitely be there again next time I have to come out there.

Amazing hotel!! It’s a 5 min walk to the subway station. It’s surrounded by all amazing Asian restaurants. I loved it here. Free breakfast (they have an Asian style breakfast with rice too so it was delicious!) Will definitely be back to come here.

This was so nice upscale hotel. Best price! The staff was exceptionally super nice. The management greeted us his name is Kai, not sure if I'm spelling correctly but he went above and beyond. One of the girls ran out to help us get out of the parking space in front and direct traffic for us. So nice! It's in a great location. Short walk to subway.

This was my favorite hotel this summer! Kai was an excellent customer service representative and helped us find good food and subways. The breakfast here was great. The fried rice was a nice change and also the eggs, pastries, and cereal. They kept the buffet up until after 10, which was nice. The patio in the hotel was very convenient to sit and smoke and not be outside on the street. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. The rooms aren't luxurious but they are comfortable and have a wonderful soaking tub. This was like home. My daughter and I loved staying here.

Amazing customer service. I'm a former New Yorker who takes a lot of business trips back to NYC. My priorities are cost, cleanliness, and safety. I called ahead to let the staff know that I would be checking in late (10pm) and I didn't want to risk having my reservation canceled. Michelle made note of my late arrival to ensure I would have a room. When I arrived Kai told me that they no longer had the double beds available. Now in normal circumstances if I hotel offers to give you a free upgrade to a King bed and they know it's two adults, this is a major win. I was traveling with my nephew who is an adult so we weren't going to share a bed. Kai immediately solved the problem by upgrading us to a King suite that had a sofa bed. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge. The last hotel I stayed in not only refused to solve the problem with our room, but was really rude. While some people might be mad about the room mix up, issues happen and what is a sign of great customer service is how the matter is dealt with. It was late, I was tired, and Kai quickly solved our problem. There is limited parking in the area so if you are driving I recommend reserving a parking space in advance. I didn't know this but the next morning Cattree helped me reserve a parking space which was a huge help for the rest of the trip. Location wise it's in Flushing Queens which is one of the most diverse neighborhoods for food in NYC. We had amazing Japanese food from a nearby restaurant. There were so many different types of cuisine to choose from I was surprised after 20 years in New York, I hadn't explored that area before. Lastly, the place offers a real free breakfast. My nephew was excited about the fried rice. There's also fresh cooked eggs, sausage, muffins, and cereal. I have a summer filled with business trips and I would definitely go back. The price was reasonable, the place was clean, and the staff was amazing.

Very good hotel. We were in a suite that had a small kitchenette. However, there were no utensils. The suite was also divided into two rooms. The living room was spacious and comfy. There were many power outlets. Breakfast was good (croissants, chocolate chip cookies, fried rice, eggs). The area nearby has some quality Chinese bakeries. There are many food carts nearby.

Good location, near to laguardia airport and JFK airport is within 30 minutes drive. Metro 7 also in 5 minutes walkable distance. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Good staff at reception and they will guide you if any help needed on places to visit. We booked one room for two adults and two kids. Room size was small and both beds were with same size good for kids. Hence three stars

I stay for 4 nights here and these are my thought. Pros: The downtown area on Main Street Flushing is a best. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Decent breakfast. Cons: There was only a TV and a tiny coffee make in the room. No mini fridge or microwave that annoyed me every time when I want to drink some cold drink or warm my leftovers meals. Still recommended for a quick trip.

Friendly, professional staff. Thank you (Emma and Michelle) for your hospitality at the front desk during check-in. The hotel location is great not to far from subway and lots of good restaurants. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Also good breakfast saves you time and money from going out. Highly recommend this location. Would stay again if available.

Pretty good hotel with a decent price (we went during Christmas weekend, mainly got this spot for the location of being near flushing. The staff was accommodating, but the rooms were pretty average. The free breakfast was nice, my favorite part was the fried rice.

We had a great stay here! Our room was clean and warm ( we've often walked into other rooms with the heater off). Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I was using Wyndham rewards points, which hotels often don't really appreciate. We were just passing through (arrived late) but would have loved to try some of the nearby restaurants. Short walk from the train station. Good breakfast options.

The Pros: The staff are very professional and very friendly. The location is excellent with plenty of parking nearby. Complimentary breakfast and coffee included. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The Cons: Despite photos and it being advertised, there is no gym or fitness center at this hotel. I asked about it and was told they didn't have one. The rooms need updating with new furniture, lighting, and charging stations for cell phones. The TV is older and half the channels couldn't come in.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. When my friend and I arrived, the check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, when we got to our room, that was a different story. The bathroom was clean but the headboard attached to the bed was ripped up and falling a part on both beds. On top of that, the carpet was old and very dingy. The worst part of our stay was heating and wifi issues. The entire building was freezing cold throughout our entire stay because the AC was on and it’s freezing outside. The AC was on in our room but set to 30 seconds to blast the heat but then switched to cold. The AC was also very loud which made it very hard to sleep. Even the dining room was freezing cold which made it difficult to stay down there and eat breakfast. It got so cold in the building I had to go downstairs to front desk to ask why the AC was on. The guy at the front confirmed the AC was on in the building but didn’t explain why. Instead, he gave me a portable heater and told me to use it in the room to keep me warm. The wifi was also very crappy! Every time I logged in to the wifi, it wouldn’t connect and kicked me out, so I had to end up using my cellular data. The complimentary breakfast was NOT good at all. The fried rice was old and you could tell they kept reheating the left overs, the tea, cereal, mini muffins and croissants were low quality and did not taste good at all. The shower had no lining for the curtain to prevent water from spilling over onto the floor, the soap holder was ripped out from the wall, the safety lock on the door was broken, the shower and tub you can tell wasn’t cleaned. When we asked for someone to take up the garbage, I was told to leave outside the door. The garbage sat there for 12 hours piling up by the door and no one came to pick it up. The bed sheets were not changed at all and dirty. When we checked between the sheets, there was hair all over the bed. This place should not be open to the public at all and I am disappointed.

My stay at the Ramada Hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I walked into the establishment, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who showed genuine hospitality. The room I stayed in was simply spectacular. Clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated, I felt comfortable and at home from the very beginning. The panoramic view of the city from my window was breathtaking. The quality of service provided by the Ramada Hotel was impressive. The staff was always available to cater to my needs, providing information about the area and offering suggestions for local activities.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada. Linda at the front desk was professional, helpful and polite. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and cozy. There was free breakfast provided and also a fitness center downstairs. The fitness center wasn’t big but it was great for those who want to workout during their stay. The staff at the front desk are helpful and polite. Bakeries and restaurants were within walking distance. Affordable price. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Kai greeted us with a warm welcome upon arriving and ensured that he greeted me by name in the days to follow. We were given a free continental breakfast that included coffee, muffins, toast, sausage, Eggs, and more. For the price, the room was nice and clean. The only issue that I had was that we were not able to control the temperature in our room and it got pretty cold one night. The subway station is less than a half mile away and we were able to ride the train to Time Square, which took about an hour…less the New York traffic.

I booked a suite with a whirlpool hot tub included. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the room I booked was “under construction for remodeling” however there was no evidence that work was being completed in that building. I was told that they could either cancel or my booking or give me a standard room with a discount. When I checked the cost of the room online I did not actually receive any discount and was highly disappointed because the only reason I booked this hotel was to experience the suite. I felt that this was false advertisement because they should not have allowed me to book the room or should have noticed my prior to my arrival, especially because I was traveling from out of state and therefore finding a new hotel in such short notice was not an option. The room that I was placed in had a broken door latch mechanism and the shower did not have any soap dish holder. It also had no shower curtain liner for the inner part of the tub so the floor mats/towels became soaked (including my sandals that were outside of the tub). The shower walls had areas of caulking material and is in a state of needing further repair (ex. caulking where the old faucet control was or where a soap dish would be). There was no full length mirror in the hotel room or throughout the hotel. The carpet is very outdated and they are using glade wall plug ins to cover up an odor of old furniture. I would never rate this hotel 3 stars because I have seen better looking motels than this Ramada Inn. I will never stay here again and I am disappointed in Wyndham.

This hotel was really nice and really clean, the staff was amazing from the moment we checked in, until we checked out. Kai and Michelle were very helpful with all our questions, especially when it came to our parking situation. The free breakfast also had a cute little set up with a variety of breakfast food which I loved! Kit was so sweet and she made sure everything was stocked, and cleaned for the guests. We came all the way from Las Vegas and it was such a good experience thank God! I would definitely be staying here again if I am ever in town!

Kai behind the front desk is extremely helpful polite and professional. Checking in was a easy experience and fast. I felt safe and reassured all Covid guidelines were followed. My room was clean and neat. Kai was helpful with any of my needs during my stay and was so kind. Great experience and great price.

I spent a comfortable 3 nights at this pleasant hotel in the midst of China Town. All the restaurants, tea salons and bakeries made my stay memorable. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was super. You asked for something and they’ll tend to it immediately. The reception staff was very polite, Emma in particular. They serve a very good breakfast and I thank my breakfast attendant Kit - I hope I got her name right. Anyway, I have absolutely no complaints and am looking forward to another stay in the near future. One more thing: you can save yourself cab fare to go to LaGuardia airport by walking two blocks to Jackson Boulevard and take the bus.

I travel for work and have been to a lot of hotels. This one is among the best I've had the pleasure of staying in. Not only are the rooms cleaner than most other hotels, but the staff is great as well! The lovely young ladies, Jeanne and Linda, were super friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend, would stay here again

Parking is limited with $25 per night. Shower curtain smells really bad!! Never seen a pencil in hotel room! This place provides you a golf club pencil for your convenience.

Serena and Emma was very welcoming and kind in serving us. They treated me and my friends with great respect. If I'm coming to new york again, I'm definitely staying here. The breakfast in the place was amazing as well, extremely healthy and good.

On closer inspection, the lobby seating area looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks, and the carpet was stained and dirty. The furniture was dated and in poor repair. Same with the room and furniture. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The women at the desk, Michelle, Linda, Emma and Cattree, were professionally dressed and sweet. Always stood up in the presence of guests.

Service is great.JK and the team is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a bit dated and I feel moist when getting into the room. Also stay as high as possible. Hot water took a long time to reach if you stay on the 2nd floor Parking is not easy you need to be skillful. Location is excellent. It is near all the good foods. Excellent value for a budget stay

Really wonderful, low key hotel in downtown Flushing. Rooms are basic but it included hot breakfast which we didn't expect! Best yet, it was QUIET, which isn't something you find easily in NYC. Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the view of Manhattan from the room was great. 5 minute walk to the 7 train and 3 minute walk to buses that'll take you anywhere, plus as much great food as you could hope to be next to!

This Ramada, I have rated it a 5 because the customer service is wonderful. From the time I checked in, to my checked out, the staff were amazingly professional, and polite. Pam is wonderful. Thanks for the chocolates😊 Though, the furnitures are in dire need of change, along with the carpet. Bed, was comfortable to me, very firm. Just the way I like it. The room and bathroom were clean. I was given extra towels, which I appreciated for my two days stay. Breakfast was, decent! The entire staff were amazing.! The area, I like it, near everything, I'm a chinese food lover, so there's no shortage of that. I definitely recommend because of the staff!

Great experience staying at Ramada. The Check in process was nice and simple; front desk staff were very nice 👍🏼 Had a little problem with my tub/shower but the front desk over night staff KAI was able to assist me in no time!!! Thank you Kai ⭐️ x 6 Breakfast was simple with some coffee, cereal, toast, OJ, sausage, eggs and Chinese congee (didn’t expect that, but it was good) Will be back if I’m in the area again.

Considering it was a &198 charge for the room, the service and room was pathetic to say the least. We checked in at 10:05PM, left our bags in the room and immediately headed for dinner. When we got back to our room at 11PM, we saw there was a dirty sock left by the desk and chair. There was muddy water coming through the wash basin, toilet and shower! After running the water for a few minutes, then it got clear but left muddy stain in the tub and toilet. When called the concierge, he simply said, didn’t you check when you checked in- the attitude and service was indifferent and seemed they didn’t care! I would not go back to this hotel for this shabby service ever again! For a tiny package of toothpaste and plastic brush which normally a hotel concierge provides as complimentary, this hotel said it would be a $3 charge! So it’s all about making money but not providing the service which should be prioritized for a hospitality business!

Great place to stay. Pretty awesome location at a great price. There were two girls who worked the daytime who were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the overnight crew were equally as friendly. Only real complaint is that the decor is very outdated but still a comfortable stay overall.

  • 1/5 Vikrant m. 1 year ago on Google
I recently stayed here and I must say it was a terrible experience. First of all, they didn't even provide drinking water in the room. I mean, seriously, isn't that the basic amenity one expects in a hotel room? When we asked for the fresh towels on day 2, the staff told us to carry it from the reception ourselves, which was extremely inconvenient. Moreover, when we asked for cream and sugar for the coffee in the room, the staff refused to give it to us, which was disappointing. The WiFi was not working properly, and we had to reconnect again and again. It kept getting disconnected every now and then, which was frustrating. To top it off, we had to pay $523 for just two days, and the services we received were not even worth it. It's a shame that a big hotel chain like Ramada cannot provide basic amenities to its guests and cannot even deliver the services that they promise. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest that you choose a different hotel if you want a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was here for an overnight stay with my elderly parents for wake:funeral for my dads brother. It was a tough loss for my family. Emily, Linda and Ting Ting were so caring and considerate of our situation. Each welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. They even helped with parking. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. The Ramada is lucky to have you. Kathleen

Everything was perfect! Kai and Sherman welcomed us even though we arrived very late and were very kind and smiley every day. The hotel was great! The room perfect! The breakfast big and in perfect hours! The metro station is 5' walk and takes you to times square in 25'. Perfect choice!

Originally was looking for another location, however knowing how great Ramada Hotels are, I checked in here and glad I did. Michelle was amazing, supportive, friendly, total professional, and what made it better was her great smile all the time. At check out, Kai assisted me and great professional skills as well. Definitely coming back and making sure I stay longer this time. Rooms were clean, and bed very comfortable. Had the suite and totally worth it for a great price. Michelle/Kai, looking forward to coming back and hope I meet you again..THANK YOU.

My flight was delayed and I called ahead of time to let them know and they were so understanding and helpful Kai at the front desk was so nice and helpful always had a smile on his face even when he was super busy. Serena at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I swear she was always there, she helped with our reservation, check-in and check-out, and each time was very pleasant. The location of the hotel was great for us, there was great food close by. The rooms were very standard, but well equipped and comfortable. The AC was nice and the view was good.

I had a really great experience at the Ramada hotel, not only that it’s located near a lot of restaurants where you can just walk within a minute away! The room was nice clean and spacious. Kai and Sherman were really nice kind and attentive, they made me feel welcomed. All I can say is that I will definitely be coming back here for another stay.

Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel! I had a pleasant experience, the reception staffs were really kind and welcoming. Room was neat and clean. There is a smell when you first enter, probably because of ventilation is off. However, just turn on the AC unit and it will clear up. All toiletries provided. No noise from neighbors. Close by subway station. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bakeries. It was a perfect stay. Complimentary breakfast didn't have alot of varieties but it was still good. I came back for a business night stay after a week. Will come back again when I am around the area. Just be aware that there are limited parking spots for 20bucks.

I loved my stay here. I was very impressed with the room Cleanliness and the staff. I booked my hotel at 6am in a state of panic due to a bad experience at a different hotel. Kai helped me and was extremely patient, understanding and expressed compassion when booking my room. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying here.
