We tried to go here on Friday night but the wait was 1hr 45 min at around 6:00. We came back the next night at 4:45 or so and we were so glad we gave it another wait. Everything from the music, to our waiter, and to the food was top notch. Fries were probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Pulled pork was super tender, although there were some fatty parts. I tried a little bit of the burger and the meat was also delicious. We also got a fried chicken sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich, which both looked good. We couldn’t leave without buying a Hard Rock shirt. :) Thanks for a great experience!

Hard Rock Cafe on Times Square is my favorite. Best location with great ambience, service, and food. Love the rock and roll theme of the restaurant. The food here is really really good. Our server was super friendly and had an infectious laugh. We ordered the classic nachos, all American sliders, and the Roma tomato flat bread. I’m the food was so tasty. Special mention for the hot fudge brownie, omg simply amazing. I can’t speak enough about the hot fudge brownie, it was delicious. Also loved the souvenir shop, it has so many options. Such a fun place to dine it. If you are on Times Square go enjoy a fun dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe. Highly Recommend!

I'm sad to admit that I've never been to a hard rock cafe before. We took a group of high school students to see a show and this is where we had. Our lunch. Service was absolutely flawless. With such a large group. You would expect some mishaps but they were all wonderful and focused on keeping the table straight. The kids had a great time looking at all the decor and shopping on the way out the door. Super cool place for music lovers or just someone that wants a good burger.

It started with the host! He was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Then on to our waiter Bam! He was so kind and he definitely knew his job and takes pride in what he is doing! Then the food! It was all so perfectly done. I had the BBQ pork sandwich and the fries loaded with cheese and bacon! I couldn't have had a better experience before. This Hard Rock tops all the restaurants I have tried!

What’s a visit to any new city without a visit of the local Hard Rock Cafe! This place is so iconic. Had the legendary burger and it was exquisite 😋 as well as the Mango Tango juice with some souvenir glass. Have you also really visited a Hard Rock Cafe without taking pictures on their name banner and buying their famous branded t-shirt. The staff were very very nice, polite and helpful. The ambiance of this place is just top notch. So many things to buy in their souvenir shop. Definitely a must visit location in New York. Totally recommend

We have been to Hard Rock Cafe almost every time we visit New York and it has never disappointed... There is always someone new to meet and something new to see... The Restaurant can get pretty full at times especially during the summer holidays so get there early... We sometimes end up at the bar if all else fails. The Hand Rock store also never disappoints and there is always something new to take home or pin to collect...

Really enjoyed stopping into the Gard Rock Cafe during our last visit into Time Square. We had a 30-minute wait, which wasn't bad. We went upstairs to the gift shop and looked around until our table was ready. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with a Dj playing great music and taking requests from the customers. The service and food were very good. We had an amazing time.

We loved our family visit here. The server was so attentive, and the food was half decent, too. Portion sizes for the main meals are big enough and the desserts are huge! Definitely consider sharing them. Atmosphere was what you'd expect in a Hard Rock cafe. Our server gave us recommendations on what to order. The price was fairly expensive, but this is right on Times Square. The only downside was the toilets. It appears one cubicle had a homeless man who didn't make for a pleasant trip for my 2 years old in tow.

Great food and vibes. If you want to feel like a tourist in your own city this is the place to be. Very pricey... 2 meals with non alcoholic drinks and chicken nachos appetizer, $88😳 But definitely worth the price. Hard Rock never disappoints

I love Hard Rock Café and I always make good memories when I go. ♥️ We had dinner on a Friday night and ordered the onion rings, buffalo chicken wings, and the steak! Everything was so delicious. We also got the cheesecake for dessert. 🍰 The service was excellent given it was busy on a Friday night. Thank you, Rex! (: 10/10

So many comments I have. I have been here before 2 years it was totally different. I had reservation for 2 adult and 2 kids I came on time but my kids went to the rest room I told the one on the reception they are coming , she told me you have only 10minutes if they aren’t here your reservation will be cancelled in a rude way !!!! Then we went inside to be seated we were 4 she put our menu on table has 3 chairs ! And she left us!! We ask for the manger she tried to take care of us and she told us we will have you tonight for your diner put they brought for us the bill and we paid it without asking why!!! The food quality was very low. We had nachos was the worst very soft ,the dynamite shrimp we received it cold and not good the the Messi burger was 7/10 the beef burger 3/10 the kids burger 3/10 over all I don’t recommend to try it again there better options in NEW YOURK CITY

Generally quite a decent place for some late night food. Burgers was served cold unfortunately, though the Mac and cheese side was quite a treat which we really liked. Portion sizes are good for a meal. Chocolate shake was well prepared. The mocktail (can’t remember the name of the drink we ordered) was too sweet though The staff who served us was really nice and jovial, and was quick in responding to our requests

Great customer service, I wish I knew the name of the bar tender we had (Fri Oct. 15), she was amazing and so fun! The drinks were all good, it’s a great option when you’re trying to find something reliable in the area. Might as well get the souvenir cup when you’re at it too

I am so happy that Hard Rock is open again! The food is great. The drinks were delicious. Our waitress, Monica, was AWESOME! The wait time to get in wasn't long, didn't wait long to get our food or drinks. The bathrooms were clean. Had a great experience from the moment we walked into the shop and were greeted to the moment we left after having dinner. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious food and nice staff. Ambience lovely decorated and appealing. Expensive for European salary (sadly). Reservations are not absolutely necessary, but you may have to expect a waiting time then. We will come back in future.

Rock on!! My company and team have been using this venue for events. From the outside you wouldn’t know how much space they have. There is plenty of space to host large parties. Last night was awesome. We rent the space with the stage 😅👊!! And there is lots going on from the food and drinks and entertainment. Worth a visit if you’re in town and people watch the visitors too.

I never miss Hard Rock Cafe when in New York. Although not the first to be established but this place so iconic. The food, staff, music and ambiance is so good. I NOTICED THE SIGN OF A NEW HARD ROCK CAFE IN TOWN. If this venue is closed, it will take with it a lot of history and memory

A truly legendary place. Helpful people in the store. Souvenirs were easily found here. We got a good table at the restaurant downstairs without waiting in line. Lots of rock star stuff. It's hard to explore everything without disturbing other people. Monica was a nice waitress and she took good care. Not as expensive a place as I imagined. The burger was really delicious, but the Chicken Caesar was dry and tasteless. Five stars thanks to the waitress Monica, but the chicken is only worth two stars.

Very popular place in Time Square. The food and the service is good. Very good atmosphere with all the musicians' guitars and costume. It is like a rock museum. There is a kid menu. My daughter got an ice cream after the meal. It was a good experience. Highly recommended.

My visit to the Hard Rock Cafe at Times Square was a remarkable experience. The vibrant atmosphere and iconic location set the stage for an unforgettable evening. I indulged in a cosmopolitan cocktail and savored the rich flavors of the moonlight beer. The culinary journey continued with the Messi chicken burger, a delectable choice that satisfied my taste buds. The addition of succulent shrimps added a delightful twist to the meal. The combination of exceptional drinks, mouthwatering dishes, and the lively ambiance made my time at Hard Rock Cafe truly exceptional and one to remember fondly.

We walked in from the street on a very busy Friday around 19pm. They took our number and said to expect a 45 min wait. We would be getting a text when the table was ready. 10 minutes went by and the table was ready. The nicest waiter came to take out orders. She did and excellent job in waiting on us. Very friendly and kind. The food came out quickly and was very well cooked. Highly recommendable.

During my recent visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, I had a mixed experience. The restaurant itself was large and beautiful, with a vibrant atmosphere that captured the essence of the brand. The staff members were friendly and personable, providing attentive service throughout my visit. However, I encountered a significant wait time for my order of Caesar salad. The delay was quite noticeable, and it dampened the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, when the salad finally arrived, the quality did not meet my expectations. The taste was underwhelming, lacking the fresh and flavorful elements that one would expect from a classic Caesar salad. While the ambiance and staff were positive aspects of my visit to the Hard Rock Cafe, the long wait and subpar quality of the Caesar salad were disappointing. Considering the restaurant's reputation and popularity, I had hoped for a more enjoyable culinary experience.

Food was not worth the $ unfortunately . The service was awesome and presentation of the food was great. We had reservations for 4:15 but weren’t seated until 4:45. A little frustrating with a 9 year old who was walking around NYC all day but it was also a Saturday in December. Nachos were excellent and the drinks were too but main course was not good . Steak had zero pink and I asked for medium well and potatoes were dry. Brownie looked nice but it was hard as a rock. Restaurant was very clean and had cool memorabilia everywhere.

Both my friend and I stopped here for dinner on 9/1/21. We were both welcomed by the hostess and brought to our table. Our server was a server in training along with his assistant, both were extremely professional & attentive. We both started off with Hurricanes and a fried onion ring tower, the drinks were wonderful and the onion rings were crispy and so savory along the tantalizing dipping sauces of bbq & ranch. Then for our entrees we both had the bbq pork sandwiches that came with beans, coleslaw & fries, the flavors of it all were spot on deliciousness. I was impressed with my visit as a culinarian & foodie. Hard Rock Cafe is definitely a fun place. Highly Recommended!

There is something special about eating at the Hard Rock on Times Square. They have very cool memorabilia that make the visit worthwhile for music lovers. My food experience was lackluster though. I ordered the Impossible Burger which you have to order without cheese to make vegan, along with a side order of fries. Besides the disappointment of not having more vegan options on the menu, the burger bun was stale, and although the sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato and an onion ring, I was surprised it only came with a single onion ring on it. I thought maybe it was just mine, but we had another in our group with the same issue. Maybe it was because we ate there on a Monday, so we were getting the buns left over from the weekend (total guess, just an assumption I have no way of proving). I was glad they had the Impossible burger as an option, and the waitress was very nice and maybe would have done something about it if we had asked, but we decided against bringing it up since we needed to head to the airport soon after and didn't want to spend too much time on it. The fries were great. Crispy and well seasoned. For the price, I guess I was just surprised to get a stale bun and a single onion ring. My star score is as generous as it is based mainly on the memorabilia, location in Times Square, and friendly staff.

This place has an amazing vibe, great location, right by Times Square! We decided to give this place a try and loved the ambiance. The drinks we ordered were amazing, the place is usually crowded but we got couple of chairs to seat by the bar, I’d have spent more time here if I didn’t have other commitments but would surely come back.

Hard Rock used to be cool place to be to get the feeling of rock music and the culture associated with this genre but now it features soccer players on their menu for some reason. It was a weekday when I visited the place. It was lively with lots of tourists inside and it has loud music which was fine but I rather prefer to listen rock music. My dessert and drink were fine but waiter was too busy to host us properly. Very touristic place - fyi

Made a reservation, but there was no wait (but maybe that's because it was a rainy Sunday afternoon at the beginning of August). The atmosphere was really nice and the food was pretty good, but VERY expensive. I honestly don't think I would come back here due to the prices. It is in Mahattan though and Times Square of all places so those high prices are to be expected, but it really wasn't worth the extra money for what you're getting. If you're visiting NYC or something, I'd say you should come here to experience it, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something affordable. It just isn't worth the extra money if you only care about the food and not so much about the atmosphere.

Food wasn't better than in any other cheap restaurant, I have the smokehouse combo and buffalo wings. The first was as sweet as I can't appreciate any difference between ribs and pulled pork, wings was as salty as I could eat just one. Time square location isn't a plus, as is placed in an underground.

We visit the Hardrock Cafe on our first evening in New York. If you don't have a reservation, you have to expect a bit of a wait. After about 30 minutes we got a table. It‘s a great atmosphere. We were served very nicely and attentively by our waiter James. The burgers we ordered tasted very good and the portion was big enough to fill you up. The Hard Rock Cafe is an absolute must in New York.

The decor was amazing. It was my first time in a Hard Rock Cafe . The waiter was extra friendly and sweet. He just didn't tell me that they provide bottled water and it comes with a fee, also the drink cups are huge, and my cocktail was watered down with ice. The food was a lot . The burgers were very good. The prices are expensive.

Popped in to have a couple of drinks at the bar whilst touring NYC... We were not disappointed! Elton greeted us and served our drinks, what a great guy ! Amazing service, delicious cocktails and the vibe was great. We didn't order food this time, but witnessed some dishes being served at the bar, and they looked INCREDIBLE. Almost wish we had eaten in, but our week is not over yet 😉 highly recommend.

We had a reservation for dinner before seeing a show on broadway. We were seated promptly upon arrival. There was good rock and roll music and lots of video screens. I had the special Messi burger. It was very dry. The sliced chorizo on the sandwich was so dry and tough it was inedible. The rest of the family enjoyed their dinners. The service was great. Server was attentive and we did not feel rushed at all. Ladies room was clean and roomy. Hard Rock is right around the corner from the Lion King theater.

The atmosphere is very good. Not too long waiting times. There are some gems in the menu like the nachos, add beef and chicken and they will be 5 stars. You will easy end up at least $50 per person.

Amazing service! We absolutely loved how great and attentive our server was! He was one of the best! After having such a terrible experience leaving another restaurant close by for the lack of service this was a complete 180! We sat down and within seconds he checked in on us. Food was pretty good as well! Also the sundae for my birthday was terrific!! Made my birthday celebration so wonderful! Thank you hard rock!

Place has a great vibe, and the service was great, and that's about where it stops. I wanted to eat some meat since we had been eating pizza for days. I have had a better steak at Waffle House at 2am. to be honest. My son ate hardly any chicken strips, and that is his favorite. Will not return, knew it was a tourist trap and we got what we asked for.

A visit to NYC HR is slowly turning into a tradition for the family. I love the atmosphere and all-around rock environment. Most of the time I like the friendly personnel. Nothing wrong with the food, neither. I just think they need to refresh the menu a little bit. Strong four stars, easily convertible to five under other circumstances.

I was visiting NY and saw a Hard Rock Cafe and had to go! I always enjoy the music videos and the food is usually awesome. I gave this review only to highlight how one little issue can try and ruin a meal. Those of you who know and follow me know I travel a lot by myself. Not that I have an aversion to people, but I have set myself up where I can travel more than most. I’m saying all this because a lot of restaurants I have to ask for a table for one. This is the first time I was told I could not have a table. I could eat at the bar or at one of their high tops. I’m not really a bar eater and sometimes high tops have backless bar stools. I asked if I could have a table and the host said there were no tables for a party of one. I was flabbergasted! I told him that was a bit crazy and I would take the lonely table he was offering. Other than that issue with the host, everything else was perfect. The server was great, the food was great, and the checkout process was great. Hard Rock, you should check your host staff as this is a first. Next time I’m here I’ll just say ‘four’ and sit by myself, LOL.

It's a nice place to eat or drink and have fun with friends and family. Food was good and service as well. Nothing much to say about it. It's little weird that the server asked me to go to pay at a payment station 😃

Amazing place loved the venue the staff and the service. We arrive date following a show on Broadway. The tables were full, we were offered the bar seat which was superb. The staff were polite, prompt and very organised. We were served drinks quickly and food was ordered. The food arrived quickly and was well presented, hot and delicious. The prices were very reasonable and were what we expected for the chain so was no surprise, but with being for my birthday, my wife wanted a special treat and memory and it didn't disappoint. No masks were required although hand sanitisers were available.

Honestly we went for the experience and wasn’t expecting anything much from the food. But aside from the fact that it’s overpriced the food was fairly good in terms of quality. The strawberry and basil lemonade was refreshing. They don’t have a ton of options for vegetarians apart from the impossible burger. The salmon was good too but it just came with a side of green beans and that’s all. Our server was alright and wasn’t too attentive (could’ve been better). But yea, it’s the first Hard Rock Cafe ever and that too in the middle of Times Square so just go for the experience and the nostalgia

This isn't just some tourist trap, it's some really good food. I was surprised, I had the surf and turf burger and that was easily one of the best burgers I've had ever. Obviously going to be on the pricy side, but you gotta go here at least once. Love the vibe of the place too.

The Hard Rock Cafe is a wonderful rock and roll theme restaurant that offers guests tantalizing meals and drinks while also playing great America pop hit songs. In November of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, and we very much enjoyed our dining experience!!! When entering Hard Rock Cafe, my wife and I were graciously welcomed by the restaurant’s staff and we were both captivated by the extensive collection of rock and roll memorabilia and portraits of incredible music legends. Both my wife and I found our meals to be well cooked, well seasoned and superbly delicious. We’d also to like to acknowledge and thank our waiter, Bam for his amazing professionalism, stellar attention to details and for making sure that both us had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe. When traveling through Manhattan, New You, we encourage everyone to visit and dine at Hard Rock Cafe!!! You’ll have a enjoyable dining experience while also listening to sensational pop classics.

The atmosphere at this Hard Rock Cafe is very nice, but I must admit that the quality of the food doesn't match what I'm used to from other branches. However, what left a negative impression was the sheet given to non-native speakers along with the bill, explaining tipping customs in the US. I found this gesture somewhat offending, as it made me feel uncomfortable. Despite the ambiance, the overall experience left something to be desired.

I’ve always been a fan of Hard Rock Cafe and make sure to visit this chain one in every state I visit. And of course this being in heart of Manhattan/ Times Square, weekends (or any given day) is crazy, the wait time on weekend evening is at least 90 mins to 2 hours. If you are lucky you can walk-in to the bar and grab a seat. The bartender Charlie is awesome, made some awesome drinks for us, also ordered some awesome food. Must visit. The merchandise store also has some great collections.

A really nice place to visit at least once but it is too bad that there is no more live performances each nights like it used to be... Coming so far from abroad and only have few screens to enjoy the music.. I've known better in other HRC! The service is a little bit pushy for the tips (but not necessary) They are telling you that it's fully booked, while the whole main floor is empty, only half open. The food was good, but not amazing! You can find for the same price, the same ambience and better food in NYC

Good vibes and amazing atmosphere on Friday night. It may be delayed for seating to be available. Also, expect delay in food service. But food is really good and portion size is good for single person. Since the Cafe is at times square, no parking is available in the vicinity.

Very cool to see the memorabilia they have around the restaurant and our server was good at her job, memorizing our order and being efficient. The food was good, we got a steak and it was cooked how we liked it and the sides were delicious. (I’m looking at you mashed potatoes!)

Food was good, I ordered the steak fajitas. The sizing of the food portion if very small, pricey for small portions of food. Make sure to make a reservation especially during weekends and holiday times, I usually always wait to seat here. I ordered the sundae wasn’t anything to crave. They have a lot of cute merchandise.

Two amazing back-to-back visits to Hard Rock Cafe in New York. Both times we were served by the brilliant Carlene, remembered us on day two and our drink preferences. Day one my wife had the legendary burger and I had surf n turf burger. Lovely food. Day two my wife had chicken fajitas and I had the twisted Mac n cheese. Our eldest had kids meal options. A very pleasant experience and came at a great price, even being in a tourist spot. Reserve a table to guarantee entry.

Good was great! The Legendary burger is great and the Nachos are really good! I'm Mexican and I recomend it! the only thing is the time, there were about 20 people in the restaurant, 45 minutes took to got My burger. The rest of it is great, if You are a rock lover this is your place!

Such a beautiful place. I didn't dine in, just rested a little at the coffee. They have such amazing pieces of the American music history and the environment makes you really dive in into the context. If does not worth to eat there, definitely worth to visit and hang around a little.

It’s OK but nothing special, you will not see the full regular menu like any other Hard Rock Cafe. The food is nothing special, we spent a good time but there are better options near by. Staff is cool. Kids meal was bad, too much oil on the chicken tender, actually my kid left the entire meal.

Staff seemed unhappy. Felt like customers were on a conveyor belt, they got you seated quickly, wanted you to choose quickly and then get you out of there as quickly as possible! The food was tasty though. The whole place felt dated to be honest. Very underwhelmed.

Great ambiance but it was little bit missing the feeling. I have been different Hard Rock Cafés before and here the feeling was not there. Somehow food sizes were smaller then the standard American sizes. Served meat was cold. We were there for a celebration which was known in the reservation but no one really cared. Location is great and inside looks really good but the soul is missing.
