Hungry after a basketball game and can't decide what to eat? Pennsy offers a great selection of foods and ample seating. From sushi, to bowls, to beer, to vegan dessert, this place practically covers all palates. Bathrooms are upstairs with plenty of stalls. Great place whether you are alone or with a group. After eating, peruse the many stores nearby for a new outfit.

Love all the food choices. Great food, vegan choices and gluten free selections. Seating space is very limited. We were basically stalking tables for someone to get up. Such convenient location, especially since we were attending a concert at MSG. Would definitely eat here again.

Loved their theme! Lots of tvs and a great place to get a drink. This is a cool bar! The staff was great too! Would recommend.

I'm a fan of food halls. This one is particularly busy given its prime location, directly next to Madison Square Garden. Looking from the outside in, it's more upscale than most and a lively after work bar scene. Lots of outdoor seating if you can nail a spot among the crowds. Great for people watching. Once inside, more bar seating and cafe style tables. The music is blasting so depending on where you sit, you may not be able to talk above it. Lots of food vendors to choose from. Sushi, Mexican, Vegan friendly fare, good 'ol American hot dogs and tots, even a Pat LaFrieda's. Decent spot to find grub. No tipping necessary at the open tables since there's no table service. You buy from the vendor and find a seat on your own. There are a few spots that have their own seating, you can get table service at those. Cool to walk through.

The magnificence of "The Garden" and some ok food court. Tremendous place to always visit when you are in the area. Unfortunately, the pizzas are not at all Neapolitan, I doubt really mozzarella is used, maybe just the fake cheese. As for food choices, If not in here, then just take at look at what beholds you down 33rd St🍨🍔🥗 Or better yet, go down to Mustang Harry's, their burgers are enormously delicious. Check out pic. I love this place. A great place for a quick meeting spot for midtown friends or NJ/LIRR commuters. Three bars (if you count the small ones at Dunbo Taco and the Sushi place), plus vegan options (and the Litte Beets vegan donuts!), and plenty to please carnivores (Pat La Frieda & more). All that is missing is a decently priced drink special (although the current ones aren't terrible).

Was here a month ago with Vegas friends. Love the options. Hip spot with good variety & options of food. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Cafeteria style. Crowded. Wish had more seating options. Definitely tourist area.

Finally, some good food options close to Penn Station. The Pennsy isn't as big as other food halls such as Chelsea Market or even DeKalb Market but they have a good variety of tacos, Pat LaFrieda, Asian, etc. And there's a nice bar with a cool selection of beers and wine. The outside seating options are really nice too. Great for a quick bite if you're going to MSG or if you have some time to kill before a train.

Cinco de Mayo and craving some healthy Mex. Trying to avoid the tomfoolery about town, ordering in was on the agenda. *Vegan crab cake taco: so certainly not "crabby" in taste, but certainly excellent; the hearty medallion cakes were fresh and light both on corn and lettuce shells. *Impossible Taco: only served on a blue hard shell but so so so good; the ancho really comes out in the flavor and the whole texture and taste takes on a more upmarket, non-artifical-color-of-some-random-number version of a Doritos Locos (Taco Bell). *Vegan chorizo taco: fascinating flavor -- slightly sweet and bbq-y; definitely not like any chorizo I've ever had but excellent nonetheless *Grain bowl salad w/ impossible vegan meat: took a few bites to come around, but ended up as a nice complement to the taco feast we'd created; make sure to mix well and add some salsa and/or sour cream or the like to take it to the next level. Delivery was a little slow today via Caviar (Saturday lunchtime, Cinco de Mayo); nice, secure packaging. Temp of food a little cool but the complex flavors made up for it. Bummer that the chosen verde sauce was not present, but the roja was quite dynamic without being overpowering. Definitely a big fat rec on this, but I will make sure to go to one of the actual locations next time.

Great vibe and love the location. Large selection of food so a great place for groups. Quite a lot of seating available, but this place is always busy so you will have to go looking for a seat. I had vegan chorizo tacos from Taco Dumbo- tastes good, a bit on the dry side. Expensive for the quantity. Overall, I would be back at The Pennsy to try some different food.

The Pennsy is great! They brew their own lager which is quite nice. They had a live DJ when we were there on a Friday. Theres a central bar bit with lots of seating around, and then an assortment of places to get food with your drink. Theres also a outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy the evening breeze. My only criticism is that the taco place doesnt take cash. Only card. I'm not sure if the other eateries do or not. Really enjoyed this place in general though! :)
