I
have
been
to
Tavern
on
the
green
a
few
times
and
every
time
that
I've
been,
it's
always
the
same:
terrible
service.
I
came
back
because
the
place
is
inside
Central
Park
and
I
like
the
atmosphere,
but
the
last
time
I
went
there
was
very
embarrassing
for
me
and
my
husband.
SHAMEFUL
SERVICE
I
have
a
service
dog
(which
is
not
emotional)
that
is
with
me
most
of
the
times.
To
my
surprise,
the
manager
not
only
asked
me
what
kind
of
services
the
dog
preforms,
he
also
made
me
go
into
detail
about
my
health
status
and
explain
it
out
loud
in
front
of
the
hostess
and
three
other
employees.
I
felt
like
the
clown
in
front
of
a
circus.
I've
eaten
in
fancy
restaurants,
stayed
in
five-star
hotels,
flown
with
my
dog
and
this
has
never
happened
to
me
before.
We
were
hungry
and
we
ended
up
sitting
at
a
table.
The
waitress
did
not
come
to
the
table,
we
walked
to
the
bar
to
place
the
order...
Also
paying
a
tip
where
self-service
is
done.
Unfortunately
I
don't
remember
the
manager's
name,
but
is
a
guy
with
many
tattoos
around
his
neck,
skinny
and
with
painted
nails.
Another
time
that
I
went
with
my
family
we
needed
a
candle
to
sing
happy
birthday.
After
begging
for
a
candle,
they
said
they
didn't
have
one.
What
restaurant
doesn’t
have
a
candle?
FOOD
The
quality
of
the
food
is
nothing
to
be
impressed
with.
Basic
American
food.
Onion
soup
is
good.
The
service
takes
forever
to
give
you
the
menu,
take
the
order
and
serve
the
food.
Pathetic
place
and
service.
If
you
read
the
rest
of
my
reviews,
I
am
always
honest
and
this
is
the
first
review
with
the
lowest
rate.
