Indulging in the delectable offerings at Bill's bar and burgers has been an absolute delight. From the flavorful delights of Bill's burger to the delightful mini B's (sliders), the savory fat cat, the zesty South of the Burger (with jalapenos), and the delectable wings—every bite has been consistently enjoyable. However, I'd like to bring to the attention of the management a couple of concerning issues: The washroom's hygiene is in question due to the absence of essential washing liquids, a critical aspect not only for staff but also for maintaining overall cleanliness standards in the restaurant. Additionally, while the culinary experience remains impressive, the overwhelmed staff occasionally struggle to deliver the expected level of friendly and courteous service, impacting the overall dining ambiance.

Restaurants is located right next to Rockefeller Center and Lego store. Rather large location, that has 2 floors. Staff is friendly. Had a few UPAs and beer downstairs was not as cold on tap as upstairs. My burgacon cheeseburger was good, but fires were average. Daughter did like her sliders and wife enjoyed her Swiss cheeseburger. Definitel a good place to eat if your in the area, especially to watch a sporting event.

Had a blast at Bills Bar & Burger. I visited during new year week and it was pretty crowded. Glad they had a full service bar and i slipped right in as i went there by myself. The milkshakes and burgers were awesome. The sweet potato fries were out of the world. I ordered their custom made Veggie burger patty and it was amazing. I don't eat meat but if you are a meat lover, this is your burger point right in the heart of new york.

This is a huge place! The burgers were really tasty and the s'mores shake was yummy! Our server Rodrigo was not great. We were seated for about 15 mins before he acknowledged us (which wasn't a big deal) but then he forgot our appetizer... Again, not a big deal as our burgers were out by that point. He didn't refill our drinks. We ate up and asked for the check and informed him that we were splitting it. He disappeared for a long while and then came back and asked if we wanted anything else. We told him no and that our table was just waiting for the check to be split. Rodrigo snapped at us and told us that he knew that and that he was waiting for us to tell him who had what (he clearly forgot our table and was annoyed with himself and took it out on us. So we told him and he went to split the check... Then he came back and had split it incorrectly. Given his nasty attitude we just paid the tabs and cash appd our friends to fix up the discrepancy. He was the only bad thing about this place but it certainly tarnished our overall experience.

We SOOO want to be supportive of NYC businesses trying to survive through a pandemic. The restaurant has a fun vibe, great music and perfect location off Rockefeller center in Midtown. The restaurant was packed and our waiter was fantastic at keeping up with our drinks. He did unfortunately have to notify us they were out of burger buns and French fries, which is pretty basic to why you eat here. We were fine with a pretzel bun instead and I had sliders. The food arrived lukewarm at best. The cheese on the sliders was cold, like it never actually got all the way hot in the first place, the onion rings and sweet potato fries were almost cold. The milkshake was delicious. Great place for vibe, location, and beer.

Went there after an event at Rockefeller Center and had a great meal. We had the Fat Cat burger with sweet potato fries and Fish sandwich with onion rings. Every thing was excellent, especially the sweet potato fries. I asked for them extra crispy and wow! They are probably the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy and soft inside.

I liked the look of the place and for it's proximity to 30rock, on a Saturday at 6pm, I was amazed we sat down almost immediately. Service was busy but not too slow. Friendly too! I got wings and the Big Bird BLT, with the Bills classic margarita, and french fries. The fries were the star of this meal. The BLT has cold cut turkey and mentioned "fresh" in the menu. The toast was a bit greasy too. The buffalo wings reminded me of Pizza Hut wings with better sauce, just lackluster. The margarita was acceptable. These places are tourist traps and are not too bad for the money. There certainly are worse. For me, it's middle of the road, this, three stars.

Bill's Bar & Burger is a classic American burger spot with a great atmosphere. The place is very big and beautiful. The burgers are amazing, the fries are really crispy, and the cookies and cream milkshake is fantastic. Everything tasted really good. And the waiting time was very short. The staff was nice and made the whole experience even better.

There’s so much seating in here, looking through the window, it deceptively looked like there must’ve been a wait! We had decent service and decent food. If you are a burgers and fries person that usually throws some fries away, the Mini B stack with fries might be a better fit for you! The Mini B’s are definitely bigger than your average slider but it’s mostly bread (brioche, I believe!). The chips and guac were good, came with a salsa and pico. The drinks were also very good!

Coast into Bill’s Bar and Burger to taste the tempting zest of America’s finest grilled fare. Crisp french fries pair well with the Ranch Hand or the Bill’s Burger. For a leaner plate, opt for a chicken sandwich or a grilled cheese from the “Not Burgers”section; for a pallet refresher, choose the Classic Chicken Cobb Salad. Escape the crowds of Fifth Street and return to the warmth of a sizzling-hot grill at Bill’s Bar and Burger.

It's a shame I live in the UK, as I would dine here daily!!!!!! This restaurant is absolutely outstanding, by far one of the best restaurants I've been to. The staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and very professional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect too, couldn't fault it. The burger was mind-blowing, absolutely devine Fries were cooked to perfection, Milkshake was out of this world. It was majestic. 100% recommended, a must go to if you are in NYC. I will be stopping by when I come back to NYC next year.

Went for lunch here yesterday, it was easy for me to walk in and get a table for 1. My service was quick and friendly, 10/10 for service. The food was good, my starter was a bit bland, but my burger and chips were very tasty. In terms of the price I thought it was a tad expensive. I ordered a pint, starter, burger and chips and it totalled to over $50 which I think is bordering too expensive (I come from the UK where all this wouldn’t cost you more than £20-£25, this would be $25-$30 for reference). You will probably get just as a good as a meal for a better price else where. Overall was an enjoyable meal.

Highly recommend! We got a Classic Strawberry Shake, YUM. Also got a Burger (with a fried egg on it). Would definitely go back. Brian was a good server. He had just enough of conversation and staying on task. Good advice on visiting NYC. His love for his family made me cry. The food made me smile. As the King said, “We’ll be back …”

Absolutely mouthwatering burger! Had the ranch burger and my wife the wild buffalo burger, and both were absolutely delicious! They have a super large selection of craft beers (dozens of options of bottles), and cocktails as well. All burgers are super customizable, with multiple sides options (at least 3-4 of fries, onion rings, salads).

We found this place while walking around Rockefeller Center. It wasn’t crowded so the service was pretty quick. They informed a person in our group that the Turkey burger was not available so long after we ordered that the rest of our food arrived right after she placed her new order. So she had to sit there and watch us eat while hers was prepared. The food was delicious though and my daughter devoured the milkshake.

Burger was delicious. Waitress was awesome, even if I looked a bit scruffy. She was kind and asked if I could get happy hour beer prices even though I wasn't seated at the bar! That was rad. Good beer selection! Will definitely be back.

I went here without much expectations and was blown away. The chili here is fantastic and just how I like it (very sweet and saucy) and the cooks here do NOT skimp when it comes to making sure every layer of chip or fries has cheese and chili. The frito burger was also amazing. Service was also wonderful. Portion sizes are hefty! 10/10 recommend.

Really good burgers. I had the fat cat burger with the English muffin and special sauce. I also had the sweet potato fries. Really good. Partner had the Gobbler and said it was one of the best turkey burgers he had. We were impressed and would/will come back.

We were seated very quickly despite not having reservations. Our server came to us quickly to get our order. Our food came very fast and was cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had! The chips and queso were also amazing. They were out of the cookies and dream milkshake but our strawberry one more than made up for that! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Good food. We Burgers, onion rings & chili all were very good. Place was packed, 1 week before Christmas. Reservations is a must unless it would have been a 2 hour wait. Great shakes also. Will be back again.

Great place for burgers and shakes. We were there on a Wednesday night and it was very busy. No wait for our reservation, but not too many tables empty. The burgers were creative and well made. The drink menu was extensive (for a burger joint)!

First time eating at Bills. Stopped here before the Doobie Bros concert for a quick dinner. It was a very busy night. We were seated within a few minutes and after ordering, had our food within a reasonable time. The burgers (beef & turkey) were cooked nicely and tasted freshly made. The fries were also very good. The basic salad was also nicely done. An affordable place in Midtown Manhattan is hard to find, this is one of the few. The place had a nice vibe and bar scene. We made a couple of special requests, which were not a problem here. Amid shortages and other issues facing restaurants it was nice to see the staff here being so friendly and accommodating.

Food is reasonably priced despite the location, more importantly it tastes good , nicely portioned to me but the burger may be small to others. Sides sold separately ,I’d definitely recommend getting a shake. Andres* was a great server. Greeting hostess was dry but she chose who she wanted to be pleasant with. Overall worth the stop. Crispy chicken sandwich and bills burger pictured.

Just visited Bills Bar and Burger near Times Square. Pro tip: Make reservations ahead to avoid the 45-minute wait! Upon arrival, the host lacked friendliness, but our server saved the day. Despite a busy night, she was prompt and handled 10 tables with a smile! Tried the stacked mini burgers--presentation A+, taste a bit bland. However, the crispy chicken sandwich was a flavor explosion! The restaurant is spacious with two levels, but the dim lights might make you feel more tired than you are. Overall, a decent spot to check out in the area.

The food here was great! The milkshake was thick and delicious, the mozzarella sticks were amazing, and the fries were very good. Our waitress was also very nice 😊 An overall phenomenal experience! Update: I went back and got a beyond burger this time! It was really good!

We stopped in while visiting the Rockefeller Christmas tree. It was the week before Christmas, and we were nervous about finding a table without a reservation. We walked in, and immediately got a table. We had an amazing server, which unfortunately I do not remember his name. He was a training a new waitress who was also very lovely. The food was plentiful, the kids sliders was a great size, my daughter barely finished. The drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) were delicious. Great playlist, lots of tvs with games on. Great last minute find. 100% recommend.
