Absolutely excellent! Informative, friendly, feel good way to pass 90 minutes running Central Park. Our guide Elizabeth was lovely, the pace was just right, and we saw and learnt loads. Many thanks!

Best decision ever to book into do a city running tour. We had a few days in New York and I checked out runs in the city and came across you in 2020. Roll onto post pandemic and I finally got to visit on Sat 23rd April 2022. It was great to do it, the guide (Donna) was a fountain of knowledge and great company as we made our way around central park. It just made the trip so much better after being able to explore Central Park with someone who'd local knowledge. I'll be back and would recommend it to anyone as a great way to see a city.

Jill was a wonderful running guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. It was a 2 hour (5mi) private tour through Central Park. Our group included my husband and 2 daughters ages 24 and 19. She very much kept a slower pace which made it seem quite easy because we were wanting to get a good experience/sight see while walking /running. It was a peaceful relaxing run!! Just what we wanted! I will book another running tour when I travel in the future.

Took the lower Central Park tour with Donna last week, was one of the highlights of my NYC trip.. Great way to see the park, great way to start the day.. Donna was fab, lots of info about the park and city, and gave great recommendations too. She kept the running pace comfortable throughout.. 100% recommend!!

Excellent way to see a city, learn some history, and meet new people! Also a great way to run safely in a city you aren’t familiar with! Jillian was great and so accommodating, will definitely do it again in NYC and other cities where City Running Tours is available!

It was a blast! Fantastic way to visit New-York. We would never have been able to see so much sights and monuments by bus/private guide. Sam was also amazing he exceeded our expectations.

I enjoyed a fabulous tour with Catie, who was knowledgeable, kind, cheery, and fun to run with. The pace was perfect and we stopped several times along the way so she could share more about the history of the park. What a great way to start the day!

I went for the Pride Tour in NYC recently and really enjoyed it. It was very unique because I was the only one running the tour with the fabulous guide Max! Thank you Max for a really nice morning run to all the important places and thank you for all the informations. He got also further informations, not specifically part of the Pride Tour but very interesting and also funny! So, go for a tour with City Running Tours - it is worth it!

Great morning run with Zach around Central Park. Zach knows the park inside out and he will not only show you the best places, but he will also tell you the stories behind each location. Highly recommend

I had the most amazing personalized tour with Arielle! I will definitely do a City Running Tour again if I’m in NYC, or if they offer tours in other cities I’ll be visiting! Highly recommended.

Amazing run with Arielle! What a fantastic way to see a new city, and even better when you have a running buddy that 1) Knows their way around 2) Has a vast knowledge of the city's history and architecture 3) Is super fun and friendly. Don't hesitate, definitely book this tour, you will not regret it. :D With a little luck, you'll even see puppies on your run.

Myself, my husband and our two children (ages 8 & 10) had an amazing time with Jillian on a 4 miles running tour through Times Square and Central Park. Jillian met us at our hotel and we started from there. She knew a lot of interesting facts about the city and had a great running course planned out with some different route options for us to choose along the way. We kept a great pace and took a lot of pictures. My husband and I are avid runners and our kids run often, as well. City Running Tours is the perfect way for a runner to see the city! They entire company was very easy to work with and it was an absolutely enjoyable experience.

We had a great run and Rachel was a wonderful guide. She really catered our experience and shared quality stories of the area along the way. It was an awesome way to see parts of the city we didn't have time to explore on our own.

Had the most amazing running tour of Central park with Donna. Would 100% recommend to everyone visiting nyc as you see central park before the crowds and learn so much about its history. This was the best part of my trip, thank you Donna!

Such a fun time! We did the Brooklyn Bridge run while on vacation and it was a blast. The route was well-thought out, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and engaged, and the weather was gorgeous. I’ve done several City Running Tours now, and they are always a highlight of my trips. Highly recommend!

I ran with Tara this morning 28/11/22 and had a great time. Firstly, the boring bits; Tara had kept me updated on our meet time etc via email & was early & ready to run straight away, after the usual pleasantries of course. I hadn’t specified any particular area to run, but Tara suggested we go down & over the Brooklyn Bridge which suited me. She was very informed on the area & it was nice to hear some local facts etc as we ran. I invariably run solo but Tara was easy to run with & I really enjoyed the company - thank you. We came back on the subway & Tara also got me through onto the subway with her own card, which I’m grateful for (if a little embarrassed I didn’t have a card with me !). Overall, I’d highly recommend Tara & City Running Tours if you’re thinking about a run in a city but don’t really fancy it on your own. Thanks again 🙂. Keith.

Loved learning about the history of Central Park while running at a leisurely pace through parts I didn't know existed on a beautiful, sunny morning. Jill was a fantastic guide!

This was my second City Running Tour and I can't recommend them enough. If you like to run, it's a great way to see and learn a little more about NYC, even if you've visited and explored before. My guide for the Central Park tour, James, provided lots of info on the park and the city, answered all my many questions and even provided recommendations on what else to do in the city. If you're nervous about pace, don't be as the CRT guides are very accommodating to make sure the run is safe and feels good for everyone. I also want to thank Catie in the City Running Tours office who was very helpful and accommodating when I messed up the time/directions. Great service that saved the day!

Awesome...and always awesome with City Running tours. This was my second in NYC, and one of many across the US. If you're on a trip, and you are trying to decide between squeezing in a run or a tourist activity, do both!

😠 I would give it zero stars if possible. Of course they have guides at every corner selling this tour bus. I would say our sales person was excellent, but it's what happened after. Supposedly the buses should run every 15-20 min which was perfect with me not being able to stand long. Every bus that s...

😐 If you want to see as much of New York within a limited time the Big Bus tours is a good option. I took the Classic one day fare which was about USD 54. The app is quite useful too to find the closest stops. The online audio commentary is not bad and a bit childish. Since I had already booked ticket...
