We planned to visit Princi, which is located a few blocks away from Ground Central, but it was closed without correct information online. Therefore, we just searched on Google Map for coffee spots nearby. It was a surprisely great experience there with no expectation before our 1st try. We had their homemade Almond Croissant, Lemon Pound Cake and 1 hot Latte & 1 hot Mocha. We love their pastries so much, especially the pound cake, creamy & soft with moist texture. Their coffee bean is the special edition from La Colombe, which is one of my favorites and it was so delicious & refreshing.

A fancy coffee shop located in Hell's Kitchen. The place offers a good variety of coffees and teas, and some options to eat - not the most delicious ones, but not bad at all. The place had not only tables, but also coaches to seat while you have your coffee - you can even read some books meanwhile. And a very interesting selection of music.

I'll be going back here. They have non dairy options. Loved that they had macadamia nut milk option. They also have gluten-free snack options. The place is comfy. Starbucks who?

Cute place with good coffee in nyc. It’s a chain coffee shop but is still really good coffee. They have tons of inside seating and a bunch of menu options. One of my favorite coffee spots in the city and has great flavor and portions for the price.

Really cozy and a GREAT place to work from home. Plenty of seating and cozy nooks to sit in, but limited power outlets. Really great food and fair prices!

Five stars all around. Drink: I had the nitro cold brew and it is super smooth and mellow. It is very enjoyable and doesn’t need any milk. My boyfriend got a matcha latte and it was pretty standard, foamy, and met expectations. We also tried the vegan gluten free tahini chocolate chunk cookie and it was phenomenal. It was the most pleasing, chewy texture with salt to balance out the sweetness from the chocolate. Chocolate chunks are arguably greater than chips. They made a significant impact with this cookie. Lastly atmosphere = awesome! The music is vibey and boppy. We came on a Saturday around noon. It is definitely a working spot but caveating it is a bit loud (in a good way) with the music so it may be not as easy to take conference calls. Definitely recommend stopping in here.

This is a really cool and hip little shop. I got a latte and a drip coffee. The latte was fantastic tasty and I was impressed to get 4 shots as the norm for their large size. The drip wasn't ultra impressive but I bought some beans anyway. The interior had great ambiance and many neat seating options. Beyond Fair prices for times square. Only negative is a big one. The cashier was being very rude and obnoxious. Horribly mean to customers and seemed to be in a miserable mood. Luckily she wasn't rude to me, though certainly not pleasant. I witnessed her negative nasty behavior to multiple other customers. Against it didn't happen to me. Still Major major turnoff for me just watching it happen. Everything else about the place is great but service and customer experience trumps.

I had an iced coffee and my partner had an iced latte with espresso. The coffee was smooth with no bitterness at all. The person who took our order was super nice and friendly and patiently waited as I figured out my order. The vibe of the place was relaxed with great music and lots of books. There is sufficient seating but to the further right outside there is a public seating area with a canopy of trees and plenty of tables and chairs. This is actually one of my fave aspects of NYC is finding these little parks in between building where you can sit, drink your beverage and read a book or talk to a friend or share a meal.

Really nice atmosphere and cool coffee shop with that local feel. Staff was courteous and expeditious in brewing up our latte and americano. I really enjoyed the lengths they went to to decorate the place; the vibe was absolutely unique.

Not many seats, which isnt surprising. It's pretty but not a great place if you want to get work done. Loud music... Cappuccino was pretty good tho so eh wont go back but fun if you want to go for fun. Not good for a big group of people

Cute coffee shop in Hells Kitchen. They have a ton of different variations of your classic drinks and delicious pastries. My favorite drink so far is the coconut lavender matcha latte!

I am somewhat picky about coffee. I roast mine at home and I like mid roast, not burned (sorry Starbucks fans). When traveling, I like finding local places where the baristas take your drink with dedication to add to an already great product of nature and process This is one of those places. Great location if you are near Times Square. Ambience is relaxed and somewhat eclectic. Great music! Reminds me of great coffee shops in the PNW. Lots of space for people watching by the window or on the street if you are flying solo (8th Avenue, so lots of good fun stuff happening) . Plenty of room to sit and chat w friends. Baristas greet people by their name as regulars come in, so this is a local spot. My Americano with steamed milk on top was delicious and a great start for the morning. Mid roast that allowed many layers of flavor to stay there for a while. Temperature was perfect, I did not have to wait too long to start indulging on my morning addiction :) not dark roasted nor bitter. Perfect. They also have pastries, which I will try next time and do an update!

I visit this coffee shop every time I am in Manhattan. Been going for years, so surprised it has taken me this long to leave a review. They have very good coffee. I usually get the standard latte but, at my most recent visit, they had a lavender oat latte. It was delicious! Had the great regular oat latte flavour, but with the flowery hit of lavender. Terrific combo! Aside from the good coffee, the ambiance and service is really great too.

Pretty good coffee shop. Has a nice library-like atmosphere in the back. Lots of folks meeting up for coffee which is nice. My Latte was well made with a solid microfoam. Darker roast than I usually like but well tuned for American tastes. Music is much too loud which results in guests speaking even louder to overcome it, and makes the whole place very noisy.

A cute spot with great coffee! I was passing by and wanting some coffee, so I walked into this place. It’s relatively packed especially since it’s getting colder and for good reason. The coffee was tasty and the latte art was a beautiful bonus. Would definitely recommend for anyone around the area to give this place a shot!

I know. Just another queer friendly coffee shop. Well, yeah. But it's more than that. Atmosphere is pretty cool. Music is played at a decent volume. So you also can work there. Pastries are okay. Coffee is very delicious. It's nice spending time here. If you are part of the queer community, this spot is a really go to spot for a first or any other kinda date. If you are on the straight side of life, it's also a nice dating spot. Don't get me wrong :) all are welcome

This place might be okay for a catch up with a friend or read (has a very cozy vibe), but if you’re looking for a place to work remotely, I wouldn’t recommend. The internet is very spotty and weak. That being said, you’ll still see a good number of people working on their laptops. The coffee and food are decent, and the prices are what you’d expect for the area.

I like their coffee and the banana bread. Loved the cozy vibe the most. Nice to bring your laptop and work or chitchat with friends :)

Such a cozy, charming place with a dark, edgy, industrial vibe. The additional plush couches and chairs in the room at the back are inviting, and add a good amount of extra seating. They have a wonderful selection of coffees and teas to choose from, as well as tasty looking treats and pastries. My only negative would be that the staff aren’t really very welcoming. Never a smile, and always an air of annoyance at having to deal with customers. Really a shame because it’d be a perfect place otherwise.

I had a great experience. The decor is nice and modern. Coffee was good. Ham and cheese croissant was warm and delicious.

What I like the most about this coffeeshop (Ground Central coffee) is their lounge / couches area. It’s nice for meetings of just to chill with coffee and friends . Others are just working with their laptops. They have gluten free pastries and milk alternative for coffees (I got my oat milk latte). The coffee grind they use is not my favorite but it’s not bad at all so I don’t mind it much. They also have some bottled cold press juices (rockin beet is my favorite).

The drinks are solid, the staff efficient, the vibe of the cafe is sweet~ vinyl records and all! It does get packed at times; but, the staff are quick! Worth the stop

Cool little place in nyc with good coffee. I usually grab an oat milk latte on the go. They also have very nice gluten free pastries. It has a great atmosphere with good music. You can seat to work as it has free wifi and space to be on your laptop. It’s also nice to seat on the couches for a coffee with friends. Baristas are very nice and provide good fast service!

A good place to stop by to get nitro cold brew! It was little bit to the bitter side but was creamy. Hope they serve light-roasted coffee more often.

Two words: "Loved it" The place is a little hidden, nice decoration, not to big but doesn't feel crowded. Staff was super polite, and fast. Ordered a Machiato, great taste 👌

Very good cappuccino. Lovely decor. Semiprivate back room. Of a busy street.

This place was on my list for a while and one evening I finally got to visit. Almost everything was sold out even hours before closing time, didn't get to try what I wanted to. The coffee is good, wish the place was more welcoming

My favorite coffee shop in all of NYC. Ditch the corporate chains and enjoy this instead. The baristas are always friendly and fun. It's a great place for a date, a hangout, or a place to work from home away from home.

Recently discovered this cafe. Great coffee and wonderful atmosphere. The employees are very nice. I love that they support independent, local bookstores by selling some great books in their cafe.
