Birch Coffee is the best and this particular location has such good vibes. The staff is always super friendly and the energy is always buzzing. If you walk in and see a long line, have no fear! It always moves quickly. This Birch Coffee location is a popular place for people to sit and work on their laptops so seating can be tough to come by but be patient and make yourself at home. Heck, be bold and sit next to a stranger! I love this place and I’m confident you will too!

It’s a nice spacious coffee shop near the park. We had lattes and they tasted great. You can get your latte in a nice mug with Birch logo. Everyone was friendly. They don’t have any milk out so you need to ask for it if you add it to your coffee. It gets very busy.

Good coffee and the space is bigger than it seems from the outside. One star off because there was no way of heating up the croissant and savoury pastries. The decor and layout is friendly but still with little, tucked away seating spaces.

More than recommend this shop for anyone looking for a quick coffee and for anyone who is open to a bit of socialization. A nice touch is a board they have in front of the bartender that encourages making new connections. I had a chai latte and loved every drop!

Great coffee shop that takes pride in their product! It gets busy so not a place to relax and hide with a book or work. Seating is limited but it's worth a quick visit.

Great coffee and a cool atmosphere. There are several locations throughout NYC. This location has always been crowded when I came in (around 1:00pm) but I’m sure you could find a table if you wait around. They have icebreakers if you want to meet new people!

Normal coffee, normal pastry. I would not make a huge fuzz about the place, but all in all for a quick-bite and a spot near Madisson park - I'd say "go for it". It's a decent alternative for a Starbucks :)

This is one of my top coffees choices in the city. Birch in general is very good no matter the location. Great staff and great coffee. Not much more you can ask for.

I brought my running team - Gotham City Runner’s - here as our “finish line” after our Saturday long run. Everyone loved it! The coffee and drinks were great and handcrafted with care (see photo) and the food was delicious. I opted for the blueberry scone and it was fantastic. The whole group of us (15 people) fit easily into the space and everyone got a seat! The one issue we had was gluten-free options were slim. Thanks Birch for an overall good time!

Great shop, good coffee, cozy and open vibe. I got a latte and the espresso is strong and milk was perfect. This place is great for a casual meeting, date, or just some studying or work. I love there little conversation starter board. Very creative idea and just what this world needs, more friendly/non-social media means of connecting.

Chill place for quick coffee and light bites, Wi-Fi, solo counter (window) seating or small table seating, private restroom, and a charging outlet if you're lucky. Cozy urban atmosphere.
