📍merriweather great spot to work in west village 〰️ this cafe is big, with indoor and outdoor seats. their coffee is so good. i got to try their coconut cherry bar and quite impressed! they also have restroom and wifi although i didn’t use. although the coconut cherry bar is too flaky for my taste, their coffee is great! perfect time to take advantage of this sweater weather to sit outside!

Great coffee food, the granola yogurt with red fruit and the banana toast with tahini were both delicious. They have specialty beverages such as turmeric latte, also excellent. Cozy indoor place which is closed during covid 19 pandemic but they have a nice covered outdoor terrasse. A must go!

Been in search of a good replacement for Charley Street (refined sugar free Australian cafe) since it closed. This place looks quite similar. We ordered all the mushroom dishes: soup, farro mushroom bowl with miso sesame dressing and the mushroom/labneh toast. They were all good especially the bowl which had a great variety of veggies and the dressing was nicely balanced. We put the kimchi on the side as they were not sure if there is sugar added. The mushroom toast was ok wish they use wild mushroom not just cremini. The soup was lovely very creamy and had good umami. I like that they serve coffee/beverages in real cups for people dining in, better for the environment and great for the vibe! Wish they make all the food without refined sugar.

Coffee / matcha is great. The bowls are pretty good too. It would be nice to have some vegan protein options in the bowls. The cookies they used to have were really good but the new ones are not so great. I tried the spelt chocolate cookie and it’s awful. The buckwheat chocolate used to be amazing!

A great spot for coffee and treats. Gets a little busy in the morning hours, so may be hard to find a seat, but the outdoor tables are nice in good weather. Service was fast and friendly!

Great Counter Culture shop affiliate with great coffee and nice place to work. Staff seemed a bit hurried and tired after a long day of work and a smile would have come a long way but I get it, that sometimes things are busy. Would come again!

Cute little coffee shop with some good eats! I got the BLAT sandwich and the fig, ricotta and honey toast. The spicy mayo did the trick on the sandwich! Iced latte on a sunny and warm Saturday made for a perfect start. It can get a little busy on the weekends but the food still came out quick.

Delicious specialty coffee in a nice area in West Village, Aussie style. I would've loved to try their hot coffee but it was a very hot day and the location wasn't as cold enough, so I went for an iced flat white with oatmilk. I tried their big brekkie, a sourdough toast with soft eggs, avocado, sauteed tomato, mini salad, smoked salmon and it was delicious. The menu is short but reliable. I think it's amazing they have the ingredients of each preparation disclosed and with labels for different diets to be more guided such as gluten free, vegan etc. You can also have their coffee with non dairy and plant based options.

Merriweather team is great, I come to have my morning coffee almost every morning and it is so pleasant and they are always smiling and in a good mood. I also have to say that the food is amazing and so yummy. Highly recommended

Flat white was good and had a unique taste to it. They use counter culture coffee beans with a rotating guest roaster. There's an outdoor seating area as well as indoors.

the obvious observation is the great location and crowd who goes here…but for coffee snobs this may be the best place to get great single origins and natural process in lower Manhattan, definitely in the West Village and the western part of Soho. Additionally, they offer multiple espresso choices, which is very hard to find in the city, and even in Brooklyn. A final, very nice touch was the customer service. I had asked about the espresso choices, and chose one, but when my latte came out, the barista included a free shot of their natural process espresso. The gesture was noticed. Top 5% coffee place I’ve been to and I’ve left probably a couple of dozen reviews of places across many cities and states.

Super cute spot in the city! We enjoyed a relaxing and delicious breakfast outside. There were several tables available inside and outside for dine-in, and the line was out the door the entire time we were there, but it moved fast. Unique menu and gluten-free options available!

Great coffee shop conveniently located off Christopher St. Path stop. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fantastic! I highly recommend the mushroom toast & the tumeric latte. Both were so GOOD!! I'd have that toast every morning if I could.

Super cute! Was just walking around and saw this gem. It was very inviting and had indoor dining options on a cool morning. I got the turmeric ginger oatmeal with the best cappuccino I've ever had. Seriously. And my partner got a hot chocolate with the apple crumb muffin. The muffin had big chunks of apples and was moist. I just wish the portions were bigger for the price. But I would eat here again.

Yummy food, nice music/atmosphere EXCEPT when the tall bald guy making the drinks got frustrated that someone didn’t come get their drink so he took it out on the rest of us peacefully enjoying/starting our morning by raising his voice to repeat the name and add three others, BOOMING his voice so startlingly everyone went quiet and awkward for a few minutes until everyone resettled into the vibe. Literally gave a start to my heart how aggressively the dude boomed his voice, and then every name he called after that had me ready for him to boom again. Really ruined an otherwise nice little morning at what I thought was a nice little spot.

Cashiers should smile and be more friendly ..please we all live here in the neighborhood or exercise at Printing House. Can you be more friendly? During pandemic there were only girls serving outside and way nicer ...

Absolutely delicious food and great coffee. Highly recommend the merriweather morning. Good people, I can during an unexpected rush and due to that they were very forthcoming about any delay. Also they had a pear danish that was delicious.

I had the Merriwether Morning Sandwhich with Prosciutto and a lavender oat milk matcha latte. The sandwhich was EVERYTHING! Soft bread, perfect egg, DELICIOUS harissa. I was so satisfied 🥰

A very cozy breakfast place. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the breakfast. I ordered the Mushrooms on toasted bread with a poached egg and a Macchiato. I would recommend everyone to stop by and have a great breakfast which is also not too heavy on the pocket (as per NYC standards)

Beautiful coffee and food. Unfortunately the prices are excessive for the quantity of food provided and the fact that there is no table service. 1 small piece of gluten free toast with avocado and egg is $13. Left hungry.

I was taking a circuitous route back home uptown a ways when I came across Merriweather the other day. It looked inviting. Had a really good ham and cheese croissant and mocha. The staff really hustled and were very friendly. The visit brightened up the rest of my morning walk.

Owner was extremely kind and genuine. Staff made sure that every need was taken care of and worked not only for tips. This was by far the best cafe experience I’ve had in nyc. Highly recommend.
