I think it’s the best roof top we had in Manhattan (and we had a lot). The place has a very special cocktails, the food is very good although we came right before they closed the kitchen. The place decorates with style and uniqueness. The service is good. They have a dress code so don’t mess up. And fun fact - Madonna filmed her video to the song “bi&@ I’m Madonna”.

Came here with my girlfriend for a drink/dessert. What an incredible view of the skyline. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and ambiance in the room was amazing. Definitely a great spot to grab a drink and hang out. The views alone are worth it.

Pretty intimidating place, but worth the view and the drinks! We were told the dress code is "sheik, no jeans". We were traveling for a short time so we only had jeans. We rolled the dice and it worked out fine. The drinks were very expensive, between $20 and $30 each, but this is a very exclusive experience and a very classy place that is worth the price of admission.

Very nice and expensive. Great atmosphere. Kind of discriminatory to whoever goes. I went twice in the same day to the Boom Boom Room and the first time I was allowed in and the second time not with a pretty rude service. Bathroom views are amazing.

Great place to view the city at night and see the sunset. I had no issues getting in and felt the staff was great! Enter from the side and not through the hotel. There is typically a short line outside that moves rather fast. Place is not open too late so don’t plan on parting till midnight! Manhattan drink was made with Wild Turkey.

Went there around 8 years ago. Maybe not looking enough like a celebrity, I was ignored for a good 20-30 minutes before the hostesses accepted that I was going to stand at the entrance till I got to enjoy this bar during my trip in NYC. With air of sufficiency they acknowledged me and showed me the way. Even the cocktail man was so full of himself with his head bigger that the whole place. Honestly I should have left and not given them any of my money but back then I wasn't like I am today... Obviously don't go here, there are plenty of more enjoyable place for an equal view

Gorgeous views of the New Jersey skyline. I came on a winter weeknight evening just after sunset and it wasn't so packed. It was nice to sit in the covered area where the roof is and have a drink. Warm and cozy!

Cannot put into words what a masterpiece this place is. If you’re looking for the most unique design in the city, don’t look further than here. Check out events such as live band karaoke. Cheers!

Very cool bar on the 18th floor of the Standard. Not really any signs to it so just go into the hotel, find the lifts and go to 18. Great atmosphere (quite loud just FYI) and friendly staff. Interesting cocktail menu with most cocktails around the $18 mark. Surprised how busy it was on a Tuesday night. Looks like you can make reservations for tables so consider doing that if you really want to come

This place is incredibly beautiful and the place to be when it comes to networking with a view! There is so much space and wonderful waitresses which helps for an even greater experience. I had the pleasure to visit during the Webby Awards and had a great time.

For the view alone the 5 stars are worth it. Having read some comments I would tend to agree that the staff are obnoxious to an extent but the high end clientele that frequent this pace will feel right at home. Book a table and simply enjoy the views whilst sipping free poured drinks. Chin chin, what-o.

Good drinks, good views, good music. Best spot in Meatpacking for a post-work drink.

Our host Kayla was one of the best hosts I've ever had. Made sure we had a good time at Le Bain and at the rooftop bar. Would definitely come back again!

I was there for my bday celebration on Sunday. I made a reservation as advised so entry was easy. It wasn't crowded maybe because Sunday. I loved the interior and the view. Easily my favorite. I liked my cocktail and golden Chocolat bar too. It was sweet they cared to put a little can candle for my bday. Price isn't so sweet though. But I'd definitely go back there.
