We were upset with the service at this location, the staff was super rude and reluctant. We placed an order via McDonald’s app for 1 latte and 1 mocha and the order was ignored when we got there. I pressed the “I am here” button when we were in their parking lot and the order was ready on the screen but actually not available when I entered. I told the staff and the staff was really impatient telling me that I missed our orders. The way they packed the order as shown was not proper. I didn’t know how I can take my 2 cups of coffee in a plastic bag.

My order is wrong, I am trying to communicate on their phone line and they do not answer me, my order was a McChicken not mayonnaise and they sent me a CheeseBurger add McSause

New security guard. Very disrespectful. Told me and all my fellow friends to order food and leave. It was raining outside yet he still forced us to leave and did not let us sit down for no reason. I come to this McDonald's almost everyday after playing basketball at the ymca and this is the first time I've ever been forced out in the rain. Asian hate crime.

Today I went to my local McDonald's on Queens BLVd and 38th Street. While I always order drive thru, I decided to walk in and use the restroom before ordering. A man who appeared to be the security guard( had gear and a broom and dust pan) , claimed to be cleaning the restroom. Then as he walked out,he asked me where my receipt was. I was going to order food after going to the bathroom. The man was so disrespectful and insisted that I go to get food first. Then he was making a fuss about it. Implying that I wasn't going to order any food. I truly felt disgusted and honestly makes me not want to go back there to dine in. Shortly after I DID order the food, this same man began to associate himself with some teenagers that were there. Clearly demonstrating some sence of immaturity. Once I left with my food, because at this point there were so many people and I was annoyed, I noticed this same man saying something similar to a man that was entering the bathroom. Why are you lying for? Go order your food. That's why you need to order your food first. I'm sorry but if this is how this man is treating his customers, they are going to loose a lot of people. If what customer's need is a code to enter the bathroom then they should properly install one and include in the receipt. It is not OKAY for that security guard or whatever he was to be rude or disrespectful. My food was great and the rest of the staff behind the counter were diligently working and on task, but the security man dressed in black with yellow lettering. Not okay!

McDonald's will continue to be McDonald's for a long time if McDonald's has anything to say about it. The reason McDonald's is successful is that when you go into a McDonald's it's McDonald's. (Except for that mustard thing, but we'll talk about that another day.) So at the risk of repeating myself, McDonald's is just like McDonald's only it's in a different place. Now you all can go get dessert. Don't forget to thank your grandma. She's been a long time working on that today and you know it's because she loves you all.

The McRib back and smaller than ever. The fries are also now more thin than they used to be, but it is what it is.

I had placed an order through the app so that I can pick it up through the drive-thru. The order went through and I was waiting behind a long queue to get to the window. I get to the window and they hand me just one item from my order and tell me that's all I ordered. I try to dispute this but they tell me there's a long line behind me and to just move along. I go inside the restaurant to find out what happened and they said the other items I ordered are no longer in stock. First McDonald's I've been to where I was told something was no longer in stock. I don't get why they would have accepted my online order if it wasn't even available. Horrible experience.

Dine in open. It seems to be clean. The service was extremely slow but they got my order right. More expensive than other McDonalds.

The burger was DELICIOUS! I swear, I couldn't believe how good my food was! Very impressed

I go very early in the morning and the crew is very cordial. There's a public school 🏫 next door so it will get crowded at lunchtime and a couple of minutes wait but food quality never suffers.

"large" fries. Putting that amount in a larger container doesn't make it large. ... And no sauces for the nuggets.

Steak, Egg and Cheese McGriddle for only $4.89.. including tax 😱 Sandwich size was fair considering this is NYC, but most importantly, it was also delicious 🤤 and very seemingly freshly prepared

Drive thru lit up and clearly says 24 hrs but the worker opened the window to tell me they're not 24hrs. What a joke.

They run this mcdonalds like the NAVY. All hs students near this mcdonalds would flock in on the daily and service is still speedy. The nuggets are always crispy!!

The food at this location is excellent, the Big Mac is always well dressed and hot. My only issue is that every time you pull up to the location and use the drive through, they never have your food ready so they make you pull up to the curbside spots which are always taken by the fleet of mopeds and that they never bring you the sauce you requested.

Used to be my favorite mcdonalds But since last year so many motorcycles stand outside. These people are loud,they throw garbage everywhere, rude, drive in front of pedestrians almost hitting them. It does not feel safe. Why does mcdonalds allow this. I have also seen them drinking on the sidewalk next to mcdonalds while they are on COUCHES and foldable chairs and mcdonalds still does nothing. I cannot bring my family here anymore because of this :( They have also forgotten a couple of items every now and then but it rarely happens.

This McDonald’s is pretty good. The times I’ve been there for lunch they always get my order right. No long waits as well. Highly recommend.

The place is slow and the workers are either rude, cold, or completely ignore you. The drive thru is half a star better. I never see anyone cleaning the tables. I'd give them 3.5 stars, only because the food is decent and they're probably stressed everyday, being across the street from like 2 high schools lol

Ordered from Uber Eats. The fries and chicken nuggets were actually cold and they forgot my barbecue sauce for the nuggets. Let's be real, the nuggets are never good without the sauce. Mcdonald's, please double-check your to-go orders behind the person bagging the food. Mistakes can happen, but these are simple, avoidable mistakes. Now I've paid money for food I can't eat and the number posted here on Google does not work.

It's too bad that any on site consumption is only allowed outside. Despite that the kiosk makes ordering here a lot easier.

This location is very clean and have good atmosphere...only thing they need to work on service...so many times they made mistakes on my orders...you need to check what you got before you leave specially if you use drive thru...

Terrible, they are so rude they won’t even give me a simple refill for the soda cup I brought, I just wanted water in my cup that I brought they won’t even do that, I called my bank and dispute the charge. Terrible!

For a Fast Food place a bit of a walk from the LIC Court House. I got my food with in 5min of ordering. And nice and hot. Thank you!

This is my go to McDonald's. I live between two McDonald's and this is differently the better one! The service is always great at the drive thru and in person. The food is alway fresh and hot (but sweet tea needs to be sweeter:)) I LOVE the freestyle coke machine and hopefully in the future you can order drinks from this with the drive thru. Today I ran in, because I wanted the freestyle coke machine and I ordered my food with such a nice staff member. I ordered 4 large drinks and he came to the coke freestyle machine and asked if I needed a cup holder or if I needed help with anything. He went and got the cupholders and began to place my drinks in the holder, and told me to have a nice day. He was so kind that I asked him for his name. MOHAMED, a special shout out and thank you to you today, for such amazing service to your customers. This McDonald's has a great staff and MOHAMED is definitely one of them.

The people working the overnight shift put their all into this food because this McFlurry came from the heavens and the mcchicken brought joy back into my life. Whoever the ladies are that are working at 2:30 are killing it! <3

Our order was wrong and they over charged us... I think you're safer if you order from the kiosk. As always pictures always look better than the actual burger , but you can't go wrong with the fries 🤣

I always come here and I’ve never been so disrespected!! They hired some security guard that got quite the attitude, will try to belittle you, and has no hesitation in curing at the younger crowd that walks in. He must’ve took me for a kid when I walked in with my hoodie when trying to use the bathroom- because his attitude was unstoppable, I barely got a word and he treated me like I was an unworthy costumer. I don’t bother going back and forth with someone this inept. I had purchased a meal an hour before going back in for the restroom that was so highly restricted. But that didn’t matter nor gained me any respect. Definitely turns me away!!

McDonald's has always been my favorite fast food chain. Their burgers are always juicy, the fries are crispy, and the drinks are always refreshing. The service is prompt and the staff is friendly.

Had the munchies 420. I Bought a few Apple pies 🥧 cause that’s like the only vegan thing that they have to snack on besides water and the apple pies are always cold lol. You might as sell them to customers frozen at a discount. Overall customer service is good, friendly staff

I hit this place at like 4am . Thought out of everything I would get something a little old or cold . Everything was fresh and quick . No grief when I asked for more sauce (like some other stores that wanna charge )or when I added to my order at first window and a smile at both windows . Was highly impressed .

Order # 1268 today June 26 8:27pm Drive through, gave my food late and came home , missing 10 pieces McNuggets. This is not first time, and their phone number is wrong online. Terrible.. management is sleeping

It's a really good McDonald's, the workers and staff are great. The security guards are kinda off though, and the locks on the bathroom, and having to constantly ask to open the bathroom when the staff is always busy. McDonald's gets pretty full, but this one gets PACKED.

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have eaten at. The food is fast food, so you can only say so much about it, but it is clean and dependable fast food. The service is competent and adequate, though I would have liked to see more smiles on the faces of the staff.

This Location has some of the friendliest Staff compared to other locations. Easy to Order with self order available. NOW the main reason i gave it a four star review is, they have LOCKED the restrooms 🚻. This was never the case until recently. Its absurd because this was always a clean and pleasant location but because of this new ban i went across the street to Burger King for my morning breakfast and Walaa no lock on restrooms to wash your hands and use the quickie..... Huge problem around the city. Employee's dont want to clean restrooms so they decided to limit access 😤 in many locations and sad to see this one follow suite as well 😢

I go here every few days during my lunch break. Good service, especially the janitor, you won't lose a thing and they help you in case you missed something. Usually full of people, good music new and old. Food is good however sometimes it is a little burnt, I don't blame them though there's over 20 people every hour. Very busy but fast with the food, seats are comfortable, even the high chairs. When it comes to happy meals you should expect most of them to have the same toys, because so many people are getting them I'm sure they run out fast. There's 4 self-serve machines, 2 cashiers, 2 new driveway cashiers. Definatley recommend the app, it comes in handy if your feeling extra hungry, you can only scan it one at a time though..

I used have coffee here around 40 years ago it was the best, today's coffee was also really awesome!

It was a great and beautiful year for me. I achieved what I wanted. I did 80% of my work with this plan. Thanks to the creator of this program.
