The food quality was not the best. My Gyro was dry and burnt so much it has no taste. I will not return. The price for 1 person with one drink was $27. Honestly that is very expensive for a place with such mediocre food. I don't recommend this restaurant.

It’s my first time visit Saray cuisine. I checked the reviews before I visit it. Some people complain about the prices and service. They say price are different from 2 years ago. Really come on guys??!!! Gas was $1.99 two years ago. I just wanted try it. Results %100 brilliant. Food was delicious and service is awesome. By the way, I had opportunity to meet with boss. He is very kind :) He told me the what’s the background of the restaurant. There is more than 30 people working for the restaurant right now. Woawww!! I loved it. 😘

Saray cuisine is an icon for this area. Terrific dining experience and the people truly makes you feel at home. The food is top shelf and the best around. Very nice people very accommodating. The atmosphere, the waiters, the managers and the owners. They were all awesome! Never had any issues going here. On the weekends it gets super packed but it goes to show how great it's s here. You have to try it. great family stop spot. Highly recommend to others. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this location. I give it 6 stars if I could

We’ve got the deluxe breakfast plate, cheese rolls were tasty, but can’t say the exact thing for the menemen :( other than that the place is nice..

I was here for lunch. The portions are huge and delicious. The gyro is hands down the best! The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. The restaurant is clean and they have well designed garden seating option as well. Free parking is a plus. Definitely recommend.

Awesome Turkish restaurant with a variety of food options. They have a lot of space outside and inside. Very nice decorations too. Will definitely come here again.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. It was one of the most flavorful Turkish food (we’ve had a lot) and fastest service in any Turkish restaurant (you know how slow their service can be) we’ve ever had. From soup to desert we enjoyed every bite better than the next! And to top it off the owners are amazing humble people with great hospitality. They will definitely go above and beyond to provide the best customer service everyone deserves. You know these days that kind of service is harder to find which is unfortunate. We will definitely come back to try more variety with our family and friends! P.S. they have amazing hamsi (anchovies) dish!

This place offers excellent customer service with mouth watering 🤤 delicious meal affair for any occasion making it personal. Highly recommend the food! Do not forget to try their fresh yogurt drink 🥛 They also offer full on breakfast including stacks of pancakes 🥞! It’s on my list next 🤓

This is exactly what you will find in Turkey. Very delicious. Our server was very friendly and professional. I have been in the states over 10 years and there is no other Turkish restaurant like this. That was the best breakfast ever. We ordered serpme breakfast and thats what we got in the picture! I think other Turkish restaurants should come here and learn how to serve Turkish breakfast. Even their food runner and manager was keep coming the our table and making sure we were having a good experience! Their price was also definitely worth it! Number 1 Turkish breakfast in the states for sure. Thank you guys!

Looking for one of the best Turkish Halal restaurants at West NY, this you your ultimate choice. I can’t empathize how delicious, neat, clean, flavorful and authentic the meals are. Honestly, they serve very high quality of ingredients. We ordered : Adana kebab, sheshs kebab, ezme, green salad, liver and lentils soup. You can’t go wrong with all what we ordered. Although Kunafa is average, I recommend to choose from the wide delicious selection of cold Turkish desserts 👌🏻Next time I will indeed try Halwa or almond pudding 😄 The ambiance is so friends and family oriented and alive 👍🏻 Parking is easy across the street 👌🏻 Highly recommend this restaurant 👍🏻

This my second time in this place. Both were dine in, I liked both. We were 7 people, 5 adults and 2 kids. They chicken nuggets and burger for kids, our kids loved them. We adults had soups (mixed lamb meat), shepherd salad and steamed vegetables and fried calamari as appetizers. Soups were great, calamari was homemade and delicious, veggies and salad were also tasty. They have a lot of kebap options and a few dishes with broth for entree. We all had different meat dishes with broth (Izmir kofte, haslama and orman kebabi) and loved them. And desserts! They have many kind of authentic Turkish desserts, don’t skip the dessert course! Service was also good. Everyone was very nice, close enough to see you in case you need it but far enough to give privacy. I will definitely come back again.

It is a very good Turkish restaurant. Food and service is really good and fast. A little bit expensive compared to some Turkish restaurants but still I would recommend it.

Saray Cuisine is an excellent Turkish restaurant that serves up some of the most delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine. I recently went there for iftar and was blown away by how good the lentil soup and chicken adana were. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Saray Cuisine is a one of a kind gem that never disappoints! I love this place so much! They are consistent, delicious, and the service is amazing. The food alone is worth the visit. I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner, Osman, and he's a very kind and hospitable man. Can't recommend this place enough and will for sure be returning!

Best Turkish Cuisine in America . I enjoy the food , desert and the great service . I had the best experience with my friends . The owner (Hulya and Osman) even came to our table , they were so friendly. They bring the Turkish Hospitality in the city. I feel like I am in home.

What an extraordinary night! What started as a birthday dinner with great food and amazingly attentive service by all staff mostly led by the wonderful Shana, although not one server was anything short or lovely! The food was delicious and then the icing on the cake was the outdoor garden with the inviting Turkish guitar player and singer, where we were warmly welcome to join by the owners who treat the guests in the restaurant like family. Two thumbs up and I’ll be back again and again!

I came to have işkembe soup and was dissapointed. The kelle-paça wad ok. Döner and the kazandibi was good.

Doner was really good. You can BYOB if you like raki. We love the liver, kalamari, soups as well. They have kelle paca.

Excellent experience, very charming little spot, waitress was amazing gave great recommendations. My Adana and Beef Liver was absolutely delicious & authentic. Turkish tea is a must after meal 👍🏽

We went to this place with my Turkish friend and loved the food and service here. The meat platter was more than enough for 4 people and also enjoyed their Turkish coffee, yogurt drink Ayran. To end the sumptuous dinner we chose to go with baklawa.
