Good place, but... vacant store fronts and difficult parking garage. Automated exit gates sometimes don't work and cause cars to back up for a long time. Also, they don't tow away abandoned cars.

The whole experience was amazing - Yelena was kind and amazing - didn’t even feel no pain (just a pinch) when she was waxing - she even recommend some products that were suitable to me. She’s quick and efficient and has years of experience in this work environment definitely recommend her.

A little un organized, and not enough workers to help you on the floor. When you finally find someone to help you, they are clueless, and either send you to the wrong aisle or send you to ask someone else. These workers need training, and need to know where things are in the store. Stop giving us the run around. We want to go in and out as quickly as possible.

For Food Panera bread , Red Mango, Chipotle and Millers makes this a great Destination

I come to Rego Center Mall for Costco, MCU, BBQs and Petco. Plenty of parking for only $2 for the first hour and an additional $1 for each hour. Just very convenient for me. Over time has gotten a little crowded but you can still maneuver with a little patience.

I like going there, not only for the TJ Maxx or the Costco but for all the options there are on the floor level, nice stuff that won't break the bank, so your mom would probably approve 👍

Rego Center is a shopping mall located in Queens, New York. It has a variety of stores, including popular chain retailers like Macy's, JCPenney, and Old Navy, as well as smaller shops and restaurants. Here is a brief review of Rego Center: Pros: Convenient Location: Rego Center is located in a highly accessible area of Queens, making it easy to reach by car or public transportation. Variety of Stores: There are a wide variety of stores and restaurants at Rego Center, including many popular brands and chain retailers. Parking: The mall has a large parking lot that is free for shoppers, which is a nice perk in a city where parking can be expensive and difficult to find. Cons: Crowded: The mall can get quite crowded, especially on weekends or during holidays. Limited seating: There are not many places to sit and rest throughout the mall, which can be a problem for shoppers who need to take a break. Noisy: The mall can be quite noisy, with music and announcements playing loudly throughout the day. Overall, Rego Center is a decent shopping mall with a good variety of stores and restaurants. However, it can get crowded and noisy, and there are limited places to sit and rest. If you are looking for a convenient place to shop in Queens, Rego Center is worth checking out.

Weekends are buzzing busy with shopper and strollers . Its a o e stop and shop place . Food and clothing needs are met here. You wont even have to doubt yourself about being able to catch a taxi home. There are designated spots where taxis line uo for passengers. Household name stores like COSTCo, BBQ , a vutamun shoppe, shoe store , dining area with enough space to just sit , relax and enjoy the day and you dont need to pay a fee to sit at one of the tables . If your intention is to shop. This is the right place.

Too crowded. Lots of confusion. I do not patronize these mall types unless forced. Went to grab a bite at Dallas BBQ and had a nice meal. Place was huge. Good food and owned by the family Wetson of the Wetson hamburger joints of the 60's. Would go again if nearby.

Costco is great, just used their delivery service and pickup was easy. Love Dallas BBQ, petco is great for getting cat food and panera let's you use their bathrooms as well have tasty bread bowls. Something for everyone at this center. Pretzels are tasty too!

The drinks were good BUT we waited for our food for far to long. We watched about 7 other tables get their food before us and we sat down before them. When we FINALLY got our food it was pretty good nice size portions.

I like going to this mall but it tends to be extremely crowded because of Costco & Aldi. There are a few restaurants here but nothing like the variety that the larger mall, Queens Center has. There used to be more stores but covid and the economy has given this mall a 1-2 punch in the gut, things have changed for the worse. I hope things change in the future.

  • 5/5 Angel T. 1 year ago on Google
It's crowded yes but you have Costco, Aldi and many more stores to go and spend some money

  • 3/5 Naudia B. 3 months ago on Google • 10 reviews New
I went to Costco and Aldi at Rego Center. Both were crowded though it was Tuesday midday. Costco is Costco. The shelves are stacked take what you want. Aldi the employees were stacking shelves and they made us (the customers) aware that we were in their way. One cashier was shouting that the customers on her line go to other lines. Aldi's Rego Center message to customers "so what if we make you uncomfortable, you are getting deals"

  • 2/5 Raymond L. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a place to go to quickly pick up what you need and leave. It’s not a family friendly area where you can lounge in peace. Very dense and super saturated with cars and people. You find cars double parked in the whole entire block waiting for their partner to pickup necessities in the mall. Pedestrians find it difficult to cross the street and cars are frustrated with the pedestrians jaywalking so you can feel the anger rising and frustration fuming from everyone all around - just not a happy place to be.

Love Aldi and Petco. The pizza at the kiosk is amazing. Would be nice to see some new stores at those vast empty retail spaces where Century 21 was and other ones that have closed. It would also be nice to curb those Costco shopping carts. They’re everywhere!

I mainly go there for cosco or european wax center. However I been in the other stores as well. I would love for them to have century 21 back. Overall the place is great and super convenient Panera restaurant lol.

I love this places because you have so many useful stores located within one building. While street parking is a big issue, there is paid parking for Costco members.

I went to BBQs for dinner with a friend of mine. Service was good until the waiters nose started bleeding as he was bringing in my food. That was the last time I went to that BBQ location.

I feel like this mall is more advantageous for the people who live in Rego Park and other close neighborhoods. It has a lot of vacant space, which isn't much of a surprise because foot traffic is dead on the weekdays. There's definitely room for improvement but for the time being, I guess it gets the job done for people who want to shop for clothes, groceries, and household items.

It's always a great experience, whether it's grabbing a bubble tea, and just chilling on the benches feeling the cool breeze on a warm summer day and contemplating the intricate details of the universe or binge shopping in Costco, getting all those sweet sweet deals and amazing merchandise and must haves. It's a wonderful shopping district and a brisk walk away from Queens Center Mall as well. Good family hang out location.

For me personally there's just a few stores I'm interested in. But the area is nice. They offer parking (not free though). Could have a good time.

Dallas BBQ at Rego. We had Garden Salad $6.99, Full BBQ Baby Back Ribs $18.99, Classic Combo (1/4 chicken,Baby Back Ribs & shrimp) $20.99& House Special ( Sirloin Steak, Baby Back Ribs & Shrimp) $21.99 All entries comes with Corn Bread & choice of one side (Bake Potato, Salad, French Fries or yellow rice) The Ribs didn't have much flavor, tastes like they boiled the ribs b4 adding barbecue sauce. This is my 1st time to this location. I tasted better in Manhattan location. The Corn Bread is still delicious.

The center has an odd physical layout. The anchor stores are nothing to write home about. I am not a Costco fan. Rego Center is not in Queens Mall's league. The center misses Sears. The Ikea store that replaced Sears is a disgrace. I am not impressed one bit.

I moved here a little over a year ago, and finally decided to go to the Rego Center. I'm glad I did. I was at first thinking that its just your typical mall. But its so big! But worth going to , needed to do some shopping, and lots of choices for stores to do that . I plan on coming back here when I need to do some more shopping...

JCPenney parking garage is FILTHY! I haven’t talk to her in almost a year I went in there on Friday morning to park and it was atrocious I was totally disgusted it looks like some type of nasty hurricane went through there. management need to be ashamed of themselves this place has gone down to the dogs.

Prepare to pay for parking. Pls take your ticket on your way in and pay before you exit otherwise.. Overall decent. Need to get stuff in costco

  • 5/5 Min Soo K. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to go to shop. The center has a good mix of large retailers as well as smaller stores. There's a costco in the basement level where we go every week. We would stop by the stores at the upper level whenever we have the time.

  • 5/5 Sharon L. 2 years ago on Google
Went to Costco yesterday to redeem rewards. First time there in several years.Busy but not a long wait on line. Purchased stamps. Pack of 100 for $57.75. Not a lot in the makeup area but everywhere else fully stocked and always someone who can help.

  • 3/5 Larry L. 2 years ago on Google
There’s really nothing here but a Costco and a TJ maxx. The Costco was nice, very orderly but that could be a function of it being in a lower traffic area. The TJ maxx is unfortunately showing lots of wear and tear. Across the street however is one of the rare NYC ikeas. It had sustained some storm damage so one of the entrances is closed off. Again that probably gives the appearance of not really being open, but that also helps it not feel as crowded as it should.

  • 4/5 RAT Z. 2 years ago on Google
Went down to Costco, it's not as big as other locations, but you will get most of the regular stuff. Lines, seem long, but are fast enough, its nothing compared to the one+ hour, you spend at Costo.

  • 5/5 TheTrUtHDoNtHaTe 2 years ago on Google
Great shopping center. Costco, Aldi, IKEA, Petco. Clean with security guards on premises. Good paid indoor parking garage. Just needs some great stores to fill in where Century 21 and Toys R us used to be and this would be an even better place to shop at. Just enough stores and places to eat for this neighborhood.

Given its Pre-Thanksgiving W/E, the Shops at Rego Park were BUSY & CROWDED, the Stores I visited has PLENTY OF CASHIERS, and the Checkout Process went fast, despite having approximately 25 people ahead of me! Shoppers were pleasant, and EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL, PLEASANT, AND KEPT THE SHOPPING/CHECKOUT PROCESS EFFICIENT & EFFECTIVE. **It was nice to be out shopping and around people after all of us being couped up at home for over a Year...! Met and talked to several different people and it was VERY ENCOURAGING.
