Very nice place to see! The architect of this building and others around are beautiful! The mall or shopping center is amazing. It's more on the high end, which I love! Alot of tourists visit Herr so it's pretty packed on a daily. But do stop by and enjoy ur time here and spend some money! I'm sure there will be things here u won't find anywhere else!

Love this mall! Wish I got to explore more. It has a variety of mid-range to high end stores. Very easy to navigate. Not sure if there are other attractions besides shopping but totally worth the visit.

This area is nice. It was an easy walk right across the street from Central Park. The views of Columbus Circle are great from upstairs. The mall is very clean with nice big public restrooms. There are some unique stores and some restaurants. We didn't find what we were looking for and thought the variety of stores was a little lacking, but it was a great atmosphere and we enjoyed checking it out.

🛍🏬🚻 The mall has one of the best or one of the better public restrooms in NYC. Otherwise, clean, classy and cheeky 😉 upon arrival.

The shops at Columbus Circle was the first high-end shopping mall in Manhattan, well before Brookfield Place & Hudson Yards came along. There are lots of nice shops within this mall, but I will say that Hudson Yards has definitely eclipsed this place now. Still, if you're a resident of the Upper West or East Side, this is a great area of the city to stop by for some shopping. Also, there are a number of great restaurants here with Per Se, Porterhouse, and Bar Masa being my favorites.

This mall is awesome southwest of central park! There are just the right amount of stores and the staff are very helpful! It is possible to eat well because there are very good restaurants! I go there as soon as I visit New York! The place is very well kept, it is very clean and quiet! At Christmas time it's magic and very well decorated! I even saw Katie Holmes there once!

Best of NYC! A place to enjoy and prepared for the holiday season. They have the best location in town, incredible Christmas decor and a whole lot of stores. Central Park (best park in the world) its right across the circle in case you need to take a break from all the shopping lol Don't you dare to get here by car unless its a taxi! Take the subway. Trains like A,B,C,D and 1 to 59 St and then like a 5 seconds walk to The shops at Columbus.

Beautiful/useful neighborhood mall in the city. Doesn’t have millions shops like malls in suburb, but Whole Foods is where I go the most. Beautiful light show during the holiday season, miss mini Broadway shows pre pandemic:( Also Amazon store on the 3rd floor is so convenient for return items when I go to Whole Foods!

Great place for quick shopping. There are lots of amazing shops around. And yeah there is public restroom in the 2nd floor which is good for place like New York City😅. I love shopping on H&M there since the price are reasonable.

This a wonderful place to shop. I believe you will find most of everything you might want or need. You will feel safe (lots of security) in this climate controlled spotless multi level mall. I truly enjoy myself whenever I am here.

A nice place to find food, and clothing. Nearby the Central Park and easy access to subways. You can find some luxury brands in there. Also, restrooms facilities were clean.

Great mall overall. Not super big but has all the essentials. There’s a Whole Foods downstairs so great location for shopping for groceries. Usually not too crowded and the retail shops are always bags with great options. The restaurants are amazing and at night is always a great spot to grab a drink or two with some friends or a date.

The view from the huge glass windows is breathtaking. There’s a decent number of shops and cafes. Central park is right in front, so it is a great place to rest and do some quick shopping (or hide from rain) after the outdoor walk.

A lovely place, I have so many great memories here. This location houses many fantastic businesses and is a great place to shop and grab a bite to eat with family and friends. This is also the home of the Time 100 Gala and I've had such great memories of attending events in here. Thank you.

A huge, very nice looking mall. There is basically everything. Clothes, toys and even tricycles. It has a distinct modern look to it. The shops are definitely worth visiting. (except the clothing shops because they are super duper expensive) There are sadly NO SITTING OPPORTUNITIES, which really sucks, especially because you probably walked a while to even get to the mall to begin with and you just can't even take a break. Do i recommend it? Meh. 5.5/10

If you have Small children go to the 3rd floor and take them to CAMP. It's honestly a very cool arts& crafts interactive kind of place. With a a big toy selection. The cheapest store is H&M. J.Crew also have sales sometimes. There is an Amazon store so can make it really easy to return orders. Also have fancy restaurants, bakery, Ramen , jazz place upstairs. Of course good old wholfoods downstairs. The place dosent feel like a typical mall. Oh the restrooms are ALWAYS CLEAN!

Great spot to just casually shop or walk into, no aggressive sales person running to you. Simply the best peaceful spot to catch a breather after the fast paced environment of the city, either living here or a tourist. PUBLIC BATHROOM ARE AVAILABLE, and super clean. It's hard to run into a place that hase a clean restroom let alone even offered one. Restaurant s at the top floors (3 and 4) with a an awesome view of the pare avenue blocks along Central Park NYC. This is one of the rare amenities that the city has to offer, please always respect.

There are some good stores, but not enough variety. I never seem to find clothes I like here, and wish the had more options for gift purchases. I do use the Whole Foods here often, and can usually find something for a gift if I search thoroughly through all the stores.

I think this mall is conveniently located for someone who wants to shop very quick, with not too much traffic of people. It is big and with a lot of natural light. It's crossing the Street to Central Park, so if you are on vacation you can kill two birds with the same bullet and visit both. There restaurants and bars above, also jazz. Eat and shop at once. Dog friendly. It's really nice!

Calm, very clean, easily accessible with elevator as well as escalator. Dog friendly Amazon book store would be a big plus for picking up and returning orders except one extremely rude female manager that usually works morning shift. Except for H&M most stores & restaurants are very expensive including Whole Foods on lower

I generally prefer to visit this retail plaza for my requirements. Much obliged to you for this shocking, fluffy, comfortable spot with your splendor and energy! The spot is so tremendous and delightful! All that you are searching for is shown here! From food decisions to sacks and garments inclinations! I will return to shop here!

The entrance to this mall is very impressive. There are a variety of high-end shops on the multiple floors with a Whole Foods in the basement. The Whole Foods, owned by Amazon, also has an Amazon Locker for shipping things. The mall overall is right next to the Columbus Circle station, making it easy to get to and from.

First time here. Indoor mall 4 floors, high to low end shops with some eateries, lounge and bar. Whole foods on lower level with eating area. Wasn't so impressed. Was hoping it would have an open space seating area lounge. At entrance was 2 sculptures of humans that I didn't think was appropriate. Plenty what to do in the area, Columbus circle.. enjoy.

A one stop shop for many of your needs. Momofuko for a quick bite and strong cocktails. Great clothing store options (selective sizes meaning these stores hardly carry sizes or fits that fit a woman above a size 10) :/, books and quick gifts at both Paper Source and Amazon and finally go home after getting late night groceries at Whole Foods. This Whole Foods has a bakery shop with fresh pastry lobster tails. <3 All in all I love it here because after you do your shopping you can just go across the street to Central Park and enjoy a little sit in the park and relax among the trees.

I love stopping in here. Very pleasant upscale mall, a rarity in Manhattan. Several places to get a drink and bite and shop a bit. Great views!

Good but too expensive. I suppose the rent here is high. So they make money from people that will pay crazy prices at "name" stores. Republic bank is still there even after declaring bankruptcy. Their "wealth advisors are salespeople that sell what they are told to for profits. Unfortunately, a bankrupt bank is telling you that they know what to do!!!!

There are just enough mix of shops to keep you occupied. I come here because this location and Elizabeth Street are the only two locations that carry my perfume. The people at the various shops are extremely pleasant compared to many which is definitely a plus.

The very very nice clean beautiful stores but unless you're rich and I mean rich the stores are not for you I mean they sell t-shirts for $500 in ties for $1,000 in socks for $200 or so Aveda stores are beautiful there cut the workers are very very friendly and helpful but you definitely have to have mega money to shop in the stores nice place to go look around though

Don't know how we ended up at this mall. Oh wait yes I do. We were walking around and needed a bathroom. The bathroom was upstairs. Smart idea. Because had it been on the first floor and close to the doors we probably would have just used the bathroom and left. But once we were upstairs we decided to check out a few stores. It's very clean. Has tons of store. Beautiful setup.

Breath taking location, starting from the Whole Food in the basement for a snack to be able to buy $ 35000 Rolex. Eating a some of the best and most beautiful restaurants in. New York City with a view that you will never forget.

Don't go this place!! I was with friends in this place getting coffee and food, after enjoying the snow in Central Park and because the absence of chairs and table for people to stay comfortable we seated on the floor in a corner momentarily to consume products from Tartinery and security staff in a NASTY MANNER they kicked us from the place, we paid a service and that's the treatment you deserve as a customer, they don't even dispose seats for people to stay in a confortable way. Worst place in Manhattan.

This is a beautiful shopping mall, but too crowded. In particular, there is very limited space for a snack and coffee so that waiting line for purchasing was too long and getting a table was more challenge. Some shops staffs were not kind enough to answer my askings... disappointing! Looking is luxury but many shops service was not in the luxury lebel.

They take "something for everyone" a little too far - there's nothing interesting or unique to buy there. It's neat they do a little light show in the mall during the holidays. It has an amazing view looking out onto Columbus Circle and central park, but the shopping aspect to the mall is functional at best.

Upscale mall featuring lots of shops and restaurants. Great centralized location. Not an inexpensive grouping of shops but definitely worth visiting. And with H&M it's a worthwhile destination for reasonable clothing if that's a need. We visited Momofuku upstairs and will be back repeatedly but this is one great collection of food and retail choices 👍

The Shops at Columbus Circle is a great spot for shopping in Manhattan. I came here to stop at Paper Source, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a Whole Foods on the ground floor and a nice mix of cute + upscale shops throughout this complex. You can find everything from H&M to Stuart Weitzman, and the views of Columbus Circle & Central Park are really lovely from the higher floors of the Deutsche Bank Center where The Shops are located. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to get some shopping in, I'm sure this space is even lovelier during the holiday season!
