It's a big restaurant. Wheelchair accessible entrance. They have elevators and escalators. They have Men and Women bathrooms. The restaurant was nice and clean. They follow CORONAVIRUS protocols. Our waiter was nice and friendly. she made us feel welcome. Everyone that work there was nice and welcoming. When I went it was packed but we had distance from each table. The food was good could of been better but it was good. The drinks was good too. I had a great time. My son had a great time too and loved it. I will come back here again it was good. I'll give it a 7 outta 10.

A must try when in NYC! Everything about this restaurant in on a large scale; the space, the menu, drink sizes and the portions. Everything looks so good and yummy it will be hard to choose. We had a very friendly server who patiently explained the popular items and answered our questions. If you are a meat lover you will be in food heaven. I had such a joy. Chicken wings and the onion tower are must try. We got a beef ribs as well. It was delicious but it could have used a little bit of heating up. We had made reservations but that place is huge so not sure if you actually need it. I think the place can use a more deeper cleaning cause I found a lot of old rubbish on the fan next me.

This place was recommended to me by quite a few people. Lively, spacious location. Reasonable prices, good portions, and delicious drinks. To me the food was just ok. I will admit, the tempura fried broccoli was quite enjoyable.

While visiting the Big Apple, my husband and I dined at Dallas BBQ in Times Square, and our experience was mixed. The restaurant is bustling, with a vibrant atmosphere spread across two levels. It's certainly the spot if you're into lively scenes with big drinks and hearty portions. We shared a plate of chicken wings and fries, which were quite satisfying. However, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, making us wait an uncomfortably long time for both our food and drinks. The situation reached a point where we had to involve the manager just to get our check. While the food and the energetic ambiance were positives, the sluggish service significantly dampened our overall experience.

Visited 11/24/23 It was a group of forty people. We had one server to take orders and bring out food. We knew there would be mistakes. For bigger parties it should have been two or three servers. Food was missing, Food was warm and not hot, Took too long to get refills on drinks. The food tasted okay. The atmosphere was great. My order was wings and shrimp with a side of fries. I picked the hennessy barbecue sauce. That was great.

This place is an institution in New York City. Not the best BBQ but it is tasty. The place is always packed and known for their huge drinks. The double burger was huge and the fries were pretty good. The salmon and shrimp was good but a bit fishy tasting. The fried BBQ ribs were weird but the person liked them. The server was great. The Best part are the prices. 5 of us ate for $99 with the tip included.

Food was great. Service was ok. We had a roach to crawl across our table and things went south fast. Managers were called and we showed them the bug and they only offered to take away the highest plate. We never got our mixed drinks and the server told us that, "Hey it's New York what do do expect"

It was very easy to get seated on a Friday afternoon (12:15pm) for a party of 5 people. Our waitress was very professional and attentive. The wings were amazing, the sauce to chicken ratio was over the roof! Definitely one of the best tasting wings I’ve had. The double cheeseburger was also very good but the crispy shrimp were on the stale side and tasted more fishy than usual. Fries were good but a little burnt. Besides that everything was great!

Usually come here with my coworkers, mostly for the drinks and the wings. Because it's located at Times square, very famous spot and convenient. My only issue was the waiter who had a rude attitude. One of my friends was asking for some items on the Manu and he just told him to read it. He only smile and blessed us when he brought the check, also telling us he was the security guy, they were short on staff. I guess that explains his attitude...

Must do in NYC. The place is huge and always packed so get there ahead of peak dining times or you will be standing in a line going down the street! We got there right at opening 11am. We were seated right away. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, and prices were reasonable. Big portions, fun atmosphere. Very kid friendly.

Found a new fave in the city! Large portions + good prices = a winner in my book! The food was prepared well and the service was very good. The donut holes at the end were a nice compliment. This one is bookmarked for the next time!

It is a literal zoo. The drinks come out super fast but the food takes forever and waiters barely check on you. There's no reason you should finish your drinks before your food come out. The food and drinks are decent for the price.

The best place we ate at in NYC ingredients and preparation are amazing, this means that if you want food like this, then you have to come here. You can not reproduce this tasty tangy finger licking food yourself. The waffles with chicken was fantastic along with burgers cooked to.your specific requirements. Drinks are spot on. The decor is everything you would expect from an American BBQ. I know it looks a little like a "hard rock" franchise, but it's not like that. It's the best place we ate in NYC and it's not that expensive for the town. Thanks and we will be back.

The ribs weren’t as good as you expect. BUT the service was fast and the hot wings, drinks, and other dishes were more than enough for a bunch of hangry people in the middle of Time’s Square. There was no line when we went. But when we returned on the weekend, it was packed!

My first visit to NY and this restaurant was raves about by my family. I was hugely disappointed. I ordered the turkey chili which was served with cool ranch Doritos (I found that odd since they have cornbread on their menu) and tempura veggies. Nope… if you like sweet chili, go for it. The veggies had zero flavor. The batter wasn’t cooked properly. Tempura should be light and crunchy. It was heavy, wet and undercooked. My aunt had the steak taco salad, sticky chicken wings and crispy shrimp. The shrimp had the same issue as the veggies. Service was mediocre. Waiter never checked on us. Had to ask the manager for water. I guess all things new is a risk. But this place was a no for me. If you can’t get the small things right…

Enjoyed the unique setting of this BBQ place nestled in the heart of NYC. The food portions were impressively substantial—almost intimidatingly so. It's unlikely most people can finish even half a ration. On the positive side, the cocktails were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, be prepared for a hearty, albeit somewhat unhealthy, dining experience.

I'm coming back to this place someday. The place is nice. The food is really good. The drinks are great. The attention is good, but it could be better (although I guess that they are a bit understaffed, so is not the servers fault).

Must try in NYC. Went there with kids. Ordered non alcoholic drinks for kids. Everything tasted yummy. Go here very very hungry because everything is large size. Service is excellent. Food was delicious and place is clean. We all enjoyed the whole experience. The picture they take is little pricey but if it your first time, then worth it. For a family of 4 with picture you will spend 100$. But it is worth it. Oh the sauce. We had tartar sauce for my shrimp, ranch and mustard sauce for the wings, yummy. Their BBQ sauce was awsome....duh. overall, 5 star.

Was not planned to visit, but it turned out to be really good place to be. Food was good, atmosphere was good, people were kind enough to enjoy the place. I will definitely come back.

5 stars for the great food and service at Dallas BBQ! Our server Rasheeda was polite and fast. She had multiple tables and still serviced each table flawlessly. The food...amazing! The Texas Crispy chicken with the sticky sauce on the side was the best fried chicken I've had in a while. The pulled pork and brisket with yellow rice were also seasoned, smoked, and cooked very well! The vibe was good, and the music and customers were diverse. Would definitely come here again when we visit NYC!

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to!! Their customer service is exceptional, wait time is unbelievably amazing.. I would have thought that the wait time would be extremely long because of the amount of persons that were seated but it's as if they have workers for every table. The food is top notch! Very scrumptious! Ambience is everything! 10/10 for everything at Dallas BBQ, Times Square.

This was a recommendation Upon entry the hostess was very welcoming The first table she sat us at I wasn’t thrilled so the hostess moved us to a window table which I was very appreciative The establishment wasn’t busy when arriving but within 30 min they definitely filled up quickly Its plenty of space so didn’t feel crowded at all Our waitress was Eva She had the best personality and gave great recommendations The food was fresh and babyyyyyy the drinks were strong I would def recommend and can’t wait to return Side Note: I noticed a lot of customers ordering the wings I def plan to try them next

The first time I arrived, the truth is that I really liked the meat. I asked for it to be cooked like this and they gave me and the drinks were delicious and the price was excellent. I will return soon.....I'm back again November 14th I ordered a salmon from the grill and I liked it and my favorite drink mango with pattern is delicious I'll be back soon again

I've been coming to this Dallas BBQs for years, and as always, the service was amazing, and the food came out so quickly, but they definitely changed the flavors in their food. The sticky wings have a lot of a mustard flavor. The drinks were great. The cornbread was a little dry, but overall, I would come back again.

After a busy day in the city, we tried Dallas BBQ for dinner and overall we were very happy with our choice. It is a very busy and loud restaurant with upper and lower seating, and definitely would not be a place for a quiet, intimate dining experience. But, if you want big drinks, big food and big crowd electricity, this is your place! We had draft beers (20oz size that were ice cold), freshly made guacamole, crispy fries, hamburgers (my son raved about the Henessey sauce), and rotisserie chicken. The chicken was slightly dry and our server wasn't as attentive as I like, but overall we left stuffed and satisfied!

Been here lots of times- took my husband here for his first time. Service was excellent- we’ve been everywhere and just wanted some affordable food and drinks. There’s lots of places in nyc who will charge 2-3x more and not check up on your table so this was great to see here. Husband loved it we’ll be back!

Stopped in for lunch after the Summit. Food was really good and reasonably priced, especially for being in Times Square. Service left something to be desired, but the view over Times Square was nice. I got the bbq chicken with baked potato, definitely hit the spot!
