This is the museum store only to buy gifts and souvenirs for MTA. I found quality of tshirts pretty bad. They are over 20 bucks but not the soft quality you would expect. Overall many other choices.

It’s a small shop but worth the visit if you or your child likes MTA memorabilia and/or toys. There are cute MTA train seats in the back of the store as well, that lack the dirt and bacteria of the seats on the actual train.

Meh~ came here today to check out some merchandise. A few cute items . The sole clerk was pretty chatty with some customers but when an Asian customer walked in, he suddenly became all quiet and aloof. Transit museum needs to hire friendlier staff if they really want to make profit off souvenir items especially when you’re near tourist hotspots like Wall Street and the Charging bull. And we all know Asian tourists spend a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in NYC

GM. I just wanted to state that Miss Julia is a bright ray of sunshine when she answers the phone in the customer service department at 2 Broadway. Her farther than exceptional customer centricity is awesome. She reminds me of an Auntie that I can yap with on the phone for hours. Very hospitable with upbeat and positive energy is not something I'm really used to in NYC whereas other customer service reps in other companies sound dry, stale and melancholy. She was very happy to assist in my order of my Thumbs up face mask and welcome back tee order number 129941 Also who may I contact to give my accommodation for the wonderful Miss Julia?
