They have a good selection of stores here and a lot of parking. Even though there isn't an insane amount of stores or restaurants like a indoor shopping mall with a food court, there's enough here to keep most people satisfied. I like that I can buy multiple things here like a new bluetooth speaker from Best Buy and grocery items from Target without having to deal with hoards of people that usually occupy places like Queens Center Mall. Shopping here feels more relaxing. They also have nice areas outdoors with greenery and flowers.

Very large and clean. This must be a new mall because everything is new and spotless. I’m loving it. Full of 15 big stores. I will definitely return.

Busy shopping center that just keeps growing. All the large and small national brand stores are located here. Supermarket as well. Pleasant environment, food choices, and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.

It was nice to see the hustle and bustle of shoppers grabbing all the seasonal bargains from fall decorations to stylish sweaters and fancy boots. There was a beautiful landscaped mixture of fallen leaves and flowers and bushes still in full bloom. So put on your brightest smile and pack a bag of patience and you will have a great shopping experience here.

This place is a gem. It has anything and everything you need plus a couple of restaurants thrown in. It is was better expanded than the initial set up that was the Original Gateway. Kudos are due to the developers and companies plus us the customers who keep these guys relevant.

Getting here by bus wasn’t bad. Lots of nice retail stores. Doesn’t even look like it’s in ENY. The area has really been upgraded. Didn’t even feel like I was in Brooklyn to be honest. In this trip I went to AppleBees, 5 Below, the Nike Outlet, Staples, & Target! They have a nice selection of clothing stores and eateries.

Wow! Such an impressive place! Easy to access, and nicely maintained. I was thinking how it had nearly every type of store or restaurant available that it would be very beneficial to live nearby.

I like hope depot alot and target too I just wish Five below and best buy would open earlier than they do. Otherwise a good place to shop but prepare to do alot of walking outside. The wind off of Betts creek can be felt.

A good variety of stores all close to each other and the places to walk were thought out carefully like having sidewalks under awnings for shade and having flowers and shaped bushes near bridges. Everywhere was clean and I had a good time 10/10

The setting is nice but the staff at many of the shops need customer service training. Very ghetto and act like they dont want to be at work. Especially the cashiers at the gap factory. But there was a floor assistant at that same gap factory that was really sweet and helpful she even gave me a discount coupon.

Tons of parking, open space, and spacious shops. Their Target is massive, VERY well-maintained, and well stocked. It's worth the drive to pickup groceries and get all your standard shopping done in one place.

Gateway was a great access to the community. All the store are very important to your everyday living. From clothes to Home Depot and everything in between. The kind of stores we have in that mall I trully believe is very helpful. I have never had a problem in any store they treat use like humans and not animals. So I am sure whatever you need is in the mall. Enjoy shopping there and thank me later!

I love this shopping center. Well laid out. Nice and clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Particularly plenty of handicap spaces. A diverse assortment of stores, shops, businesses and eateries. I am particularly fond of the ShopRite supermarket. It is amazing. You can get all of your needs taken care of in this shopping center.

I visited Gateway Center early in the morning, around 10:30 am. It was not crowded. I bought things from two stores DSW, and BJS. The lines were short. I guess shopping in morning may guarantee that you will not experience long lines at the cashier.

Has gotten better. They’ve added a Victoria’s Secret /Pink store and Champs(what respectable shopping center doesn’t have at least one sneaker spot?). Come early or late in o avoid the crowds.

  • 3/5 Merissa S. 7 months ago on Google
Good store no more, here you can do all the shopping you wanted to do, parking lot is big, but I think even it will hardly be enough for you in the pre-holiday days. I saw one disadvantage, I was there 3 times and twice I was checked by security guards. As I can say, this check was quite rude. So it's a 3 out of 5.

Heavy traffic most of the day during the week in the area. However, you can find everything from Best Buy to target BJs and many restaurants in the area. The place to stop if travelling through AT&T, T-Mobile sneaker stores and mall areas all in the vicinity.

Patrick Louis needs to do a better job with running and operating this establishment. The wait was exceedingly longer than the time given upon arrival. Several tables were dirty for over 20 minutes while large parties waited to be seated. Brought a drink from the bar, ordered another at the table and they tried to charge double the amount. It's a demanding job being in the service business but unfortunately the young black girls who work there aren't friendly or welcoming. They seem annoyed. I've been to better red lobster restaurants. It's unfortunate. The best thing was those biscuits 😋.. Mr Louis time for retraining and hire more workers sir!!!!

The place closes at 11pm but closes the gates to the entrance sometime btwn 10pm and 10:30pm. I should be able to pick up my food at 10:19pm and be able to drive through the gate, not have to go alllllll the way around when the restaurant doesn't even close until 11pm. I won't come here after 9pm ever again

My husband wanted to bring on a date and decided to go to his favorite restaurant which is Red Lobster at gateway mall. Frankly, it was disappointing. They seated us in an area that wasn't assigned to anybody and nobody with a red lobster ID care to offer their help. I had to ask them as a guest for help. To make matter worse, my husband ordered the ultimate feast, they bought him cold dish with rice on his shrimp when rice was never part of the dish. Even the French fries were cold. Also, I don't understand at this stage of the pandemic why management cannot formulate a plan to make the dining experience enjoyable for their guests. How am I having porcelain place with plastic utensils? Does that make sense to anybody? The waiters attitude also were like they're doing you a favor serving you. The whole experience was awful. They ruined my date . This is one of the reasons I don't like dining at regular chain restaurants like this. I do not recommend red lobster gateway mall under this management.

This is my go to shopping center, there is so many places together, so many options to choose, my favorite places to shop at is, Old navy, Marshalls, Burlington and JcPenny, these are my top ones I know u will like them too, the customer service is also great

  • 3/5 Kaycia S. 2 years ago on Google
It’s very nice, there are a variety of stores/food options for you to spend your money. It’s quite spread out so wear your most comfortable sneaker because you will be walking. The mall is quite far from train IMO (the closest ones are the 3, A, and C) and the Long Beach LIRR. However, there are a variety of buses that stop at the terminal (B13, B83, B84, and Q8) which again takes you straight to the mall.

After spending 3 frustrating hours on the phone with 611 customer service I went to the gateway store thinking as I was told by 611 all I had to do was get a new SIM card after I gave them the order number they gave me. When we got there Gabriel called customer service and they had no idea what he was supposed to do. But he would not give up for almost 2hours he tried tried to unravel what 611 had done Thankfully his persistence paid off He was able to get me on the plan.The. people at 611 were clueless. Gabriel was GREAT if you have a problem, he's the man to go to

I recently visited Gateway Center and had an outstanding five-star shopping experience. The mall was impressive, with a wide range of stores and shops that catered to a variety of needs and preferences. Whether I was looking for fashion, home goods, or electronics, I was able to find everything I needed in one convenient location. The cleanliness and organization of the mall was also impressive, with a well-maintained and easy-to-navigate layout. The staff at the mall were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great service and making my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The food court was also impressive, with a wide selection of options that catered to different dietary preferences and tastes. Whether I wanted a quick snack or a sit-down meal, there was something for everyone. Overall, my experience at Gateway Center was exceptional and left me wanting to return. If you're looking for a great shopping experience with a wide selection of stores, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere, Gateway Center is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it!

Super target. The grocery section and house wear dept is huge and spacious. Best target to go to. This target tends to have more selection than the other targets in Brooklyn. They have free parking. The customer service is good and friendly. Will definitely visit again

Target has come a long way & the upgrade shows. A variety of great finds at this location! Merchandise was available & many sales reps were walking around so it was not hard getting help. There were carts available too! So many good items, appliances, art, rugs, accessories etc. & the home section is eye catching. Prices are not bad but it adds up quickly so beware. More price check machines would be convenient since it can be a bit of walking. I took one star away for the long lines.

Mean... and shallow place to shop. Inventory is low and non existence. Best Buy, Target, P.C. Richard's, all other department store do not carry 9 volt power cords, refreshing drinks, seats for elderly or disabled persons, the directory board doesn't work, food court doesn't offer variety for healthy lifestyles, nothing is really affordable and every security guard second and 3rd guess your purchases even with receipts in hand (Shop Rite). Please when shopping at Shop Rite have them place paid stickers on each item especially your seafood. They treated me so bad when I bought 10 packs of lobsters. Accused me of stealing and didn't apologize in one line after another tried to get me to agree that they were getting robbed for lobsters and that their treatment of me was legit. Remember make it rain with paid stickers and show it to the camera upon leaving to avoid the pain they like to put people in. The hot food bar looks like old rotten food being recooked or reheated from previous dayssss. Be careful what you're eating from there. The cashiers always have attitudes and rudeness is at high. Please pray before you come to Gateway to make thing go smooth. I know I'm praying for Gateway. All that construction of a beautiful mall going to dirt because of lack of respect for the Black Community. We deserve quality not trash or your love loss for fashion and good food at a reasonable price and at a cost of a smile without stalking by security.

  • 5/5 Langston M. 1 year ago on Google
This location STAYS busy, and only have a few cashiers and only one lane for self checkout. The Manager Luz and employee Derek were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I love that I seen the manager be so encouraging and motivating to her teammates. And Derek helped me out from waiting long to pick up my items and buy new ones. I will be back.

This local mall is shaping up to be AMAZING...constantly growing and improving the neighborhood with useful stores and supermarkets. Need better shoes though in the shoe stores but household, electronics, sneakers, groceries and novelties are covered. Oh and some pretty decent restaurants. Needs a Macy's.

I'd say the target here is the biggest one I've gone to within reach. Lots of stores, marts, restaurants, and many more places within this shopping center/mall and I've been going there for years now. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mall with what they might want to go here. Plenty of clothing stores and super markets. And not only that but the scenery of the mall is generally well kempt and taken cared of, leaving shoppers with a better experience.

  • 1/5 bolrico n. 2 years ago on Google
People here are a little bit too much... stores are fine but just way too much commotion if you know what I mean.... plenty of other malls with the same stores that have customers that know how to act civilized....

  • 3/5 Justin B. 1 year ago on Google
They have most of what you expect a Target to have however the employees never know what they have or give false information. For example my wife was asking for deep fryer they had for sale on their site and in person they said it was sold out. We checked the aisles anyways and there must've easily been over 100 of them in stock. Also there's always long lines here for the registers.

  • 5/5 Ari g. 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping atmosphere. Always a few deals here and there and can normally hit every store with Ease. Home depot and shoprite come as a serious advantage in the same lot. Try to get here on a non-rainy day. Its not a shopping mall with a overhead platform its a walk around experience. Pleanty of good parking and its very good in the summer. Its beautiful here

Everything is right where you need and plenty of parking although it does get crowded at peak hours. Love the convenience and food spots for a quick bite when shopping. Everyone is super friendly and the walk throughs are lovely.

  • 4/5 Yelena R. 11 months ago on Google
The area is getting better and prettier. Nice addition to a shopping mall are restaurants and park outside a parking lot. The trees are growing fast and getting bigger. There are plenty of benches. And you probably can enjoy roller blading with the whole family there. Though I didn't try it there yet.
