I
do
want
to
say
thank
you
to
the
manager
for
listening
to
us,
being
understanding,
and
looking
into
the
situation
again.
They
let
us
know
they
refunded
us
back
the
money
and
we
really
do
appreciate
his
reevaluation.
However,
guests
must
be
careful
and
aware
of
how
their
rooms
can
be
misinterpreted
when
they
leave.
Make
sure
your
room
is
nice
and
if
something
about
your
room
isn’t
working
or
seems
wrong,
especially
if
your
room
smells
weird
from
the
beginning,
make
sure
to
be
in
communication
with
the
hotel
staff
so
it
doesn’t
get
blamed
on
YOU
and
you’ll
see
a
charge.
Charged
$200
for
smoking
without
even
contacting
us
when
we
did
NOT
smoke.
What?!
What
a
complete
lie!
My
husband
always
smoked
outside
and
never
inside-
they
just
charge
up
with
absolutely
zero
proof
based
off
of
claims
the
“the
housekeeper
is
always
right”.
I
don’t
even
know
how
and
why
they
can
make
this
up.
Not
to
mention
the
front
desk
Ashley
was
so
extremely
unprofessional
and
rude.
When
they
claimed
the
room
smelt
like
smoke
they
wouldn’t
let
us
come
back,
or
anyone
to
go
up
with
us
and
prove
it
right
then
and
there.
They
just
made
it
up!
Not
wanting
to
help
at
all
and
snarky
comments
when
we
asked
for
more
information.
They
wouldn’t
even
explain
anything
to
us.
