This is for customer service. I was interested in enrolling my 9 month old son to this gym since he's so active, crawling around the apartment. I thought this would be a great indoor activity. They offered a free trial and thought, perfect. I just want to see if he will like it. I signed up two weeks ago for a Saturday 8:30 am parent/child class. The day before (less than 24 hours notice), I got a call to confirm. However the representative on the phone said there are two spots left. If I don't pay for the classes now, I'll lose my spot. I couldn't commit and I wanted to see if my son would like it. I didn't like how I was forced to make a decision to commit paying over $100 dollars without trying the trial. Don't offer the trial if you cannot respect your potential customers. I even had a confirmation email. There was nothing in the fine print that says I can lose my spot if the spots are filled by paying customers. Also, I don't like how the representative tells me she's going to call other parents to see if they will pay for the class... Especially less than 24 hours before the class. you're now doing it instead of giving me a heads up. I was confirmed to come. Do not offer a trial if you don't respect it. You just lost a potential customer. I signed up with another gym who respected their potential customers with a trial. The gym wouldn't let me sign up until the following Saturday because they had other potential parents/kids with a trial. If you want your business to grow, please also respect your potential clients.

We absolutely LOVE Little gym! I have a four-year-old daughter who has been attending classes since they opened. We have grown to love the owner and the teachers. We love how every class they are learning new things and that they inform the parents of everything they’re learning at the end of class. I have taken my daughter to quite a few places and I have to say that this is definitely the cleanest and I like that they always have multiple instructors inside of the gym so my daughter Gets more attention. I wish they offered dance class too.

My daughter just loves it here! Coach Carmelo is awesome! Great at engaging her but also letting her explore and learn at her own pace. In addition to all the new physical skills, I fully attribute her being able to put her toys away to the Little Gym. We sing the “put away” song and she starts picking up. It even works when she doesn’t want to relinquish something; we sing the song and she looks so sad at whatever she is holding but hands it over to be put away. It’s amazing! Also, love the sign language lessons each week and each week’s homework to focus on new skills outside of class. Plus, just love that we have class and then multiple practice sessions each week. It feels like multiple classes a week for the price of one and really brings down the per class price if you factor in the additional days. With winter coming, indoor activities with indoor stroller parking are at a premium for us. In addition to indoor stroller parking, it is a level entry and there is always a coach there to open the door for you which is just a nice perk. Strongly recommend!

The Little Gym, along with its caring and attentive staff members, has really allowed my little girl to flourish! She attends Monday, Wednesdays and Saturdays and looks forward to her classes. I love seeing her little face light up with excitement as well as watching her interact with the other children and coaches. I have noticed a growth in her character and even more confidence than before! Thank you to the Little Gym coaches for taking care of my precious little gymnast! You're always so professional and caring! Recommend this place to all who want to watch their children flourish and shine!

My son started Little gym when he was about 12months. I enjoyed bringing my son here for a few months but it wasn’t until a recent incident where I had to make the decision to pull him out. During one of the classes Coach Danielle along with another employee who was training were spotting my son on the pole. My son ended up falling and banging his head on the pole and then the cushion. I immediately grabbed him and took him to the front where the employee who was training gave me an ice pack for his head. At this point being a first time mom and not having my husband there I felt worried and overwhelmed with my son screaming and crying after the hit he took. I was disappointed that Coach Tim was at the front desk and showed no empathy as a crying baby is coming out and one of his workers is handing me an ice pack. Not once did he ask if my son was okay, he didn’t even ask what happened. He simply told the girl “did you give her an ice pack, yea you’re good to go back inside” . It wasn’t until I asked about how they go about completing incident reports that he then asked what happened. I explained what happened and still no empathy just a simple “well I’ll have to check the cameras” . When I got home I realized that I was actually recording when he fell, everything happened so fast. In the video you could clearly see my son slowly slipping away from the trainers hands and she just let him go. I write this review to let parents know that if there is a person training at Little Gym during one of your classes you should be cautious about letting your little one do certain things with them. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this experience. I sent over my personal video to Coach Danielle so she could understand why I no longer felt little gym was a safe environment and canceled my membership, I got no response. I understand this is a business but when children are involved I expected at least a bit of empathy and comfort.

The Little Gym has been a lifesaver! I have an active 11 month old boy and we love the high energy classes and instructors! Every instructor has been super friendly and enthusiatic. I have no idea how they keep going all day! It's a great place to be silly with your baby and meet other parents and baby friends too. We love our class times and additional practice times every week 😁

We love the little gym! The coaches are so knowledgeable and energetic and the facility is unbelievably clean! Highly recommend for all children. My son has been going here since they opened and he absolutely loves it! The coaches are great with kids and they are always coming up with creative new ways to teach the kids. :)

We threw our son's 2nd birthday party at The Little Gym of Jersey City and it was such a beautiful turn out! The kids had such a great time! The instructors were amazing, extremely helpful& great with the kids! The set up and breakdown was impeccable and seamless for us throwing the party. Throwing a party during a pandemic is scary and they kept everything clean and safe for us all. The only complaint I have, is that the party couldn't be longer! We were not ready to leave at the end. We will be going back for future classes!

The Little Gym of Jersey City hands down has the best instructors. Our little guy, Sebastian, LOVES Coach Carmelo! He loves his Tuesday mornings! We also celebrated our son’s 1st birthday party here - so much FUN and organized! They did such an amazing job decorating & entertaining our guests!

Both of my kids go to Little Gym. My 4 year old since they opened, and my 1 year old since September. They have advanced so much in their movement and confidence, it’s really impressive! The coaches are attentive and playful. They both have so much fun and we are lucky to have them in our community!

Came here months ago for a trial class, was told there was an opening for the 2 year old age group so we gave it a shot so our son can socialize with kids his age. After the class was done the girl at the desk said she would call me to formally enroll my son, never received a call. I called 2 days later to start the process and was told there was no availability for his age group, but that he could go with the bigger kids 3-4 range. Hard no. I was then told I would be contacted and put on a wait list to get my son into the classes, never contacted, this was well over 8 months ago now. Instead I keep getting bombarded by their email ads telling us to bring him in to classes etc, I have unsubscribed SEVERAL times now, but keep getting the emails. How?? For a place with this many good reviews I am very disappointed with how we were treated and the overall company.

I had my son's fifth birthday at the little gym, and it was PERFECT! I was worried it would be too babyish, but it was actually great for all ages in attendance from infants to 11 year olds. The staff was incredible, helpful, and fun at every step. Set up and clean up was a breeze, and they took care of everything. I just dropped my decorations off! I would recommend them for birthday parties 10,000%!

My daughter has been attending the gym for almost 2 years now and she loves it. She adores the coaches and looks forward to practicing her gymnastics each week. It is very close to our house and has been a godsend for camp when she has been out of school. Thank you little gym for being so good to our family- you rock!

Update: The owners and entire staff of coaches are excellent, kind, supportive, caring, and energetic! We're extremely happy with this entire experience and our kid loves going. The "Parent Survival Nights" are a welcome break for us AND the makeup-class system makes scheduling a breeze. I cannot possibly recommend The Little Gym more highly!

My son loves going to Little Gym!! His teachers, Coach Olivia is the BEST and he loves her! Following the COVID shutdown my son was extremely hesitant and shy about going inside the gym to play. The coaches were so patient, understanding, caring, and very kind to my son. As a result, my son has really opened up with their help. I love how creative they are with the kids. Not only do the kids have fun and get exercise, but also teach them good listening and social skills. I highly recommend Little Gym to any parents with little chlldren.

Waste of time, pricey. I wouldn't give my daughter s name: but she was left to be herself, not a min she got to be with trainer this past Saturday 6th August 2022. I would tell you that much. 1 trainer handles 10 kids. prices are ridiculous when compared to the service.

The class was welcoming but the administration and management of the schedule and payment change is quite stressful. They charged on those days when the facility was closed and later said that we missed the class. When I asked to cancel the membership, they didn’t respond.

From our initial class the staff has been extremely welcoming and courteous. What I found especially comforting was that each coach made the concerted effort to learn our child’s name. Coaches pay attention to the children’s specific needs in terms of who may need a little more assistance and respect to those that desire to explore without making anyone feel singled out. Truly an experience my infant who’s now a toddler looks forward to as the joy and excitement is beaming across her face once she enters the little gym.

The Little Gym of Jersey City has been a special place for my son. It is the first place he had a chance to interact with kids and of course meet the wonderful coach kassy and team lead with many activities along with musicals. Coach Kassy has been a great instructor and pushes your kids to explore all the wonderful things in the little gym. Helps to work on their fine motor skills while helping to discover their inner potential. I highly recommend this gym for your little one!!!

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves it here. The teachers / owners are all wonderful and the classes perfectly balance structure and independence. Can't recommend enough!

Our 6yo has been going to TLG for over a year now. She is super comfortable no matter the coach and is always excited for class. Whether via text or phone it’s super easy for me to reschedule a class in case of schedule conflicts. I love that there’s an option to drop off and sit and watch her in class. I bring my work laptop along so I can continue working and watch her grow in class. Very convenient!

We love, Little Gym! The coaches, the curriculum, and the environment is very welcoming, fun and helps our little one learn through play and movement. The coaches are exceptional with children and our son loves going to class. It’s definitely our favorite activity to do every week. We have been members for over a year now.

Amazing staff and super clean facility. We drive from Woodbridge to bring our daughter here. Our 3 year old is having difficulty in her new class. Coach Cassie and the owner or manger were very accommodating and compassionate in assisting her. Greatly appreciated!
