Very solid neighborhood gym. It's surprisingly though that this is literally the only boutique gym in the entire LES. The owner is very kind and maintains a good vibe at the gym - everyone from the members to the staff are consistently nice. It's a tight space with just 1 squat rack but overall the price/value ratio is hard to compete with. I enjoyed having Ludlow Fitness just up the street when I used to live in the area. Watch out below, Duane Reade!

Cheap no frills gym. Pretty small, but it has everything I need - weights, cardio, yoga. Price can't be beat. It can get crowded at times, but it is open 24hrs for most of the week.

Ludlow Fitness is an excellent gym, Definitely recommend it. I love going to the workout classes, especially spin class - The instructors are really knowledgeable and push you to do your best.

The equipment was old and in poor condition but the front desk reception tried to tell me it's all new....so I must be blind then lol. Their studio across the street had no front desk person inside which alarmed me since anyone could come in....this was before the pandemic, but it wasn't worth the money to pay for a membership.

Best price, various class, good service. But less gym equipment, found a roche in my locker.... But if you are looking for affordable group classes with some treadmills, this is the one..

Decent pricing and there was always someone to ask if you needed a spotter which was nice even though the feeling of asking for a spot might be worse than death, but eventually you get to become someone who others ask to help spot them. I went from struggling with 145 to being asked to spot people who went for 225 and 315 pound bench press.

The training I did with my fitness instructor helped me feel great and maintain a healthy weight. He provided the perfect solution by designing a workout I can do with myself that allows me to stay fit!

The trainers of this gym are very talented, friendly, and wonderful people to work with. I've never been to a gym with great people like this. They are really astonishing!

This place is so unethical in its billing practices that I had to contact my credit card company to make sure they are prohibited from charging my Credit card ever again. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Do not sign up for their 1 year membership with auto billing, it's a scam!!! Even after cancelling and receiving their cancellation email, I was still being charged on my CC. Went to the gym to try to resolve the issue, and the guy at the front desk (may be the owner himself) was unapologetic. There's nothing special about this gym. Newer ones like Equinox on East Houston are popping up on Lower East Side, with more state of the art equipments and with better customer service. Avoid!!!
