Great trainers and ambience! Learned lots of new, effective exercises even though I have plenty of experience as a trainer☺️

Most challenging class I’ve taken yet! I’ve done lots of HIIT and functional training classes but Coach Justin took it to the next level. He kept my partner and I motivated through a series of unique sets. Will definitely return next time I’m in New York!

Stopped by as a guest a few weeks back and was blown away by the solid sense of community throughout the gym. Everything about this place top notch. It took a bit to get used to the blaring music, but once I was in my zone it was perfect. Looking forward to visiting again.

BEST GYM EVER... no i'm serious, i love this gym so much. I even search up online to figure out the playlists used. People are amazing, my first day there i felt like i don't belong but that was quickly changed. It's smaller then my other gym but it helps you focus more directly on you

Having DogPound in your life is a must. We all have various goals, this fitness temple is where I go to fire-up my goal-smashing kiln. In NY, LA, + Remote. Yes, the fitness component is best-in-class, and I have personally transformed from 20lbs of sand in a 10lbs bag, to what a Survivor cast member looks like at the end of the season. It is the “more” that matters, it is what you find inside the great pyramid, the magic, the inspirational messages chiseled on the walls. Everyone is beyond-happy, and the time flies by. I don’t get that feeling of “oh I need to go to the gym”. My daily session has become a natural essential, like sleeping, and eating. For me it is a daily reawakening, I leave feeling as if I just got a solid 8-hours of sleep, because the session itself is a meditative experience, my mind declutters during it.

My first thought when passing this gym was, this must be where Bobby Axelrod, and the Oakland/L.A./Las Vegas Raiders workout, which it might still be. I go here, almost every day, and it has changed my life significantly. The results are unbelievable. I went from struggling to walk my dog around the block, to the best shape of my life, and I am a former college athlete in my 40's. Whatever your fitness goals are, the team at DP will no doubt guide you in smashing them. Health is everything, mine has been restored via this gym.

I like everyone else, saw this gym on tv over-and-over again. I thought it was going to be packed with actors and athletes. Like Maxx Crosby and Bill Romanowski doing box jumps with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. As such, I was enchanted, intrigued, and most of all intimidated. As I was walking to the gym for my first training session, I was thinking: these are just human beings getting fit. Why was feeling as if I would be more comfortable walking into a prison yard for my first workout. That thought led to my enchantment and intrigue amplifying. Now I really wanted to see what was what in the inside. The big reveal is that my assumptions could not have been more wrong. This place is love first, smash your fitness goals (as it reads on their window) second. Everyone is super welcoming from the actual canine dog companions, to the members, the trainers, the rest of the staff. It is all inclusive, the folks that work there, and workout there are diverse. Yes, there are peeps living the lifestyles of the rich and famous working out there. They’re super nice too, everyone is there. They must have a “no jerks rule” or something. Anyway, I highly recommend this gym. Health is the new wealth, be safe, and take care.

The endless variety of trainers, workouts, and classes, coupled with DogPound's continuous innovation is the ultimate game-changer. The culture fosters a sustainability that creates the ability to train steadily, and long-term. The staff, trainers, and other folks working out are all friendly, and welcoming. Pretty much if you see someone with a DogPound shirt on, you can expect a kind, positive attitude.

I LOVE this gym. I especially like the fact that it's never crowded, like other clubs in the city. They give you all the amenities too, though I wish the lockers were bigger. The Pilates equipment classes and private classes with Kim Becker are worth it.

😠 No way! JUST DON'T DO IT! LA Fitness on Eastchester Road is real bad! Equipment is mostly broken, it smells AWFUL inside, way too overcrowded (too many free passes), all the cable attachments are stolen, mens restrooms are FILTHY, They drench the pool with too much chlorine.
