Greatest gym! Nimble Fitness is a locally owned/operated boutique gym where you walk in and feel like home every time. Clean, friendly staff, great amenities... and fun music and vibe, always.

I workout with Daniel once a week and another trainer Norris on another day. Norris is a very a knowledgeable trainer. He is completely with me during the session. He has a good rapport with me and other clients. Nimble is a studio that devotes themselves to their clients. This studio and all of the team are caring and concerned for their clients well being.Of course making good bodies for us as well.

I have been training with Jason at Nimble for over three years. During that time I have dropped 8 dress sizes and become much fitter and leaner. He pushes me to do more within my limits. The facilities are clean the staff really great. I usually hate working out, but I actually like coming to Nimble.

I have been a client of Nimble for many years. I am 63 years old and am in better shape than many young people I know. The difference between Nimble and other training centers I've gone to is that they don't just work you, they work with you. On days I am not feeling well, instead of working my butt off and making me feel worse, my trainer Dan, can read me like a book and knows exactly the level to work me to keep me going and actually give me energy from our session instead of exhausting me. They take a whole body approach, encouraging proper nutrition, rest and stress reduction. His end of session shoulder massage hits the exact points that really need to be released. At this point I couldn't live without them.

I got a lot out of my first yoga studio membership, at YogaWorks. I was annoyed to have to join two or three more new studios to resume my practice. But I couldn't be happier or more grateful to have happened upon Nimble, seeking TRX class but signing up for personal training with the co-owner Jason Pulido. He assessed me and gave me tailored treatment for my weaker, stroke-affected arm and hand like I never got from the hospital and medical "care" industries. I know he is helping me progress eleven full years post-TBI. I'm getting the best physical therapy, training and rehab of my life at nimble. His training will benefit me in every fitness class I ever take again, I know it. And no, this was not planted by the CEO's mom.

I stumbled across Nimble Fitness while looking for a personal trainer to solve my back issues. Jason did my assessment and he was incredible!! He knew exactly what the problem was and put a program in place. I am now pregnant and training with Jason. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

I went to their free assessment, unsure if I wanted to sign up for group classes or one-on-one training. There's a big price difference! Jason gave such great feedback in our first half hour together -- about the parts of me I needed to work, stretch AND de-emphasize (apparently I am too quad dominant) -- I decided without hesitation to go for the training. We spent 5 sessions working on form and muscles I tend to ignore, and made a plan for workouts I can do while traveling without access to a gym (which is often). I left his gym with greater confidence, self-awareness and skill. A total homerun. FYI -- I am a tough cookie who doesn't please easily. Thank you!

Cannot say enough good things about Jason and his team at Nimble Fitness. They are professional, knowledgeable and produce results. They meet you where you are personally at and build a customized program around that. During each session, I always felt challenged, safe, respected and encouraged. Highly recommend.

Nimble Fitness is a friendly gym with a great vibe, welcoming to people of all fitness levels. In just three months training with Jason I’ve seen great improvement in my strength and flexibility. Jason is a pleasure to train with and always patient and encouraging. The Cardio Sweat Party classes have been a fun and motivating addition to the personal training. Michele brings an energy which makes the hour of intense cardio fly by. Thanks to the team at Nimble for making my workouts while I’ve been in NYC such a fantastic experience.

Nimble is the greatest! I have been working with Jason for several years, post multiple sports related knee surgeries, and I feel stronger than ever! Jason always strikes the balance between creating difficult workouts, but also strengthening my muscles to prevent further injury. The entire Nimble team is awesome and I always love coming into the gym!

I have been working out weekly with Garth at Nimble for about three years. He has helped me get stronger, and also has made my routine more interesting by constantly introducing new exercises and variations that I can practice on my own. The facility at St. Marks is spacious, and all of the staff and other trainers are friendly and welcoming. This place is a gem.
