Recently
moved
back
to
NYC
and
joined
CrossFit
Wall
St.
It
was
my
first
time
trying
CrossFit
and
here
is
my
key
takeaway:
for
anyone
trying
to
get
fit
AND
have
fun,
definitely
try
out
CrossFit
Wall
St!
I
have
been
weightlifting
by
myself
for
a
while
but
never
really
got
a
great
momentum,
and
CrossFit
has
dramatically
changed
the
trajectory
for
me.
Have
been
clearing
my
PR
many
times
thanks
to
the
very
well
structured
program
and
awesome
coaches
here.
I
am
NOT
a
morning
person
and
I
am
quite
shocked
at
myself
for
waking
up
in
the
morning
for
7am
classes
every
weekday
-
and
I
am
actually
excited
for
these
classes.
Every
day
you
get
a
different
set
of
workouts
(WOD)
so
you
never
have
time
to
get
bored.
Plus,
a
great
thing
about
CrossFit
is
everything
can
be
modified
/
scaled
so
that
you
can
enjoy
the
same
workout
as
everyone
else
regardless
of
your
background
/
skill
level.
Lastly,
the
best
thing
about
this
facility
is
the
people.
All
the
coaches
(Keith,
Lola,
Sarah,
and
Somerton)
are
amazing,
attentive,
and
most
importantly
fun
people
to
be
around.
Member
community
is
also
very
robust.
I
am
not
a
natural
extrovert
but
everyone
here
is
so
nice
and
I
never
had
any
issues
blending
in
&
have
fun
together.
