I

think
NYC
realizes
what
a
monster
this
place
is.
This
is
the
most
underrated,
yet
effective
fitness
class
in
NYC.
Weightlifting
has
never
been
as
intensive
yet
fun.
The
lighting
is
perfect,
the
exercises
are
simple,
and
the
movements
are
super
slow.
Radan
/
the
trainers
will
guide
you
every
step
of
the
way
using
creative
dumbell
/
bodyweight
exercises.
As
a
result,
using
even
a
lighter
weight
will
make
you
super
sore.
And
for
women
worried
about
bulking
up,
don't
worry,
it
won't
happen.
You
don't
just
magically
wake
up
one
day
looking
like
Arnold.
And
if
you
do,
stop
lifting.
The
leg/butt
day
here
is
the
best
lower
body
workout
in
the
city.
Across
6-7
exercises,
you
will
work
out
your
butt
in
ways
you
or
your
therapist
didn't
even
think
possible.
Get
ready
to
be
sore
for
a
few
days.
Each
day
is
a
different
muscle
group.
I
highly
recommend
coming
before
this
place
gets
discovered
by
