Tough workout, but you definitely feel and see results. While you're doing it you may feel like you want to give up and go, until you hit that sweet spot where you're in the zone and just going with it. You will feel completely worth your drinks/food afterwards. Instructors I love are Sarah and Elyse and Jimmy at the front desk is a sweetheart.

Pop physique is a great barre workout! Great for toning and the instructor was great with fixing positions and showcasing the moves. The studio is clean and super cute.

Inconsistent instructors, but usually an amazing workout! I love the vibe and especially love the abs section! What a burn!

Tracy was a sublime BARRE instructor. She was very good at motivating you and providing feedback. I was sore for days after! Mats, towels and such are provided, but you should bring your own water and barre socks.

Always new and challenging with Emily-Ann. So glad I was able to take a couple of classes with a variety of new, difference exercises keeping class interesting. Love the challenge. It was such a great class with Barbara Jo, who normally instructs at Pop Chateau. She provided all the corrections and encouragement we needed, and time flew during this class. It was a challenging class, and it was great to try some new, different exercises to keep things interesting while trying to master movements practiced in other classes. Looking forward to my next class. Wonderfully encouraging, inspiring, interesting, and challenging class with Charlotte as always. Charlotte clearly demonstrated the positions/exercises/movements and corrected our form whenever necessary. A fantastic class with Melissa with a number of challenging exercises that kept the class interesting. Melissa kept an eye on our form and provided corrections to and clear cues to follow. Looking forward to my next class. Another amazing class with Charlotte. Such an interesting, unique variety of isometric movements to challenge and strengthen. Will continue to attend to be able to successfully execute all the exercises. Great extremely intense and challenging class with Charlotte. She kept her eye on our form while fatiguing the muscles being worked. Will definitely have to work towards this level which includes/requires a great deal more balance moves. Looking forward to my next class.

Terrible! I ordered the barre socks and and in the notes section of my order i mentioned i am 5.5 to 6 size but when i got the order the size was medium. They bunch up in the back and would not be good for barre class on wood floor. After contacting management I was not able to return them for a refund even though i didn't even open them or wear them. Very disappointed. I did not see anywhere on their website at the time of purchase that they don't accept returns.

I am completely addicted to Pop! It’s a perfect low-impact workout that tones and sculpts all those tricky areas. It doesn’t hurt that the Bowery studio is cheery and adorable - makes those 7am classes more tolerable!

I love love love pop! The classes target every muscle in your body and make you feel and look amazing! I like the size and amenities of the Bowery studio more, but both have great features!

The BEST workout in town. Big fan since 2014 when I started attending classes in California and couldn't wait for them to open in NYC. Each class is a bit different and the instructors are great. Highly recommend.

Tough toning workout. Instructors are pleasant as can be. I'd take at least 3 classes in order to get the hang of it. You may not sweat a ton, but you'll be sore in places you never would have thought. I really enjoy starting the morning with Pop Physique. And if you go almost every day you too might get calluses from barre class.

The best barre class I've taken, in a glam space with great music. The people are the nicest (both the front desk & the instructors) and the classes are a total body workout without being intimidating (I don't feel judged if I lie down instead of doing a plank). Some instructors are better than others, but you can't go wrong with Charlotte, Theo, or Kelcy.

As a beginner, I was really nervous to come to Pop for the first time - I've now been back five times in less than 3 weeks. The front desk staff and instructors are really friendly and the over all vibe isn't intimidating at all. The studio and equipment are both extremely clean and also adorable. The classes are challenging but no pain, no gain - right? If it's hurting, it's working. If you are interested in trying barre and want a comfortable environment, this is your place.

I love Pop Physique! The instructors are welcoming and encouraging. The workout is challenging and motivating. I am always sore the next day, but in the good way where you feel accomplished and satisfied that you did something good for your body!
