today.
Ben
was
working
there
with
John
as
a
supervisor.
I
bought
the
summer
6
pack
a
while
ago
during
the
promotion.
Actually
I
bought
three
packages.
I
had
one
class
left
out
of
the
18
and
it
was
expiring
on
Sept
13,
2023.
I
was
going
to
use
the
class
for
today
but
it
disappeared
on
my
account
this
morning.
I
was
a
little
surprised
and
went
to
this
Chelsea
location
to
get
it
honored.
Ben
didn’t
know
what
to
do
and
asked
John.
Joh
said
no
because
I
had
to
use
the
credit
before
Sept
13
and
I
should
have
received
an
email
reminding
me
the
expiring
credit
a
day
ago.
I
didn’t
get
the
email…
and
it
was
clearly
said
on
my
app
that
it
expires
ON
Sept
13.
Then
I
asked
him
about
my
100th
class
situation.
The
academy
program
said
I
would
receive
a
guest
pass
at
my
100th
class.
I
never
received
it.
I
asked
Ben
why.
After
briefly
checked
on
my
account,
John
said
I
received
the
credit
and
used
it
on
myself
on
June
5
and
refused
to
give
me
the
credit.
I
went
back
to
check
on
my
account
and
found
out
I
hit
my
100th
class
on
June
29.
It
was
impossible
for
me
to
use
the
guest
pass
I
deserved
a
month
before
I
hit
that
milestone.
Both
Ben
and
John
told
me
that
there
was
nothing
they
can
do
and
let
me
go.
I
left
and
walked
15
mins
to
the
Park
Ave
South
Barry’s
location.
The
staff
here
are
very
friendly
and
quickly
honored
my
summer
package
credit.
The
staff
also
apologized
for
the
system
miscommunication.
I
feel
I’m
at
home
here
at
Park
Ave
South
location.
I
didn’t
raise
the
issue
of
100th
class
reward
at
the
Park
Ave
South
location.
I
hope
I
could
be
given
the
one
guest
credit,
considering
how
many
classes
I
have
taken
at
Barry’s.
