Great place for a structured sweaty run! I hated running (indoors/outdoors) but after a few months of coming here, I have gotten stronger, faster, and increased my endurance. It also taught me a lot about my running form. I love the warm ups and post-run exercises. The music is fun to run to, and I love how the run is broken up into intervals. It gives me a feasible goal to aim for (1-2 minutes of any activity seems doable even if it's a sprint and my body is protesting), while challenging my body to be stronger. There are locker rooms and many l lockers. It gets crowded by not overly so. I love this place; it truly has changed how I feel about running.

Usually go on Saturdays for Lanoa’s classes. She’s really professional and has great energy to keep you motivated throughout. Love that there’s a Strength option (30m run + 15m kettle bells) and just pure running.

Took two weeks trial while I was travelling to NY - it’s good place if you like tempo runs . Tread mills are not that great - they can or should upgrade them . Wood way has better models but overl all running always give the good endorphins and good instructors .

This is a great way to ramp up and get back into shape quickly. Staff is super nice. The locker room is small but has little things like cotton, lotion & hairbands. Gold star!

The trainers rock. Lockers are kind of small, but there are showers and towels. It’s a push yourself/work at your pace classes. The trainers push you to do your best, but it’s really up to you how fast and hard you go. Definitely beginner friendly, and the trainers make a good job of sharing the motivation. I am a marathoner, but these classes are great when I want to change it up and do something different in my marathon plans (I’ve also come when I’ve been out of shape and it’s been great to getting me back into running as well).

Finally a class for runners! I’ve been to a lot of group classes that incorporate treadmill work into the routine, but until coming to Mile High, I never felt like the class was actually about running. The workout was great and appropriate for all levels, Vinnie kept me moving to my capacity and potential, the space is super awesome and clean, and the staff was lovely. I’m already registered for more classes!

I have always been a resistant to go on a treadmill but after trying the treadmills at Mile High, I was blown away. loved the experience and I am completely sold on it. love the fact that the workouts are structured and there is a strength training at the end of the run. something I always lacked in my running schedule.

Great place to work out and get your miles! Not a fan of indoor running if I have to do it on my own, but the coaches are very motivating, clear instructions, music is great too

I've been coming to mile high club through classpass, and I absolutely love it! The classes are challenging and rewarding, and the instructors are phenomenal. They are on the floor to help each runner with their form and stride, and even take the time to call out your name for extra motivation. Mile High also offers programs specifically designed for racers and training for marathon/half-marathons.

I love Mile High Run Club. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are structured so everyone is able to be challenged at their own level and you will get faster! I can see a difference in my speed for my outdoor runs from doing a couple Mile High classes a week. I definitely recommend!!

If the weather is garbage (which isn't it always in NY??) or you need the motivation of an instructor or you just want to get in a great workout in a short amount of time, I can't recommend Mile High Run Club enough! Their treadmills are great and the studio setting and instructors are awesome. I hate treadmill running but this class actually makes it fun and challenging and something I keep coming back to!

🫤 Very disappointed with the gym's new timing. I chose PF over Blink Fitness although it was a little far away from my place because it would be open 24 hours and it really helps people who work different schedules. Remember, not everyone works 9-5. The 24 hour policy was what made PF unique and stand...
