While the facility itself is very good, unfortunately my experience with the staff has not been for the most part. Twice this month already I have come across stained towels in the clean towel section. When I approached the manager, Irina, today, her attitude was pretty "meh" about it (my experience with her has been one of meh every time she is at the front desk). She didn't even take the dirty towel from me, more concerned with having a conversation with one of the trainers instead. There are rarely any lockers available and they are not checked on a regular basis. Maintenance staff mop the floors while you're trying to work out. It's really disorganized

My oasis in the concrete jungle. I am so happy they reopened my sanctuary clay gym with multi unit gym owner brand "complete" The facilities are super clean You can spend hours there working out, relaxing, working, eating and drinking, etc. I use it for my office. And the creme de la creme - the rooftop. Highly recommend joining this gym

Selena at the front desk is Ah-Ma-Zing!! She’s the freaking cutest ball of energy, and sooooo genuine!! You will be greeted with a smile every time and lots of positivity!! Ricky, the boxing instructor was awesome! He was knowledgeable, fun, good-spirited, witty and accommodating!!

The trail class with Yana was amazing. She is a great instructor. However, the policies CompleteBody has is beyond my understanding. After my trail class my friend and I were willing to spend money for a day pass, so we can use the gym. We were told by the receptionist that is not an option and we were given a business card to e-mail someone for a tour and membership prices. We were considering joining and ended up walking out. I am just surprised how such a nice place can have a policy where you can’t get a day pass and you must call a sales rep for pricing and a tour, but okay. I was also unable to get a month or yearly membership price, even though I was going to consider it if I was able to tour the gym. Also no one was available to even show us the gym. Ideally the receptionist, cleaner or anyone could have spent three minutes showing us the gym. Respectfully, I will be joining another gym due to poor management and policy. EDIT: I am changing my review from 2 to 3 stars. The sale rep got back to me. However, it is too late. I won't be coming to the gym just to take a 2 minute tour that could have been done right after trail class. The membership is $200 a month. Not worth it considering the management is poor. I expect quality service if I am paying $200 a month.

An absolutely fabulous space for working out right next to Union Square. This is so much more than a gym, you can literally spend all your day here, chill next to their impressive fireplace, get a facial and even eat some healthy dishes at the juice bar. They recently installed a Cryotherapy machine and boy does it do wonders to your body! I can not recommend Complete more if you like to train at your own pace, without having to constantly wait for the machines to get free.

I came to Completebody 14st as soon as gyms reopened during the pandemic. It was a hard time with a good degree of doubt. The entire staff at this facility was extremely accomodating as well as very helpful. They made my clients, and I feel like part of a community vs. just coming to the gym to just train. The facility is very spacious with various cool hang-out spots, an amazing roof deck, and really cool saunas. It's a really great Club!

CompleteBody COMPLETE Union Square is my home away from home and would highly recommend this facility. The gym is modern and clean, featuring high quality fitness equipment, personal infrared saunas and a series of areas to relax in (inc. Himalayan salt room, fireplace and a lovely rooftop). The classes are EXCEPTIONAL and I find myself working out in new ways with a great community of members. The team at COMPLETE are incredibly accommodating, polite and just all round great people. I have nothing constructive/ negative to say about COMPLETE Union Square and having trained in other NY gyms (inc. multiple locations of Equinox, Barry's, Orange Theory, Crossfit boxes) I'd say this wins out every day of the week.

I’ve been searching for the perfect place to escape and retreat to in NYC for over 5 years now and I finally found it. Complete has actually made my NYC lifestyle COMPLETE! I immediately feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. This place is not only a gym, it really is an overall wellness center. I love how it is never overly crowded like most gyms in NYC. Everything is spaced out so well. They have a good variety of equipment and classes available. My favorite relaxation spots? The roof, takes first pick. You’re only 3 floors up, but you would never know that you’re on 14th Street, you never hear the hustle and bustle from the street. Next would be the Himalayan salt room. Finally, the sauna and spa. Yes, please! I’m so glad I finally found this place and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

Great gym. A lot of excellent exercise equipment, clean environment, friendly staff, coded lockers (no lock needed), juice bar, big open windows with lots of sunshine. Easy to get to from almost all trains, located just west of Union Square on 14th st. Saunas, Cryo, massages, there’s a lot to love about this place.

Initially, staff was extremely nice and would go above and beyond although extremely pushy to sell you training packages. Equipment is clean most of the time. But when you try to cancel, they make it very impossible. The cancellation process needs to be easier to utilize. I explained to the front desk that I had to leave for the military and that the manager hasn’t responded to me, she laughed at me over the phone. I couldn’t believe the discrimination and humiliation. It was unprofessional and I should’ve known what type of place this would be when I didn’t see too many people alike myself going there. It’s like all they really wanted was my money. Bad.

Great Space for Independent trainers to build their clientele. This place is so nice, aesthetically. Clean, great smoothies, great lighting with the huge windows, staff was awesome as well and answered all ,1 million, of my questions. I visited around 1pm during the week and traffic was light, of course.

I've been a member at Complete Body Union Square for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This gym is conveniently located right across the street from me, making it incredibly accessible. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a clean, bright, and spacious environment that sets the tone for a great workout. The facilities are well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch, catering to a wide range of fitness needs. One of my favorite amenities is the sauna, which I love to indulge in after my workouts. It's the perfect way to unwind and relax those tired muscles, leaving me feeling rejuvenated every time. But what truly sets Complete Body Union Square apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. Whether it's helping with equipment, offering fitness advice, or simply greeting you with a smile, their customer service is truly outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend Complete Body Union Square to anyone looking for a fantastic gym experience. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, this gym has everything you need to achieve your goals.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the gym amenities at Complete and I was thoroughly impressed. This gym goes above and beyond to provide its members with an exceptional fitness experience, making it stand out from the rest. Providing the care to members by offering eucalyptus infused cold towels for post workout relieve. It’s just a great treat!

I recently visited COMPLETE on a two day pass. BOY! What a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the service, the cleanliness, the SPACE ITSELF... WOW! I must tell you this club has all the ingredients needed for a well rounded work out, meeting place for a smoothie with friends, and a place to zen out in the salt lounge. Complete feels like it can easily become a daily part of daily life. Check it out. You'll love it!

I’m a private personal trainer who trains my clients out of this space. I came here post Covid. The facility is beautiful - a bay of windows lines the entire gym floor - and the equipment is complete. Ergs, Ski Rowers, Assault Bikes, Woodway Treadmills, it’s great. Staff has been extremely warm and the place legitimately keeps up with social distance and mask guidelines. A+
