Overall,
great
studio!
Staff
is
extremely
friendly
and
helpful.
Not
pretentious
like
other
spin
studios
ahem
SoulCycle.
Facility
is
clean,
location
is
convenient
in
Union
Square
and
the
instructors
are
entertaining
and
engaging.
My
issue
is
the
class
itself,
which
is
important
because
that’s
what
you
pay
for.
Bikes
are
old,
not
up-to-date
like
other
studios,
Swerve,
who
have
digital
and
TV
monitors
so
you
can
gage
if
you’re
going
at
the
right
speed
or
not.
Because
of
that,
the
class
here
is
dull,
you’re
just
spinning
at
different
intervals
for
45
minutes.
You’re
not
really
pushing
yourself
because
there’s
no
score
and
not
competing
in
a
team.
Maybe
I’m
just
biased
because
Swerve
is
my
go-to
for
spinning
in
NYC
but
if
you’re
going
to
get
me
on
a
stationary
bike
for
45
minutes,
it
should
be
more
entertaining
and
challenging.
Showers
here
are
not
great.
Space
is
very
tight.
Lockers
are
outside
the
men’s
and
women’s
bathrooms
so
don’t
drop
that
towel
if
you’re
at
your
locker.
And
only
two
shower
stalls,
so
go
quick
after
class
if
you
don’t
want
to
wait
for
one.
Regardless,
it’s
worth
going
once
awhile.
I
just
wouldn’t
get
a
monthly
membership.
