I've
been
a
member
of
Aqua
Studio
for
about
a
year
now
and
I'm
so
glad
I
made
the
decision
to
try
out
this
facility.
I've
found
it
to
be
incredibly
welcoming/positive/non
judgmental.
I
am
plus
size
and
I
tend
to
not
be
the
only
plus
size
person
in
the
pool.
No
one
ever
judges
me
or
gives
me
a
look
because
of
my
size.
Typically,
all
classes
start
with
instructors
asking
if
you
have
any
injuries
they
should
be
aware
of
and
they
will
offer
modifications
or
tell
you
to
take
it
slow
if
you
have
any
particular
issues
with
arms/legs/back/etc.
The
locker
room
is
always
clean
and
typically
has
an
incense
stick
burning
in
it
so
it
smells
nice.
There
are
showers
with
soap
and
a
machine
that
will
spin
your
swimsuit
after
the
class
so
you're
not
carrying
a
sopping
wet
suit
home.
The
restrooms
are
large
and
there
are
always
enough
lockers
to
accommodate
everyone.
When
it
comes
to
the
classes,
your
experiences
are
going
to
vary
depending
on
the
instructor
-
my
recommendation
is
to
try
different
styles
of
class
(interval
is
my
favorite,
I
spend
my
45
minutes
in
the
pool
basically
moving
nonstop
and
find
myself
sweaty
and
breathless
-
in
a
good
way
-
all
throughout)
and
different
instructors
because
even
if
you
take
one
interval
class,
for
instance,
your
experience
will
be
different
depending
on
who
leads
the
class.
I
have
had
classes
with
a
lot
of
the
instructors
and
my
favorites,
and
the
ones
who
hold
classes
that
work
for
my
schedule,
are
Eudora
and
V.
Eudora
is
such
a
sweet
person
who
seems
interested
in
everyone
having
a
good
time.
Her
sessions
tend
to
be
pretty
playful
(she'll
have
you
"whipping
it
out"
or
"wrapping
the
blanket"
or
doing
sharks
or
dolphins
to
keep
your
arms
moving
and
it
puts
the
joy
in
joyful
movement).
Her
80s
mixes
keep
me
moving.
V
is
a
machine
and
every
time
I
take
a
class
with
her,
I
know
I'm
going
to
get
a
damn
good
workout
in.
Usually
I'm
struggling
a
little
to
keep
up
with
her
pace,
but
never
feel
as
though
I'm
looked
down
upon
for
that.
I
also
always
leave
her
classes
feeling
pumped
and
love
that
she'll
dance
alongside
us.
Aqua
is
great
because
it
seems
to
have
all
types
of
classes
for
all
sorts
of
vibes.
When
I'm
feeling
very
stressed,
I'll
take
a
flow
or
restore
class,
which
goes
a
lot
slower
and
is
great
for
relaxing
after
a
long
workday
or
preparing
for
a
stressful
week
ahead.
When
I
want
to
work
out,
there
are
a
lot
of
options
but
interval
is
currently
my
favorite.
I
find
that
being
in
the
pool
helps
me
sleep
really
well,
so
while
I
have
some
problems
getting
to
sleep
normally,
after
an
Aqua
evening
class,
I
expect
that
I'll
sleep
through
the
night
with
no
issues.
I
have
even
tried
their
land
classes
a
few
times
-
V's
core
workout
is
INTENSE
for
a
person
like
me
who
is
not
the
most
fit,
but
I
always
feel
incredibly
accomplished
by
the
end
for
managing
to
get
through
the
class.
Overall,
I
definitely
recommend
trying
out
Aqua
and
giving
different
classes
and
instructors
a
try.
It's
likely
you'll
find
someone
who
fits
your
vibe
and
a
class
that
really
speaks
to
your
wants
and
needs.
It's
a
great
unique
sort
of
workout
experience
and
def
something
to
try
if
you
struggle
to
stay
interested
in
a
normal
gym
experience.
